The BBQ was competent, but nothing outstanding. Ribs were properly cooked, and reasonably tender. They're dry-rubbed, and saucing them can be done by the customer if they so desire. Pulled pork was devoid of chunks of fat and gristle, which is always appreciated. Sides were on par with the mains. The best part of the visit was the friendliness of the employee.

I contacted the health department and report reported it. I also ended up contracting Neuro virus, which can travel from food and sources. I also cannot question it was anything else as my spouse also ate some of this food and did not get sick because she only had two bites worth while I ate half the plate.
