This place was great! You drive in through the back, they seat you down in a clean and comfortable lounge area (with awesome wooden swings outside during nice weather). Unfortunately, today's visit was really disappointing. This is actually the second time I've had to come back after inspecting my vehicle because areas were missed. Before I left, I even showed the staff specific spots that still needed attention and they assured me they would take care of them. When I checked my car again, many of those same areas were still untouched. My rims still had visible brake dust and dirt on them even after I specifically asked that they be cleaned thoroughly. My gas pedal was still dirty, and several interior trim pieces still had dust and residue. These aren't hidden areas--they were things I specifically pointed out before leaving. What makes this so frustrating is that the quality of service has noticeably declined. I came here because this location consistently did an amazing job and took pride in the little details. That's why I was willing to make the drive. Sadly, today they lost a loyal customer. I genuinely hope management takes this as constructive feedback because this location used to set the standard for excellent service. I'd love to see them get back to the level of care that made me recommend them to others.

Dunkin seems to be the only restaurant here though it's odd they boast about their hot dogs here but this place doesn't have a hot dog business inside like most Food N' Fuels do. Staff here was friendly, restrooms here are in good condition. This place was pretty busy as well too. There's even diesel pumps too for truckers as well.
