Refusing service based on what was described as "skeletal remains" felt like an overly rigid and unreasonable application of that policy. Policies are important, but so is practical judgment, and this experience lacked that balance. For context, finding something like a spider remnant in an older box spring is not unusual and does not indicate an infestation. Treating it as such and refusing service was not a reasonable interpretation of the situation. This policy, or at least how it is applied, needs to be reviewed.

We asked if they have any round coffee table, and all she said was we can just visit their website. My husband tried to go onto their website right away and only to find out their website is completely down.. it looked like they forgot to renew the web service or something. We then told her the website is not working correctly, but she insisted that we must have mistyped the url. After we triple checked the url and made sure we typed the right thing, it still didn't work. But again, she didn't seem to have any passion to help us! We left the store and weren't exactly sure what happened. It was completely a waste of time. Avoid this store if you can.
