    Chicken Parmigiana
    Jeffery R.

I went into the place not expecting much, boy was I surprised by the food and the staff. The chicken parmigiana was amazing, along with the garlic bread and pasta. Delicious. This will definitely be my new Italian go to for food.

Today I tried a New Authentic Italian Restaurant on Us 1 (federal highway). The restaurant is facing federal highway in a plaza . I decided to stop for lunch . Theres plenty of spaces to park. This restaurant just opened up about 7 weeks ago I found out. As I walked in the first thing I seen was a chef making pizza and it's a glass container he is behind , so you see everything even the huge coal oven behind him . There is a counter with customers can sit at like in the old fashioned diners which I thought was unique and a waitress and waiter are owners husband and wife. And there are tables that seat 4 this restaurant has plenty of space pretty big . The decor is Italian. The smell was pizza (yum) my favorite. We sat down and our waitress was very friendly and polite also very helpful with menu items and suggestions. I ordered a one slice thin crust cheese pizza with mushrooms and salad on side with a cannoli and my husband ordered a 2 slices with mushrooms and pepperoni. My salad came out first and you can see that my salad was made fresh wasn't sitting in a refrigerator and I learned they make their own homemade Italian vinaigrette dressing which was absolutely delicious I did order more they need to bottle this and put it into stores..I did ask for garlic bread it wasn't on the menu, but the owner was willing to make it and I said I will try the Caprese bread and the fresh tomatoes and the buffalo cheese with balsamic glaze was also delicious. My pizza came out and the bottom had a nice crust to it and you could tell when you take a bite that this pizza was authentic, fresh ingredients and the sauce was amazing taste and the cheese pull was there .. my husband loved his pizza and couldn't finish it and took it home with us .. This place in my opinion is going to be busy .. I highly recommend this restaurant and there's no doubt in my mind I will be back to try the other items on the menu , but let's not forget the cannoli omg amazing homemade cannoli with chocolate chips on the end and chocolate sauce pour on top I'm missing the whip cream I will take it home and add some on .. Our experience here was authentic from the food to owners that served you with a smile a real Italian food .. my hats off to the chef ‍ Gracie Millie!

Way more affordable than a night out at an Italian restaurant, but you still get the high quality food. Depending when you stop by, you might see some fresh pasta being made right in front of your eyes. Doesn't get fresher than that. We love some of the frozen platters like lasagna and eggplant rollatini that we just throw in the oven for an hour and voila, perfection. And be sure to stop by on the 29th each month for 29% of gnocchi. We always have trouble deciding which flavor gnocchi to take, but we always know it will be good. And don't think about throwing grocery store sauce on their perfectly made pastas. Grab one of their sauces for unforgettable flavor. On our latest trip, we tried the fettuccini and their four cheese sauce, which we added sautéed mushrooms and Mahi to at home. That sauce was absolutely mouth-watering and the pasta had delightful texture. The ladies in the shop are always friendly and helpful, so don't hesitate to ask if you have questions about how to prepare something or how many people it will serve. If you're not in the mood for pasta tonight, many of the products are frozen so if you're in the area don't miss your chance to stock up! This small shop is filled with pasta machines and wall to wall options. You can feast your eyes on bountiful pastas, desserts like tiramisu & profiteroles (our favorite), and even a small market of Italian and Argentinian coffees, sweets, and wines, so why not stop by and take a look?

I used to go get my weekly fix of fresh pasta for years. Finally I tried the new place. Same offerings. Different sizes to satisfy clientele budgets. I could just stand in front of the freezer all day to pick my selection. Today was Lobster Sorrentinos- mini ravioli stuffed with lobster and I picked a pesto sauce for the topping. Easy to prepare at home. Definitely delicious to consume. I didn't even check to what fresh pastas were available; this is what I used to purchase all the time. Service was spot on. I walked into the store and a clerk welcomed me and asked if I needed help. Nice. Prices were reasonable. And BTW, they supply all the neighboring restaurants and then some, with the fresh pasta on their menus. Go try it. I know I'll be back. I'm sure I'll be able to up my rating to 5 stars with my next update.

Husband and I had a hankering for some good Italian but we didn't feel like going out to eat…read more We picked up some food here to go, having never eaten here before. Let me start by saying, I have had hundreds of cauliflower pizzas, from many different restaurants. I can't seem to find anywhere that makes them right. I ordered the cauliflower Quatro fomaggi pizza... My husband picked the order up a few minutes past it's prime so we got it a bit cold. Despite the pizza literally being cold by the time it got to my house, it was NO JOKE the best cauliflower pizza I have had in my life. The flavors were spectacular, cheeses were savory and sweet, sauce was ridiculously flavorful and enjoyable. My husband got some lasagna and he enjoyed it thoroughly. We also got the gluten free chocolate mousse cake and it was decadent and sweet. We split it and it was so full of flavor, one slice was enough for us to share. My husband recounted that he's been struggling to eat meals recently and this meal literally brought back his enjoyment for food. We enjoyed the food a lot. I will most definitely be coming in for a sit down experience for the best cauliflower pizza I've ever had in my life. If it's that good cold, I can't imagine how good it is hot. It was so nice to enjoy some high quality food and to be able to stay gluten free

My sister ordered the Rigatoni Boscaiola with a chicken cutlet on it. Looking at the chicken, it was visibly pink, and she understandably didn't feel comfortable eating it. We informed our server, who apologized, but the plate never left our table and was never taken to the kitchen for anyone to inspect. We ended up removing the chicken to a separate plate ourselves. When the bill arrived, the chicken was still included. After we asked about it, the server told us the chef said, "It's just a vein." Please see photo attached as the chicken is visibly pink and we are aware what a vein looks like. That was extremely frustrating because the chef never actually saw the chicken after we raised the concern--the plate remained at our table the entire time. We weren't looking for a free meal. We simply wanted our concern to be taken seriously and for someone to inspect the chicken before dismissing it. Instead, we paid for chicken my sister no longer felt comfortable eating. The other pasta dishes and appetizer were fine, and had our concern been handled appropriately, we wouldn't have left a review at all.
