Mike pointed out alllllll the safety issues with the electrical, of which there were many, and told me he couldn't clean the spa, it was too risky. He offered great advice and didn't charge me even though he took the time to come out and look - which I SO appreciated! I mean he probably saved my life and for free. I would not hesitate to call/text/yelp dm Spa King for any and all hot tub related needs and I am so happy I know who to call now!

Mike mentions that my husband is rude to Mike's wife when she comes to service our spa. We aren't even here when she comes! She just goes directly in the backyard and does her thing. Are we supposed to pop out back whenever we do happen to be here and have a chit chat? That part of his statement just cracked me up! Then he said something about our son cancelling his service? Well, we knew nothing about that until right now so thanks for the head's up! Simply stated, our water was getting continuously cloudy so we texted to see if he had any ideas and he blamed it on us being dirty people (yes, he actually texted me that! And no, we are definitely not dirty people!) and then said our neighbors were probably using the tub when we were gone (umm, definitely not in this gated community and with our cameras). Anyways, we looked back at our cameras after his outrageous text messages to see what they did in the last two services and never once was our water checked. He now says (in his response to my husband's review) they don't have to test water - um, ok? Lol! Even when it's been cloudy and having problems? That seems professional. I thought 'no way, mom. A hot tub will be awesome.' Wrong!! I made a terrible decision. It's been the biggest headache of my entire home remodel- constantly having issues. I spent an entire month filling it every other day in the dead of winter since I couldn't drain it with the risk of pipes freezing without all of the water drained out, and I couldn't let the water level get too low because I didn't want the pump or heater to burn up. OMG what a disaster I've been through. But Do you know the easiest way to keep a garden hose from freezing in the winter?? I do! I stored it in my hot tub! Jokes aside- I called Lee Joseph to help with my leak issue. I had to remove the siding to avoid a hefty bill which was fine because I learned a lot about power tools and removing stripped out screws.... (Okay maybe they were stripped because of me- whoops) Lee Joseph came out promptly and repaired the leak. I can finally relax. I'm actually enjoying my hot tub for the first time thanks to Lee Joseph! I felt that their pricing was incredibly fair considering they drove over 40 miles round trip to fix the leak. I hope I don't have to call them again- but they will always be my first choice if I do need any other repairs!

Brennan initially came out to identify that our spa pump was failing. Ordered the new pump, Sam came out and did an excellent job replacing the old one. Had to make a plumbing modification...went out, got the part and completed the job. Spa is running smoothly and quietly. Now, if only the weather would be so cooperative! During most of this time he was waiting for parts, but he never communicated this. After waiting two months, he then demanded that we pay in full before the work was done. I told him that payment would be made when the job was completed to my satisfaction. He said that he would dump off the parts at my house and bill me. I told him that I would not pay under those circumstances. At that time Brennan Miceli became abusive and hateful. He is a real hot head so be very careful around him. So, in the end he refused to make the repair because we would not pay in full before he would begin the repairs.

Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. We scheduled a consultation for July 19 at…read more5:30 PM, and no one ever showed up. We never received a confirmation call, cancellation, or any communication. I checked my call history, unknown calls, and voicemail--nothing. When I called to find out what happened, I spoke with three different representatives. The first seemed completely confused. The second was shockingly rude and even said, "You're in customer service and you talk to people like this? Jesus," before putting me on hold. It was one of the most unprofessional customer service interactions I've ever had. To make matters worse, I was told during scheduling that ownership had been verified and everything was good to go. Later, I was told they couldn't verify ownership. If that was true, why wasn't I contacted before my appointment? The final representative then told me the season had already ended and didn't know why an appointment had been scheduled in the first place. We had money in hand and were fully prepared to purchase a pool and get on the schedule for next season. Instead, we wasted our evening waiting for someone who never showed. We will be taking our business elsewhere. If this is how Blue World Pools treats potential customers before they've even made a purchase, I can't imagine what happens after the sale.
