We have visited Renato's numerous times while in Palm Beach. Situated close to Worth Ave, Renato's provides a selection of excellent Italian cuisine, featuring both pasta and seafood dishes. You can choose to sit at a table either indoors or outdoors. It is advisable to make a reservation, as it tends to get quite busy. The ambiance resembles that of an alfresco dining experience.

What a treat to lunch on the garden patio of Renatos. Wonderful service with extremely attentive wait staff. The fresh bread and salads were delicious although a bit overpriced for what you received. This is Palm Beach however and the setting is exquisite. What we didn't love were the ladies from the surrounding shops who approach your table and model clothes to entice you to come visit. Rather tacky and rude to continue interrupting your lunch. Otherwise this is a great place to visit!!

Consistently excellent. I was excited to bring one of my daughters to Renatos. It has been a required stop every year when we come to the area. A beautiful night the day after Christmas and we sat in the courtyard. With the trees trimmed in lights it feels a little magical. Opted for trio of shellfish for an appetizer and was not disappointed. Two jumbo shrimp, two crab claws, and lump crab meat. All were delicious! My daughter agreed. Phew!, so far so good. I ordered the spaghetti with lobster fra diablo sauce. On point as usual. Wife got the bolognese and hers was excellent. Daughter got rigatoni in a vodka sauce which she said was very good and gave it a 4.5. It might have been a hair al dente for her. Desserts were the crème brûlée, Torta del opera cake and I got the special which was a Buche de Noel. Very rich and very good. A+ on the food, A+ on the ambiance and service.

My friend and I were craving Italian for dinner and found this spot to try. We waited at the bar in the meantime for a drink. Bartender was not the friendliest, kind of snobby. She did not acknowledge us even tho we were the only ones at the bar. Finally we got a table to sit down. It took forever for someone to notice us. We had to stop a waiter for a menu before someone brought bread out. Food wise, the warm olive bread with butter and fettuccine al salmone were delicious. I ordered the pear martini and it was really strong for my liking. A bit on the pricey side but worth a try. I can't say I would come back since service seemed like they prefer to go above and beyond for those who look wealthy.

We had a great time here and the wait staff were very attentive. We loved the pasta as it was a great meat sauce and al dente, however the chicken wrapped with prosciutto was terribly overcooked. They split the dishes for us which was very kind but the size of the chicken was ridiculously small and I think it was "less noticeable" next to the pasta. If that chicken came out alone, we would've returned it, it was that small. The app was ricotta stuffed zucchini blossoms and only came w 2 pieces. It was good but I wouldn't necessarily spend $25 for it again. I ordered the Sauvignon Blanc and that was crisp light and delicious My husband ordered the Malbec and it was too light with no body for his liking. We would go back for the pasta but we aren't running, Hope this review helps you!

Great food and great service. Dinner at Renato's was truly 10/10. The Renato's 75 was a great cocktail. The Chicken Parmesan special and the Spaghettini Fra Diavolo were both incredible specials and the portions were big. The Dessert special was also great. I cannot wait to go back.

Visited on 4th of July with my mom while perusing the courtyard area and while staff and service is exceptional, it seems the view this spot has to the courtyard was obstructed by construction. Food wise this was very reminiscent to little Italy in NYC, which isn't exactly a compliment. The food didn't match the atmosphere or service, everything gave upscale but the food lacked flavor richness, was also surprised how al dente our pasta was. We ordered the rigatoni vodka and penne caprese. Overall, I'd probably try the pizza spot nearby next time as for price and taste this just didn't hit the spot.

Adorable spot in Palm Beach with a quant inside and a lovely courtyard. It has a distinct European feel. It's very old school (your grandparents and parents would love it)! They have a great wine menu and a great food menu too. Lots of options to choose from and some very unique dishes you won't see anywhere else. They also had a fair amount of delicious nightly specials. Service was great when we arrived (we were the only people there). We started with a bottle of French white wine and their fiori di zucca (zucchini blossoms) and confit d' Anatra (duck confit). Both were great. Loved the duck. It was delicious and cooked very well. For dinner we had two pasta dishes - the ravioli con funghi which came highly recommended (outstanding dish) and a summer pasta special. They did rush us a bit, which flustered me, hence the 4 out of 5, and not 5 rating. The food came out super fast, not sure why, but I would 100% come back. I'd probably bring my parents or my husband's parents next time!

We made dinner reservations weeks in advance for four. Service was quick, we felt rushed. The restaurant is beautiful and courtyard are lush and beautiful. Renato's was crowded, the tables were very close together & it was very loud. We enjoyed a bottle of Prosecco. The warm olive bread & sweet butter florets were delicious. We each received a bite of watermelon with feta & an olive. As an appetizer we shared the $25 artichoke appetizer, it was 2 hearts in a vegetable brother with diced tomatoes, it wasn't exciting. I ordered linguine vongole. There were a dozen small clams, some slivers of roasted garlic over spaghetti. My husband ordered fusilli bolognese that he enjoyed. Family enjoyed 1/2 an orange duck with rice & asparagus and risotto filled with seafood. For dessert we shared a lava cake that was more like a fudgy chocolate cake.

Great date night place. Five stars for ambiance, love the atmosphere, great ceiling and wide pane windows. Love the bar at the entrance and the elegant look and feel. Five star service, both at the bar and at the table, the smartly dressed wait staff is diligent, competent and friendly. Attention to detail is paramount in this restaurant, and you pay for it. The menu is Italian authentic and I have never had a bad dish (the duck!!). The price is high - four stars. You pay for all the 5s I described, and I wish it was a bit more affordable, but it is a once/twice a year type of place for us.

We sat in the inside but the windows were open to the outside so you still feel like you're part of the life happening outdoors. I'm also a really big fan of their bar area. There partial indoor/outdoor seating. The inside has a real cute rustic Italian vibe. Our waitress Summer was amazing! Since it was our first time she helped guide us through the menu and made some great recommendations. She informed us that it is a scratch kitchen so I was excited to taste some fresh food. We started off with her recommendation of the house baked artisan bread. It does change, but it was absolutely delicious! My favorite was the sesame sourdough. For entree we got the Caesar salad which I loved. It was perfectly dressed with just the right amount of dressing and the dressing had a great balance of zest. The croutons were also crunchy and fresh. We also got the Piccante pizza which was so yummy! It has spicy salami and peppadews. I personally didn't find the pizza to be spicy but I am definitely not "Spicy Sensitive". I absolutely loved the little peppadews. They were like little bursts of flavor when you would bite into one. For dessert we got Summer's recommendation of the raspberry lemon bombolini as she told us the chef was testing out the flavors. It was so so good!! The bombolini itself was not greasy at all and was stuffed with a bunch of the raspberry cream. The lemon icing on top was nice and tart and made your mouth water with every bite! Definitely a great place to hang out.

Several semi booths surround the restaurant with very plush seating and chairs facing the other way. Several full tables in the center of the restaurant and a large bar in the back. My only complaint about the seating is that it makes you quite a bit lower than the table. I'm 6 foot 3 and my head was just barely above the table. The menu was small, but that's OK. I like a small menu. The hot rolls they begin with were fresh and warm. They could've used a little butter, but other than that they were quite tasty. The clam appetizer that we got was amazing. piled high with clams in the shell and topped with a large amount of chopped clams served in a white wine, buttery, garlicky sauce. My lobster raviolis were tender, full and covered in a delicious sauce. My brother's rigatoni Bolognese was perfectly al dente and covered with plenty of wonderful meat sauce. For dessert, I had a luxurious piece of chocolate upon chocolate cake while my brother enjoyed a raspberry cheesecake. Our server was quite attentive and very friendly. I am happy to say that during the course of our dinner more people did come into the restaurant and by the time we were finishing and were ready to leave there were maybe five or six groups of people eating. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience and I would be happy to go there again.

I talk about the "curb-to-table" experience frequently. In my former role as a Delta Air Line Captain, I recognized the curb-to-plane challenges our customers encountered. Manny, thank you for the kindness and safe service you have given us. You are usually the first person who takes care of the Buccan Family. You create the smile before we walk in the doors of Buccan or Imoto. Thank you. Solang' (my spelling is probably wrong and I apologize): You are such a beautiful soul. Thank you for your kind words to Laura as we left. Kindness makes a difference. While kindness is free, sincerity is priceless. Wow, I haven't even chatted about the food. We tried something new this time. After our small plates, we tried the pork chop. The mild onion and sweet rhubarb---simply stunning. Even shared, we boxed some for home. I don't care if you are watching what you eat. Close your eyes! The chocolate cookies (warmed) are a must. Period. Selfishly, I hope Chef Clay never gets a tv show. A book deal is allowed. We want this local treasure and his team to remain anchored here. Clay and his team are own foodie treasure in our back yard. But wait, there's more: Honored to watch Chef Clay modestly expand the Miami environs. He will be opening his Buccan-Imoto-Buccan Sandwich Shop experience in Coral Gables sometime in June/July. OMG, we cannot wait for this to open. Though retired from the airlines (I miss my MIA overnights), we will make the trip to celebrate these new venues. However, we will do it very quietly. We do not wish to be labeled as stalkers. Probably one of my longest reviews. I love seeing hard working people succeed. What this team does for the community is simply breathtaking. The ambiance strikes that perfect balance between fine dining and comfortable sophistication. Warm lighting, attentive service, beautifully plated dishes, and the kind of atmosphere where you can slow down and really enjoy dinner. Everything tasted incredibly fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Some highlights from the vegan menu: * Melanzane e Zucchine -- warm zucchini carpaccio with pine nuts, crispy artichokes, and eggplant that was beautifully balanced and packed with texture * Barbabietole, Avocado e Cetrioli -- avocado, sliced red beet, cucumber, and orange vinaigrette with gorgeous presentation and incredibly fresh ingredients * Polpette di Verdure -- vegan meatballs made with eggplant, mushrooms, roasted lentils, breadcrumbs, and onions in tomato sauce. Comforting, flavorful, and one of my favorite dishes of the night * Risotto ai Porcini e Spinaci Profumato al Tartufo -- rich porcini mushroom risotto with spinach and truffle oil that felt perfect for an upscale Italian dinner And the dessert absolutely deserves its own moment. The vegan ricotta cheesecake with fresh berries and house made sorbet was outstanding. The house made ricotta had an incredibly light, creamy texture, the berries and sorbet kept everything bright and balanced, and the crust was honestly one of the best parts of the dish. Cafe Sapori also has a very extensive wine list that really elevates the whole experience if you enjoy pairing wine with dinner. What makes this place especially great is that it works whether you are fully vegan, plant curious, or dining with non vegan friends. You can enjoy a full upscale vegan dining experience while others order from the regular menu, which is what helped make Cafe Sapori such a well known and respected restaurant in the first place. Also worth mentioning: the prices felt very fair for the level of service, presentation, ingredients, and overall experience. Huge appreciation to the staff for making plant based dining feel fully integrated into the experience instead of an afterthought. Can't wait to go back.
