Went in there to look at couches and found one with a built in sound system. Their couches come in different firmness and several different fabric choices. Their service was great. We bought a couch and love it for how comfy it is and the ease of cleaning the slip covers. I will admit it is a very heavy couch with the sound system and speakers built in and takes some strength to change the formation around. read more

Absolute best customer service of any company!! We had ordered some furniture for a new build house, and had issues with items coming too soon. Nael, the store manger made sure to coordinate with FedEx and the local store to make sure we got all our packages and nothing was lost. Paco was so helpful when we had to place an order on hold, he even carried it out to my car because it was bulky. I wish more stores would be as helpful as them! read more

Absolutely great product. I have been looking at in on line, and was delighted to find a brick and mortar store! I have a commitment problem with furniture and Lovesac is perfect. The pieces can be rearranged countless ways and additional pieces can be added later. The staff is patient, and knowledgeable and made it easy to select the perfect configuration ( for now). Finding out it is made from recycled bottles was a plus! It's nice to be a friend to the earth while buying stuff. read more

We absolutely Love our sofa. Especially when our pets and kids get it dirty to wash and clean is a breeze. The couch looks brand new with every wash. We needed to extend it to create more seating. I called in and Andy was so professional, patient and kind. Helped me through the entire process as to make sure I ordered exactly what I needed. Stayed on phone until I was able to complete my payment on line. This saved me so much time. As I have not been able to go to the store in person. Excellent customer service for an excellent product. Highly recommend. read more

Not a cheap venture, so we took advantage of the Memorial Day Weekend Special and purchased a pretty large configuration...deep-seated Coastal White Brushed Weave option. SOOOO comfortable...I can easily sink in and fall asleep in seconds on our new Lovesac sactionals. The in-store staff was very helpful showing us all the different configuration options and extra features (like the Power Hub option we purchased). No high-sales pressure tactics at all...just a very comfortable experience in-store. The delivery experience was a different matter however. I do keep the high rating though because of the exceptional response from one of the store managers, Kristan. She was very understanding/empathetic and explained that they have had similar recent issues with their new distribution partners. Nevertheless, she orchestrated a quick resolution for us just in time for a large Family/Friends gathering at our Home. Thank you Kristan and Team! read more

Andy was awesome! He helped me so much through purchasing my first lovesac. I really appreciate how kind and knowledgeable he was. Will be returning to shop here as long as Andy is helping me out! read more

Ordered a clearance item where the picture shows an insert, but the text says no insert available (didn't realize this after I placed an order). Then I called customer rep to cancel it (can't cancel it online). Then later the emailed saying we can't return it (because it's a clearance item, but I haven't even received it and the picture was misleading). Nope. We're going to have to go through this the credit card way. Also, check out their resellerratings and bbb reviews, buyer beware! read more

Lovesac is a blessing to my family especially with a baby that sometimes spit up, pee, etc. on the sofa. We can wash the cover and air dry it after an accident. I have my Lovesac Sactional for about a year now and it's still good condition. It takes almost a day to set up but if you are a handy person like me, it's pretty fun like a Lego set. You can rearrange the sofa depending on the mood of the family as well like movie night, guests coming over, etc. read more

Susan was so incredibly patient and helpful l. We ended up purchasing a 5 piece couch and she walked us through the process and made it so easy and stress free for us. Thank you Susan! read more

I went in to Lovesac last night fully intending to buy a couch, but having no idea about the customizations I wanted. Molly was there to greet us from the start and she was the absolute sweetest. She helped us with picking out a fabric that suited our needs and gave us really helpful tidbits about which fabrics are easier to clean than others and which will hold up to the test of time. She was super knowledgeable in answering all of our questions and being super patient with our deliberations. I never felt like I was pressured into anything at all. At checkout I was eligible for a 20% discount and i even got an extra side for free. As far as the showroom goes, they have a few different couches in different fabrics and configurations and have all the different cushion stuffings for you to try. They have a wall with samples of hardware lined up to show you how the sactional couch pieces attach. The most handy thing they have is these sets of magnetic blocks that let you play around with configurations of the sactional and an entire wall of just pictures with different setups. All in all I had a wonderful experience here. The customer service is on par with what I would expect granted how much I paid. Lol But it really was a pleasure and Molly made us feel like part of the Lovesac family. We feel comfortable in knowing that we can always contact them with whatever issues and someone will always answer. read more

Okay. This is me swallowing my pride. We had terrible customer service at this and another Lovesac location. Several times. COSTA MESA / South Coast Plaza made up for all of that. So much so, that we ended buying more than we had originally planned. Rafael was very patient with our bruised egos, helped us plan, measure and purchase our dream sactional and movie sac--even has us considering the entertainment package. Went as far as communicating via email and text to help us finalize our order. Our order came in THREE DAYS! I don't know if you've purchased any furniture during the pandemic but this timeline was literally shocking. If you want good customer service, high quality furniture quickly--give this location a shot. read more

Don't Do It!!! The salesman told me my order would arrive in about 2 weeks or so. I never received anything in writing to that effect (my mistake), so I called customer service and after waiting 2 days for an answer, was finally told 6 to 8 weeks before shipping. I cancelled the order, but when I asked for email confirmation of that cancellation, they hung up. I kept calling for over an hour talking to several people. I was perfectly calm but persistent. I finally got an email with a portion of the information I requested but she refused to give me more, would not allow me to talk to a manager, and hung up. This is a fraudulent company with horrible customer service. read more

Came to this location to help me realize the couches I knew I wanted to buy. I got absolutely no help from the employees. 4 employees in the store, two seemed more invested in their conversation to even notice the guest in the store. The other two had guests when I walked in, even after they left they did not pay attention to me. A family walked in and they got immediate assistance from two employees. Do yourself a favor, just order them online. read more

Tried to order through this store awhile back. "Duchess" said she would call us with the next few sales. She knew exactly what we wanted, said she would give us a better deal when the sale came so we waited to hear. Never called. Took all of our info down, knew my husband was a vet so would give us a better deal. Never called on anything so we started to do online. Not sure what is going on with this company but quality has changed. Had to returned a few things. Of course it takes WEEKS to get and WEEKS to get your refund. I am still fighting to get my refund even though my product was received by them weeks ago. We have a large sactional and with the expense of maintaining these, you would think the quality of product and customer service would get better, not worse. read more

So September you are amazing and so knowledgeable of the products. Thank you for being so sweet and patient with all of our questions. You really are a sweet soul. Super sac and movie sac are amazing bean bags! Having September in your store is the icing on the cake for the Lovesac! read more

I love my lovesac to the brim. I have had drams of this ever since I saw it on Instagram. I have a very stressful life -being a SpEd teacher. My lovesac is my crashing place at the endnof the day! Thank you Lovesac store for my fluffy comfortable sac! read more

Wow!!!! My boyfriend and I are blown away. We have been looking for a couch for 2 years and had yet to find anything that we loved. We went into Lovesac jokingly because we loved the actual sac, not knowing how impressive, comfortable and functional the couches were going to be. September gave us the most superb customer service experience-- answered every single question without hesitation, rearranged the entire floor for us to see things visually and had so much enthusiasm about the products it was contagious. Our initial budget to get a couch was 1,500 but after hearing about all the features it was an easy sell to more the 3x what we wanted to spend. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience and are so excited to get our couches next week! Thank you September and Dutchess! read more

My husband and I went in this store just out of curiosity! The people working there were so friendly and knowledgable, we stayed for the product and the people! We even made a purchase! We cant wait to go back to visit September and Duchess and the other folks working there! Don't miss this place, learn about the quality and durability of the products, not to mention the comfort! You won't be disappointed! read more

Forget about the amazing product, this review will be mainly focused on the exceptional people that run the Lovesac showroom in Costa Mesa. My wife and I's first experience with a Lovesac showroom was the grand opening of this location back in October 2018. We went to just "look" at this new concept of modular couches. I'm an engineer so I was highly excited and hyped about these couches, my then fiance, not so much. I dragged her with rolling eyes into the showroom on a Friday night, about 5 minutes after showing her the product, she wanted to go home with a couch that night. The product is great, the service is better! Jeremy the store manager helped us out that night. There's just something about him, his subtle, down to earth demeanor, easy going, easy conversationalist, that made our buying experience delightful. Instant connection. Unbeknownst to our "window shopping" plans for the night. We went home with a sactional... We ended up with 5 sides and 5 seats for our small apartment. Jeremy check in with us every step of the way, he contacted us when our sactionals shipped, delivered, and shortly after to make sure everything was to our expectations. A year later as new home owners, we needed to fill our living space with more sactionals. Again a great display of the power of this product, as our life changes, our couch can change with us (not to mention the countless times we've washed our covers and cushions due to our new puppy adding to the value of the Lovesac brand.) As Black Friday rolled around 2019 we saw it an opportune time to add more sactionals to our living room. My wife and I sat on some Lovesacs across the showroom and wondered if Jeremy would remember us. Not more than 4 seconds later, we saw a wave and smile come towards us from Jeremy. After helping his current customers, he walked over, said hello, called us by our names, and asked how the wedding was (He remembered our conversation from over a year ago, that we were getting married, our faces, and names.) He helped us again with our purchase as we added deep sides, regular sides, and more seats using the cool mini blocks that lay out your sactional and help you decide what's best for your space. We also got a Supersac because their sacs are awesome, and a limited edition footsac because my wife hogs the other one we have and I need one for myself. I can firmly say that I will continue to be a Lovesac customer for the foreseeable future as long as Jeremy and the great people at Lovesac keep innovating the living room furniture space. Can't wait to build a theater room... Cheers to a great product, and an even bigger cheers to Jeremy at Lovesac Costa Mesa. read more

We drove about 45 minutes not knowing we should have made an appointment. We told the girls that they said they would take us in not knowing we were going to place a good size order. We received the order in about 2 weeks like we were told. There was a part missing when packed at the factory. We had it fed ex in a day. They were very helpful in the store and after they made the sale! read more
