Jumbo Shrimp, Chicken Portobello Pasta Special
Janet H.

Such an enjoyable dinner at Gardens Pizza and Pasta. We chose to sit outside on the covered patio on a beautiful night. It was a Thursday, so there was a gentleman singing who was really entertaining. For dinner, we ordered a mushroom pizza which was cooked perfectly, and the Jumbo Shrimp and Chicken Portobello Pasta special. Yum! Our server, Emma, was attentive and friendly. Recommend!

House calzone - 11/10

We get the veggie pizza and tiramisu to go about once a month. Consistently good, and the staff is always super friendly. This place had changed hands several times over the past five or so years but current owners are doing a really solid job. Nice to have it in the neighborhood.

Meat Lovers Calzone

Chicken parm was decent but not as flavorful as I expected. The calzone was so delicious- one of the best in Jupiter. The house salad was fresh and the dressing was delicious. Really happy we have this place so close.

Very good relative to other pizza joints in the area. Sicilian was good, small, the Stromboli and chicken rolls were also good, but not large. Friendly service.

1/2 Pepperoni, 1/2 sausage w/ mushrooms

Cute spot on Main Street in Abacoa, couldn't wait to try it based on the high reviews. We stopped over on Sat night they stop selling individual slices after 5 pm on weekends so we waited for a whole pie. It was a bit too wet but very tasty... you can't build a great pie if the foundation (pizza dough) is not good! The dough was just off a bit in texture, leaning towards more like bread and lacked real flavor. The bottom crust was oddly chewy in the center and not crisp, more thick and doughy towards the crust. Center turned into a floppy, soggy mess. We give it a 7 out of 10, good but not great. I agree with another review, Joseph's market imo is better and cheaper.

Meatballs--from scratch!

Our school had a spirit night here, and I'm so glad we did! We've walked past this spot dozens of times but never stopped. Now under new management, we chose the right time to come!! Stu, the owner came by our table to thank us for coming, and it was great to see him address so many other customers by name. That's a good sign of having loyal customers! We will now be amongst that number. We had pizzas, a Greek salad, Chicken Caesar Salad, and the last apple pie that day. First, my salad was huge and they were very generous with toppings (especially the feta!). My family devoured the pizzas & commented on how good the sauce was. Loved the grilled chicken on the big Caesar Salad. And that apple pie was filling and delish!! I could've used a scoop of ice cream to balance the warm, yummy apple filling... next time! Today I went back to try the cauliflower pizza and tiramisu. Holy cow!! Sooo good! And the portions are very generous!! I love the clean diner, open & friendly atmosphere here! I got to meet the baker, the pie maker, and the owners. Truly makes this a home style spot to visit! Love Stu & his beautiful wife! If you haven't been there in the last 8 months, go back and try it again!

Spaghetti marinara with melted cheese, garlic knots
Emiley H.

Ok absolutely phenomenal, not even being dramatic. I'm picky when it comes to pasta and their sauces. I ordered baked spaghetti marinara to-go and it was delicious. It was a large portion that came with 3 garlic knots and a salad. And, I could drink their house dressing it was so good. Great service. I'll definitely be back to dine in.

Grandma pizza
Ashley S.

We loved this restaurant. We ordered out and got the Grandma pizza with pepperoni, mushroom and cheese. The crust was nice and crunchy and they put the sauce on top of the pizza instead of underneath all the cheese. The sauce being on top allowed it to get cooked and enhanced the flavors. The fresh basil was so refreshing. We will definitely be back. Best part is its location so if you want to dine in there is putt putt right down the road for the kids when your done with your meal. 10/10 recommend

Pizza was very bland and and expensive. Not even close to NY/NJ pizza. Having Fox News on should have given me a clue about the quality.

To me, theirs is the best. The chopped liver is surprising - rich but never grainy. My guilty pleasures include their curry chicken salad and macaroni salad. The butcher shop is great - although there are times when only one butcher is on duty and the wait is too long. The bakery has "everything" and their pizza shop outstanding. Their New York style pizza is one of the best anywhere in South Florida. Although I don't buy my wines there, their offerings are impressive - a broad and deep shop. Finally, their people are almost always friendly and helpful. Overall, I always have a comfortable shopping experience.

It was delicious & some of the best I have had. I saw seared ahi tuna in the entree case. I got two pieces for the hubs. But I will continue to frequent Joseph's Italian Market. Better food & less pricey.

(There was a group of 4 older guys that knew the bartender by name and appeared to be regulars that were getting all the attention). So they have an amazing selection of $10 options for outdoor dining. We ordered 4 of them and the other bartender, Katelyn, notified us that one of the options was no longer available. No big deal, there were plenty of other options. Katelyn was fairly attentive and checked on us. I noticed several other patrons across the bar trying to get attention and were getting passed by. It was a busy night with staff pulling tables from inside to move them outside for several large parties. So I would give this place 4-5 stars for the food. The eggplant rotalini was AMAZING!! My hubby doesn't really like eggplant and he was practically licking the plate. Now, I would give the service 2-3 stars. (3 because Katelyn was great). I've worked in the food industry and it was a CF. It was like it was their 2nd week in business. For such an amazing space, and this family being in business for awhile, I expected better. I understand it was busy but your "regulars" will continue to come back. You don't screw new customers because that's a new financial chain that will support you in an industry that struggles with profit margins. I would give them another try because the food was so good and I love to support local.

I asked if she served cocktails she said yes , but forgot to give menu she brought back menu I ordered a old fashioned and garlic rolls I asked for extra olive oil and garlic on side.. and pasta fazool soup. As I looked around the restaurant is very clean very quiet the only thing we heard was the guy in the back kitchen pounding I believe the meat . No music .. The waitress came back and brought garlic rolls and melted butter with hardly any garlic. I did ask for olive oil and garlic on side . The bread was soft , but no garlic rolls . The soup came out in a cup and it didn't look like pasta fazool soup.. I try the soup and it was bland and it look and taste like carrots were mashed up it like baby food ? I didn't like it neither did my husband. I ordered a steak Stromboli and my husband chicken parmigiana. Our order came out and my husband try a bite of his food and he spit it out the chicken wasn't breaded it was boiled and sauce added on top no cheese and pasta on side the chicken ... my food came out it look good . I cut a piece off and took a bite . The steak has a bitter aftertaste not sure why maybe the meat wasn't good and had an odor. My husband said don't eat it . I did order a cannoli I took that to go . Overall the restaurant was nice , but the food that we had wasn't good. The food needs to be worked on . After I left I got sick ..

Nice way to start. The Mrs had the eggplant rolatini and I had the shrimp limoncello. Wow to both. The eggplant was thin sliced and lightly fried. The shrimp was wild due to a sweet finish from the limoncello sauce. Both were delicious and we were pleased. We shared a bottle of wine with dinner, a nice recommendation from our waitress. It was a great pairing. We wrapped with a tiramisu. Different than I expected and have had in the past but it was wonderful in its own way. Turns out most things are homemade and we could tell. We made a 8pm reservation and arrived a few minutes early, so we grabbed some wine and headed outside. Anyway, when we sat down, they immediately brought us a bread basket that included their homemade focaccia bread and butter, which was wonderful. For appetizers, we split their meatballs and their zucchini fritters. The fritters were incredible. The dishes looked huge, so we split two dishes between the four of us. The chicken francese had a ton of flavor, it did taste like an old school NY/NJ spot. It was 100% on point.
