Very honest and friendly. Purchased a car about 3 weeks ago, and the car runs well. Highly recommend.

I thought to myself, "If I am going to commute from Fernley to North Valley Reno, I might as well do it in style." I sold my vehicle to my friend at the end of the work week and it was off to CarZone. I met with Zack and I was told that the Audi had a bad coil pack and that it was no no condition to be sold to a customer and that there are other options that could fit my needs as a daily driver. I saw a Subaru Outback. It had low miles for its age but there was one demerit that kept me from selecting it: the alarm would activate if you used the key to unlock the door. Other options were explored. I decided to go with a Hyundai Tucson with low miles and AWD. This car is going to get the brunt of the winter commute so AWD is mandatory for me. I did a visual inspection and a test drive. I decided to go forward with making the purchase. Zack was very accommodating and worked with me to get the car financed. This is my first vehicle purchase as a Nevadan and I am satisfied with the car and how Zack took care of me. For car dealers, I also like supporting local dealerships just as much as local restaurants, donut shops, and hardware stores. Thanks Zack and team CarZone. I will be back when I am in the market!

They literally made me lose a $2,000 down payment on a car that isn't even worth it. When we arrived, it was late, and they rushed us to sign everything quickly because they were about to close. And at no point did they mention to us that the car was a salvage vehicle; they just made us sign everything quickly If you are going to buy a car at this place, make sure to arrive early so you can read everything thoroughly. I ran the car's VIN through Carfax, and it turns out the vehicle was salvaged three times--including once due to flood damage. The asking price for the car was $17,000, yet it is valued at only $5,000. Don't let yourselves be fooled; if you're looking for a lemon, go ahead and buy it here. I hope they don't delete this review, either.

I brought the car back for the same unresolved issues 3 separate times, and at that point, I completely lost trust in both the vehicle and the dealership's ability to repair it. I did not feel safe or confident driving the car, which ultimately led me to request that the dealership buy it back. Timeline & Vehicle Downtime: First drop-off: May 13 Picked up: August 8 Called again on October 17 when issues returned, but couldn't get in until Nov 4-2 Issues reappeared two days later (Nov 26) Couldn't get back in until December 10 In 9 months of ownership, I only put ~1,100 miles on the car. The dealership had my vehicle almost as much as I did during that time. Altogether, I was without the car for over 4 months, while still making payments. I paid over $3,000 in loan payments for a car that was frequently undrivable, and ultimately lost another ~$3,000 when the dealership bought the vehicle back. Communication was terrible. During the first repair (which lasted nearly three months), I was repeatedly told "just a few more days," which dragged on indefinitely. Despite asking for updates, I constantly had to chase someone down for information. I was also misled about the vehicle's salvage title. I was told it was due to a minor fender bender, but later learned the entire front end had been totaled -- a major detail that absolutely should have been disclosed accurately before purchase. Buyback & Payoff Issues: The buyback process was just as frustrating. After signing paperwork for a 10-day payoff, 19 days passed with no action taken by the dealership. Once again, I had to track them down myself to move things forward. Additionally, the contract I signed stated the dealership would provide a loaner vehicle while mine was being repaired -- this never happened, despite the extended repair timelines. Overall: This was a costly, stressful, and completely avoidable experience marked by poor communication, misleading information, and failure to honor contractual obligations. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
