The service tech had to come out twice, but I'm not taking a star away for it bc he was honest and made it right without excuses or charging us extra. Only star i took away is over communication. I appreciate the quick replies when i reached out, but I would have been more appreciative if they were the ones reaching out to me. Just a little more proactive to keep customers updated. Love our Jacuzzi. Lately though, I reached out for a service and was advised they had made some staffing changes, and the new technician wasn't quite up to speed on a couple things. No worries. I had them drain and waited six months. I have called twice and left three different emails requesting a response...just want some maintenance. I haven't received any type of response either via email or call. That seems unusual for them, and I am concerned. Having said that, will need to call someone else. I hope all is ok.

He didn't respect his client's wishes for him to leave the family alone and was quite literally a hothead. He then continued to disrespect the family when their number was passed onto him and requested a conversation with him. 0/5 stars would be given if possible. The owner is unhinged and clearly has something going on in his personal life he should get professional help for. Would not trust this man around your kids or any neighbors he might think he knows better than.

We regret purchasing from this company and here's why:…read more 1. While shopping here, we inquired about the tax dedications in relation to chronic back conditions. Charlene asked her manager who came out and told us a blatant "no." (I've since looked into this and it wasn't true.) 2. The financing manager told me that the APR was 8.9% if credit was above 700. When I applied, the APR was 10.99% which scared me thinking I fell to an identity theft situation, as we keep our credit score high. The company sent me a credit report which was above 800, where we expected it. I did NOT appreciate him not knowing the financing company's actual rates. 3. Three months after having the tub, we experienced an overheating issue. Called and spoke with Angie who said she would schedule a visit and reach out. She was very nice and informed me She responded with instructions using terms that I was never explained during installation. This was quite confusing to me and I wrote her back explaining how this was frustrating and how I still wanted a visit. Since then, I explored the issue, got instructions from another source and was able to address the issue. I followed up with an additional email with more questions, but received no follow up call. If I could go back, I would have spent more time shopping and selected from another place, but wanted to give local a chance. This company struck out in my opinion.
