The Shrimp Won Ton soup is excellent. Love the thin won tons. Last night we ordered Chicken with Bok Choy and Shrimp with Lobster Sauce. The Chicken order had the rice inserted into the plastic food container. Not only did the rick take up half the container, but all of the sauce drained into the rice. AWFUL!!!!! You put the rice into a separate container. ALWAYS! And I was charged full price for half a dish. My wife's Lobster Sauce was watery. Just pisspoor execution on that dish. It may have even had some wine in it. But watery as hell. You've lost a customer. King Chef across the street will be our choice on Tuesday's from now on when Eastern Empire is closed.
