I have never, ever left a salon with my hair darker than when I walked in, especially when I specifically asked for my hair to be brighter and more blonde. I totally felt like I was chatting with a friend like normal LOL). She is also very knowledgable, and I trust that her other services will be just as excellent as her waxing. I knew this was going to be a process and was told it would take about 3 times. I was very nervous as finding a hairdresser after moving has been a little frustrating. The pictures you are seeing are a day after my 3rd visit. It was horrible..... she has excuse after excuse and I was confident she knew color. Pictures show I was wrong....
