I dropped off my new car to get a nail taken out, and ended up with a dent on my passenger side. While I was putting my book bag in the passenger side, I noticed a pretty large crease going horizontally. Niazi insisted that he didn't know what happened, but that he would take responsibility since it happened at his shop. The bad: he sent me to his nephew's body shop for repairs, that lead to other damages, but I'll leave it for that shop's review. His nephew, like him, was really nice. But again, nice doesn't make up for damages. The bottom line: a dent shouldn't have been made for a simple nail removal and patch job.

Without even looking at where the leak was coming from he was trying to sell me a tire. He wasn't interested in even attempting to repair the tire. Instead he sent me to Lopez Tire. When I drove past on my way back home, he looked pretty comfortable on a lawn chair digging through his phone sitting in the driveway.

I pulled into an auto place and had the tire filled. It immediately lost air again. I pulled into a parking lot and looked up a tire shop. Santoyo came up. I called to make sure they were open and thank goodness, they were. I used maps to navigate - it took me an insane way. Between the traffic, the fact that it was about 6:00 on a Friday, it was raining, and we had an hour and a half to get to our destination and had little knowledge of the area, I was about to lose it. I pulled into Santoyo and was greeted by Francisco. Exasperated, I explained what was going on. He was so calm and kind, I immediately felt at ease. He quickly found that there was damage to the sidewalk of the rim and tire and was able to repair so we could get to where we were going. He didn't try to oversell anything, and was incredibly calm and patient. I feel like this tire shop was an oasis in my crazy evening and I am very thankful for them. They saved the day!! Thank you Francisco. Your kindness was appreciated and needed.

If I had known what was going on I might have waited to update, but alas.... My fellow Yelper Maureen was spot on about this place; and even convinced me to give it another try. All I wanted was a fill up and a car wash. I waited too long to choose which wash from the pump so I had to go in to purchase it. Lovely! Everything is bright and nice again, clean, well merchandised. The Subway, Baskin Robbins and Dunkin Dounts are still here too, I was glad to see. The employee who rang up my wash was extremely friendly and helpful. She issued me one of those Speedy reward cards and told me that I have 4 washes to go until I get a free one. Cool! And the car wash is back up to par. Yessssssss! I'm so glad I like this place again. I missed it!
