Wild caught mahi mahi (Insta: @badtothebite)

Who would have thought that this good of a restaurant was inside of a hotel!!! The interior and menu is just superior, and the serivce is top notch!! The artichoke crab dip is no joke, GET IT so good, creamy, rich, and with the toasty crostini. The burger is honestly one of th best I have had and the best shape fry to go with it! The risotto with the mahi was unreal and I am such a fan! And who doesn't love chocolate lava cake with ice cream?? Definitely check them out!

Charred Brussels Sprouts and excellent mushroom risotto with truffles.

This is a fabulous restaurant inside the Interurban Hotel. The Chef, Travis, clearly enjoys presenting patrons with a beautiful plate of food. The dinner I ordered was a wonderful mushroom risotto, and charred Brussels sprouts where were better than my own. I also had a drink called the Raspberry Rendition which was very good, smooth vodka and delicious. He was delighted to fix me up some Lava Cake to go as well, for a late-night snack. Breakfast is a free hot buffet as a perk for those staying in the hotel. True, the morning host, was very attentive and the staff made sure that the food was hot and refilled. They had everything you would want, sausage, eggs, breakfast potatoes, toast, yogurt, oatmeal, bagels and pastry. The coffee here is really good too, and I'm picky.

I think 4 stars is generous, but really it's an average of the 5 star service and 3 star food. My partner and I stayed at Hotel Interurban for a weekend, and we received one free entrée at Rendition (their in-house restaurant) each morning. Wow! With menu items ranging from $12 to $20 it's a pretty good deal. Lovely indoor and outdoor seating. We experienced both. The first day I had the Salmon Lox Benedict (most expensive thing on the menu) and the second day I had the Breakfast Sandwich. Both weren't very good, but the wait staff went above and beyond in terms of pep and proactiveness. I was impressed. Overall a worthwhile perk of staying at Hotel Interurban but wouldn't go out of my way to dine here specifically.

Maybe the dinner menu is better but my rating is for brunch The smoked salmon was not good I've never had it be torn in tiny pieces mixed in with the potatoes -.- it was barely any and did not taste good

I did not know it was connected to a hotel. I walk in and the hostess asked me if I had a "breakfast voucher" I said "isn't this a restaurant" they said "oh OK " very weird vibes they gave me the small menu. I came for chicken and waffles because that's what the menu said on yelp but clearly The menu needs to be updated. So here is the updated menu.

Wow, so impressed with the food and service! Wasn't expecting much honestly, sort of a last minute decision to come here but we were all happy to have come here! The restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating, it is airy and spacious. Interior is nicely decorated. The only qualm is that the food took about an hour (after ordering) to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy. Worth the wait though! Service was friendly and attentive as well. I ordered the breakfast sandwich, gooey cheese, crispy bacon and English muffin, perfect fried egg. Best part of my entree was the potatoes, super crispy, seasoned perfectly and slightly sweet to balance the oily/saltiness. My sister got the avocado toast and said it was okay, nothing too special. My mom got the smoked salmon Benedict and enjoyed it. We split the churros and they were INCREDIBLE, stuffed with apples, drenched in cinnamon sugar, literally a perfect (2-3) bite.

I've been here a few times, great fish and chip. Service was as expected, it's nice chill hotel restaurant.

We came for dinner on a Monday night. No Parking. I was our first time here, so we were just driving around looking for a space on their lot and looking for that elusive garage. We finally went down from our car to look for the valet attendant, and he was nice to give us 2 hour complimentary parking (really). So we went inside the restaurant thinking it'll be pack, but there were only 10 people there -- including staff. Ok food: Pork belly sandwich: I was disappointed with the 2 thin stripped pork belly... however it was loaded with bacon. I mean bacon makes everything better, but I thought it was pork belly sandwich. Plus it was dry. Good think I asked mayo on the side. Wagyu burger: this was actually really good. The caramelized onions were on point. And the meat was cooked just right. Both were served with chipotle fries. And the fries were the highlight of the meal. We ordered 2 different kind of cocktails. I feel like it's got potential. But not right now for the prices of $12-14. I mean the vibe is really cool. I actually thought it's cool for happy hour. Maybe, we'll check it out for happy hour.

I absolutely hate giving a negative review. Mainly because I want to have the greatest experience when visiting new restaurants....but this one... First, it's small for a hotel restaurant (Interurban Hotel) in Tukwila. It's very nicely designed with plenty of light. My hubby (my foodie partner) visited this restaurant for lunch a month ago. We ordered off of the lunch menu. I ordered the half shrimp po'boy sandwich with a small salad. Here's the problem. They served me a huge bread with only three and I mean 3 shrimps. (check the photo to see for yourself) It was really tasty which is why it was so disappointing. The chef really should check the portion. It really was a waste of money and carbs. The hubby got the pork sandwich and that was the bomb. The proportion were good. We also purchased the wings and they were okay. the seasonings were off. Just not enough.

Rendition has a fresh, vibrant atmosphere. Very simple which I found very aesthetically pleasing. We went out of our way to check it out based on the breakfast menu we found online. Although limited, it featured Avocado Toast and Smoked Salmon Hash which both piqued our interest. We didn't do our research first, so we were not aware it was a hotel restaurant at the Hotel Interurban. Some other things to note: -Price was moderate -Menu was slightly limited but seemed to have something for everyone -Full service bar (bonus) -Food quality was fresh -Presentation was very good -Service was good Foodie stuff: If you are looking for the best Avocado Toast, a favorite dish of mine... keep looking. This want the best. It was rather bland, although it was fresh and extremely well presented. However, if you're looking for a mouth-full of flavor, the Smoked Salmon Hash may win you over. Overall, it was a good experience. I won't be rushing back.

Though we both liked our entrees, we both thought the protein quality of the mains is just ok. The winning dish is the mini arepas, hands down. I would order those mini arepa for my entree easily. This location is roomy. Service is warm; our server was helpful answering questions. The Food: Arepitas Fritas, $17 - 5+ Stars Four mini arepa in the appetizer section, these start with the same cornmeal (masa de maíz) base as the normal arepa, then topped with cheese, slow cooked beef, quail egg, and pink sauce. These bites are sooooo good! They sell the full-size arepas also, which will likely be a future meal. :) Platanos Fritos, $8 - 5 Stars Gotta love Latin foods with their plantains. Simple and delicious. Theirs are perfectly prepared. Camarones de Ajillo, $19 - 3.5 Stars These shrimps are cooked in garlic, herbs, and cream. The herb butter sauce is excellent, but the shrimps' quality is just ok. We liked it enough but will not order again. Asado Negro Tips, $23 - 3.5 Stars 8 oz of NY strip are cooked cubed in asado sauce, served with yuca fries and quasaca, a mini tomato and avocado salad. Again, the asado sauce is excellent, but the steak pieces are on the tough side. The yuca fries didn't stand out. This is also a 'liked it enough but won't order again' dish.

For our last venture here, we told our server we needed a little more time to review the menu and decide if we would want to try something different. She did not return for a little over ten minutes. In the mean time, I was getting a little bothered and saw she was servicing her other two tables near us many times, having conversations with another server, and just not coming back to see if we were ready to order. I decided to pass the workstation and ask her to take out order, but then hearing their conversation about social life and not work, that upset me. As I was ready to collect my family and walk out l, she returned to take our order. My wife gave her grace and we sat back down. The food here is delicious! I recommend the ravioli or the udon carbonara. Both are elegant dishes and have the best mixture of truffle flavor. These are our favorites. The restaurant is very nice, mall front design. The host and hostess are phenomenal! When you enter, not only are they very inviting and making you feel at home, they also offer everyone in the family champagne and for the young ones, sparkling juice. Who I assume is the manager, she is all over the place and in my mind, she works harder than she should. She was expediting, greeting, cleaning, refilling utensils, replacing chopsticks on the table, etc. I feel her team should stop talking about life at work and do a better job at performing their roles in this business. Because of the table service disappointment three times, I think we will take a pause and not return for a while. Spending $300 on average here, we love to eat, I would expect a certain level of service.

He didn't even tell us how long we had so we just put our order in. We got the two yakitori trio combo (happy hour), takoyaki, scallop taco, beef udon, udon, and iced white peach green tea. We were getting our order fast but it was like one by one which was a bit disorientating. The food was pretty tasty. The iced tea was refreshing and definitely got good flavor. The tofu being cold in the udon was a bit off-putting as well. The yakitori, takoyaki and scallop tacos were absolutely delicious. My boyfriend loved the beef in his beef udon and looks forward to ordering their gyudon. I want to order the oyakodon for sure next time.
