WHAT A BUST THAT TURNED OUT TO BE. They said they couldn't help me, and I was on my own to figure it out. Luckily, through word of mouth, I heard about 911 Recovery. I gave them a call, and they scheduled me for that same evening. Nothing compared to my first experience; they had the equipment needed to detect where the leak was starting from. They shut off the valves needed to stop the leak, without shutting off our whole water system. They gave me a quote that was extremely reasonable compared to the ballpark figure my home warranty company said it would cost me. The following day, they broke through our cement driveway and fixed the busted pipes. They were thorough with their work, cleaned up after themselves, and even called us back within the week to check in. Jerry and his team were all very polite and professional. They showed up on time and the initial introduction was fine, but I got bad vibes after that. They seemed competent (yay!), but customer services skills were lacking. Then, they were supposed to follow-up with me later in the week - but didn't. I emailed them - no reply. Finally on Sunday night, they leave a voicemail on my work phone saying they'll be there on Monday morning.
