For example, gave me specific instructions and tips on how to refinish floors, reseed a lawn and install posts. A much better choice than the Big Box Stores who lack this type of personal touch. Lastly, went in during September for a lawn aerator. Owner told me that if the ground was very dry it would be a waste of money because the tines probably would not penetrate. Knowing that the cost and effort once moved in will more or less trap you there. The disclaimer that the rate isn't guaranteed doesn't change the fact that I've only been there 5 months AND FOR 2 MONTHS I couldn't use it through most of the winter because the entry keypad was completely frozen in the morning and the driveways were uncleared of snow and ice and you have to u-turn to get out so I couldn't even ACCESS the space that I have now received 30%!!! increase after 5 months. It's dishonest and unfair since there is a significant cost to relocate and they know it. I don't recommend, don't be fooled by the low entry rate - the increase is not insignificant. Go with a place that tells you exactly what you will pay upfront first because at least then you are dealing with an honest company that deserves your business. Adding that I think I am filing a complaint with BBB because raising the rent 30% after 5 months knowing that moving is a costly and time consuming task is actually more than just jerky it's deceitful and a bait and switch.

On multiple visits I observed Mia either along the roadway picking up garbage, cleaning up a storage locker or common area, or walking around the grounds picking up debris. When i did have an issue with the gate (which turned out to be operator error) Melissa was right there to help me My particular is on the second level.
