After leaving, I did a quick search and learned that the chef/owner previously had a restaurant in Long Island, NY. That made perfect sense, I immediately loved the ambiance as soon as I walked in, even before trying the food or experiencing the service. I frequent many places in Long Island and really enjoy that style, so it felt familiar in the best way. We had a wonderful waitress, and the entire staff stood out for being genuinely kind and attentive, not just at our table, but throughout the restaurant. As a thoughtful gesture, they even removed the Kir Royale drinks from our bill since we didn't enjoy them much. We hadn't expected that at all, and it really showed how much they care about their customers. Every dish we tried was excellent. The calamari appetizer and the pesto gnocchi entrée were particular highlights for me. This is definitely a place I've added to my list for when I'm back in Florida. Wonderful experience, located in plaza with lots of parking. Outside table area, along with spacious interior seating area with numerous tables. Prompt seating and drink order taken from Austin our waiter. He was very good and provided excellent suggestions when asked. Party of 8 Sat dinner. Very good crowd. First, choose carefully. I have previously been and shared the Burretta Salad and I had the Veal Evo and it was great. This time I got the Wagyu Beef Carpaccio and Lobster Bruschetta because BOTH were highly recommended. I was really disappointed and wished I ordered the Veal Chop. I spent the next day sick, as it just didn't agree with me. In addition, there were not many tables, but we were seated next to a very LOUD couple of 4, they were horrible! Wow!! We didn't know what to expect being in a shopping mall plaza, but we were completely blown away. It started with our first interaction at the host stand. The young man behind the stand was so friendly and kind. There was a tiny wait beyond out reservation and he kept apologizing. It really was only a few minutes and we were a few minutes early anyway. We were seated outside in the patio. There is an adorable gazebo, lights and tons of plants to create a warm and inviting outdoor area that doesn't even come close to a plaza! We were greeted by Jessy our waiter. He shared the specials and offered us an extensive wine list. We passed on drinks but ordered promptly. We started with the lobster bruschetta. I have no words for the unbelievable flavor I experienced. This was hands down the most incredible thing I've ever eaten in my entire life. I am a food snob, and this was just dynamite!! If I could have licked the plate, I would have. The cream sauce, warm tomato and tarragon was a flavor I'll be dreaming about. Next we got shrimp parm with a side of rigatoni bolognese. The shrimp were huge and full of flavor. The bolognese was perfect. Not too sweet, a perfect blend of red sauce and meat. Then we had the chicken Milanese with arugula salad over top. Perfectly crispy chicken that was juicy, not dry. The salad was refreshing with a light vinaigrette and fresh mozzarella on top. Absolutely delicious! Lastly we had dessert, tiramisu and a cannoli. It was good, I think chocolate shaving on the tiramisu and chocolate chips in the cannoli filling would have made them both a ten. As they were, I'd say a 7.5. Jessy was a fantastic waiter! Our drinks were never empty, he checked in on us multiple times, he was friendly, and knowledgeable when it came to the menu. We have already started planning our next trip. Given they we live more than 45 minutes away, we won't be able to come as often as we would if we lived in the area, but we WiILL be back! read more

EVO food is excellent! Sitting in garden area is very pleasant and preferable to inside. The meatballs, Cesare salad, burrata salad and lobster bruschetta wonderful appetizers. Wild mushroom and sausage mafalde, pennine rigate vodka pasta, and fileto gorgonzola entrees were all delicious and beautifully presented. We topped it off with the chocolate bliss with vanilla gelato and a dish of raspberry sorbet. They offer a full menu of wines and liquors. Make a reservation on Open Table! This is not a place to walk in for a table as it gets full quickly. They do have a bar area but that seemed to be just as busy as the seated areas. Once seated you are taken care of by various staff members. Everything was flawless with the service. The drinks were good. Wished the the Emperor had more of the Butterfly Pea in it but otherwise no complaints. Creme Brûlée was made to perfection! The hostess recommended the Poached Pear Beggars Purse. Definitely didn't disappoint. They do have a sweet taste so they could easily serve as something sweet at the end of the meal. The Short Rib Brasato was great! I would have normally gave a 5 star as the food is always good ,but when you want to sit indoors and they say 5 people need to sit outside , but it's raining , then they sit you at a table next to a window full of cardboard boxes and service doesn't check on you enough you should get 1 star but I'm generous.For the price of food the service should've matched but it didn't and not sure if I would recommend after this lack of service provided. If you can't seat properly then don't just put tables anywhere and provide lack of service as we had to get up twice and go inside to get help and our check , this is actually a normal place for us to eat every time in Jupiter, but now not so much , yes all it takes it one disrespectful performance for the type of service we're willing to pay for. read more

Owners have always been awesome, so friendly and you can tell how much they care about their business and the guests that stop in. I made a reservation same day after seeing what Evo has done for special occasions and I was not disappointed! Everything was absolutely fantastic! We had the meatballs as an appetizer and they were well presented. Large, but not dried out or bready. I ordered lasagna, which was excellent, but my fiancé had a phenomenal veal chop. Cooked to perfection, the Marsala sauce and potatoes complemented the dish splendidly. Not to mention how wonderful the service was. Our server Katie was very attentive and the bussers were on top of it as far as clearing dishes and making sure drinks were filled. It was a lovely fine dining experience and I'll definitely be back. The couple we were with ordered chicken piccata and grilled salmon. My friend enjoyed his chicken piccata, but the salmon came out prepared totally wrong, but it was quickly remedied and was enjoyed. My wife had the chicken Milanese and said it was also very good. I had the yellow snapper francese and thought it was excellent. Another amazing meal at Evo. We have been coming here since they opened (in the original location) and the food just keeps getting better. Bread with oil/vinegar. Standard but so good. We started with the lobster ravioli special which was delicious. Four ravioli stuffed with lobster in a wonderful cream sauce with small heirloom tomatoes. Sorry forgot to take a picture! We split a Caesar salad. Hubby with anchovies, mine without. Amazing dressing, bread crumbs instead of croutons. Really tasty. I had the salmon. Very good though not a fan of the beans they served with it. The salmon was perfectly cooked. Husband had the fruta de mare special. Great amount of seafood, and huge shrimp, in red sauce. Word of caution, this is a pretty expensive place but the quality of the food and service shines through. We started with the stuffed artichokes- not what I was expecting, but very delicious. I was expecting a whole artichoke, not three wedges of one. So, very pricy, but very good. I ordered the bucatini carbonara and my husband ordered the rack of lamb special. Both dishes were amazing. This was my second time at evo- had not been in YEARS. They had redone it since last I had been there and it looks much better but the tables are still on top of each other with thin weird curtains separating the tables. There are lots of moving working parts and tons of servers, water ppl etc. but as soon as they get busy and you need your check you are waiting forever. We had the meatball app and it was delicious- it came with two meatballs which were good size. Our server informed us that if what we wanted wasn't on the menu the kitchen could make whatever we wanted. I almost went for the fruitti de mar bc I love seafood but wanted red sauce. So I ordered rigatoni with shrimp and red spicy sauce. The server informed me that it would come with 3 to 4 shrimp. ( I told him I'd like 4). My husband got the linguini with clams - he loved it. My meal was very spicy like I wanted and the noodles were great - the 4 shrimp were very tough! Once the bill came I was shocked to see that the pasta with 4 shrimp I had ordered was priced at $52 like the fruitti de mar which includes lobster, clams, shrimp, and calamari. I'm baffled that 4 shrimp would be priced the same as the seafood medley! The cannoli was not your average cannoli and was overdone with tons of chocolate sauce and NO chocolate chips in the middle. If you ask us this place is overrated and we will not be returning. read more
