We went to Angelo's for open mic night Monday . Gary Frost hosts the open mic night on Monday's and is also my instructor at Jupiter Music Academy . This is the first time in 25 years that I've been to Angelos and I looked at my wife and said why have we not come here more ? The response fantastic, they now have a full and very large bar and a tremendous amount of of seating . I wasn't expecting the crowd we saw at 6 pm . Open mic night is every Monday 6-9 pm and the place was packed . We sat in the back at a table for 8 there were 5 of us . The players started exactly at 6 . Gary firs a fantastic job of arranging the players and keeping it moving very quickly . Each player has the option of playing two songs . There were guitars players ,bongos, piano and most people sang and played . Gary supports the players and plays along with the performers which also is a site to see as he doesn't know the songs till the player walks up . But is a master with an unbelievable talent . We had two pizzas, mozzarella sticks, and marinated clams beer and wine the food was outstanding hot well prepared and the waiter did a fantastic job especially with the place packed. I mean there were better than 100 people in the room at least 30 at the bar at high top chairs and then another 1015 table tables full of players and patrons.. I definitely recommend you going to the restaurant and experiencing their food and if able supporting the players on open mic night . You'll have a great time . Gary Aldo plays around town as well with his band . This Friday he's at Maxis at the food shack at 9 pm . This one is just on their pizza. I keep searching for descent pizza in the area. Coming from NY/NJ I have high standards. Most local pies just come up short. Last night ordered pie from Angelo's. Half plain and half with sausage and hot peppers. Honestly, while not the quality of NY/NJ this comes close. Nice tangy sauce and good cheese. Give this place a try. read more

I had only ever ordered take out from here previously so this was my first dine-in experience. Really cute ambience inside with live music (saturday night). We ordered the stuffed gnocchi which was on special and they were delicious. They were smothered in a la vodka sauce. The meatballs were just okay, not the best I've had, but still good. Our go-to at most Italian restaurants is a classic cheese pizza and that did not disappoint. The crust was thin but they offer other options as well. And lastly, our favorite part of the meal was the Mona Lisa which is a pasta a la vodka with chicken. The portion is huge so it's definitely big enough to share! The sauce was so tasty that we couldn't resist ordering this because we could not get enough of the sauce. I highly recommend. The food came out really fast and the staff were very attentive in refilling our drinks and clearing our plates. I drink a lot of water and finished my first glass before we even ordered so the service automatically brought a couple more, plus a pitcher which I thought was great. I am not a fan of pepsi products, so that would be my only complaint here because I love a coke with pizza, but other than that it was amazing and I'll definitely go back! read more

Have heard about this spot for a little while even though I've lived here for 15 years, and am a real 5 borough NYer. It is okay. Sicilian pie was not NY style. Was thinner, almost like it didn't have the chance to rise. Sauce was meh, dark for a marinara. The "famous" pepperoni roll was not that, other pizzerias in the area are better. We used to order from Angelo's frequently, but haven't in a while. We ordered three pizzas, wings & salads. Expected delivery was 1:00, it took 1:35. Pizza was old and cold, it was already starting to curl. The wings were requested to be extra crispy, but were cold and soggy. At least the salad was warm! read more

This was one of the least pleasurable food experiences I've had in a while. Everything fried was burnt tasting. The Alfredo was not Alfredo..tasted like warm heavy cream with no seasoning at all. I hate to write a bad review because the customer service is great and the workers are kind, however, I am an avid Angelo's take out orderer and the last 4-5 times ordering have been seriously disappointing. I am not sure if there is a new chef, but the quality / flavor of the food has gone significantly downhill. Always get the vodka pasta and the last 3 times it has been gross, either overly salty or flavorless. Tried pizza and wings recently and the pizza did not have much taste and asked for the wings well done, and they were soggy and rubbery. I have been going to Angelo's pizza since 1991 as it was the best pizza you could get in Jupiter. In fact I have used their delivery frequently at least weekly until last 6 months as delivery has become problematic usually 1/2 hour to 45 minutes beyond given delivery time estimate. Recently tried Angelos again, same issue with time of delivery an extra 40 minutes beyond stated delivery time and then only to be delivered a cold pizza. I have lived in Jupiter for many years but have never been to Angelo's on Tony Penna. Tonight we went there with friends and I must say it will be not only my first time there but my last. It was the worst Italian food I have ever had. the chicken parm was thick and undercooked with a rubbery taste. My friends ziti was cold and tasteless and the two who ordered chicken marsala said it had a bad taste and it was also too thick. Service was terrible, waiter at first bringing out the wrong orders with mix ups. If you are looking for an Italian restaurant in Jupiter do yourself a favor and skip this third rate excuse for an Italian restaurant. read more

I have patronized both locations for many years. Since I now live in town, I have been using the takeout mainly. The food has always been very good and they give you a decent size portion. Unfortunately, within the last six months, the orders from Toney Penna have not been very good. The sauce has gotten salty and the pizzas are sparse on toppings even just a cheese pie barely has anything on it. The pizzas have also come out overcooked each time and not much flavor. I couldn't even eat the crust last night as I thought I'd break a tooth. The only outstanding item they still have is their garlic knots. Most amazing thing ever was their chicken parm sliders. This place does all of their sliders on their garlic rolls. Amazing. Their bruschetta was also phenomenal. They have the best bartender there, Kelly, who is just so nice and keeps everyone happy. They have live music here a couple nights a week which is usually pretty good although sometimes a little loud. Bathrooms are clean. Parking is sometimes crowded but I've always been able to find a spot. This place has been around for quite a while, and I'm sure they will continue to be around for many years. They have a separate section for takeout, for the pizzeria, or for the full dining room and bar area. Definitely give it a try. read more

Dined at Angelo's this evening. Ordered a buffalo chicken flatbread and spouse had veal parmigiana. Flatbread was dry, lacking in flavor and a little bit too spicy. Spouse's veal parmigiana was tough, and sauce was incredibly watery. Pasta was overcooked. Service was acceptable, however ambiance was lacking in any sense of fine dining. I've been going to the Jupiter location for years, so I was beyond excited when the Stuart location opened up. The new spot looks amazing inside and really keeps that same authentic feel. The food is always fresh and full of flavor, and the staff makes you feel right at home. The bar area especially stands out it's a great atmosphere to hang out, grab a seat, and enjoy the experience. First off, I'm giving this place what it deserves at a 3.25 star which is what it's given overall on its Yelp. If we could give half's I would. First off, decor looks like it's from late 80s early 90s which is fine. We sat down, the place was empty which is good for us as I hate busy places at times. We ordered the Gorgonzola chicken wings, a Greek salad and early bird chicken parmesan. The dinner came with garlic rolls and a dessert. Our soup never came which it was also supposed to be with. The salad came first. Salad was basic but the dressing made it stand out like a hero. We then got the garlic rolls. They were good. But nothing to brag about. The chicken Parmesan came next. It was a early bird special meal with gluten free pasta. The chicken was a small piece. The sauce was good and the pasta tasted like box gluten free pasta. Then came the chicken wings. The wings were good but not great. They were crispy but you can tell it wasn't seasoned prior to being fried. The sauce was good. But the wings could have been easily elevated. We never got our soup which we didn't wait for and the waitress forgot. The dessert was a basic yellow cake with a chocolate mousse as the icing. Overall, this place deserves the rating it has right now on its site. The place is unfortunately disorganized. I heard the waitress yelling at the expediter to not bring rolls to tables. She said we weren't supposed to get rolls by her standards even though it says right on our menu we did. We won't be back. read more

The last two times our family has picked up pizza at Angelo's have been tremendous. Angelo's has the basics down right: fantastic sauce, good crust, good cheese. We've had pepperoni and mushrooms each time. The pepperoni was cooked to that great point: a little crisp but not burned. Service is friendly and courteous and the pizza was ready in plenty of time. I do like the atmosphere and will likely dine in soon. It's a relaxed setting but not fancy. read more

The food was mediocre but low price, what we expected. However, they hit is with 2 up charges on our happy hour Manhattans. $2 for "Manhattan", even though Manhattan was on the happy hour drink menu for $5, and another $2 up charge for "rocks". $9 for a $5 Manhattan. To add insult to injury, they snuck in an additional 2.75% on the entire bill for credit card. None of these hidden charges were disclosed up front. I'll start this review with this, we love Angelo's and visit frequently but last night was easily the worst experience I've ever had dining here. Party of 5 and the place was super busy, which we also took into consideration. I get it, be kind to those who showed up, the entire world is short staffed, COVID stuff. Placed our order of chicken wings at least 25 minutes prior to ordering the rest of our meal. We did so knowing that the wings here take awhile to cook. We proceed to place the rest of our order, 3 12" pizzas with various toppings, a pepperoni roll and pepperoni bites. Our pizzas were served first before anything else, we asked where the chicken wings were and if we would be receiving them, the waitress mutters, "Oh for fucks sake", as if our table was in the wrong for asking where the rest of our meal was. Then a pepperoni bread made its way to our table several minutes later, still before our chicken wings, and we never even received the pepperoni bites. We eventually told the waitress just to cancel that since there was no sight of that order arriving. Finally the wings arrived, after our party had completed half our pizza. The waitress was terribly rude, never apologizing for what was taking place, or what she previously said, "under her breath". Half way into one of the pizzas, a member of our party pulled a long dark hair from her mouth, that was included as a topping for her pizza. Now the owner arrives table side, in a jovial and comical tone he says, "listen things happen, we are busy, and I'll comp the wings and throw a dessert in". I'm not here for comps and freebies, but if the owner is willing to make it right, certainly give them a chance to do so. We told him that this was an awful experience at a restaurant that we have been visiting for over 20 years. People were walking by them, standing over them. Thought it was a one time thing, next time, same deal. A chrome rack holding uncooked pizza pies on the floor. Not appealing to me. It is what it is. Couldnt just ignore it had to followup. Thats what honest reviews are all about. They need to stop this. The other issue was the fee for using credit cards, no signs, no nothing. So disappointed!!! We were visiting family and friends over the weekend and when it was suggested to get dinner at Angelo's we all agreed. We always had good service and food out the Jupiter Farms location when we lived there. We were told that our pizza would we an additional 15 minutes when we arrived. Ok with that, while waiting we noticed how disorganized everything was; after 30 minutes we were told it would be another 20 minutes. How we been told when called to order our pick up, that would be ok, but don't say 32 minutes when in reality it is over an hour and half. read more

When you come from the mid- west, you're raised with Friday night football and pizza, the Friday night sport change but not the pizza. Moving to Florida, we've not looked back, except for pizza. Ugh, seems like every pizza in Florida is a copy of New York Style, thin round and boring after your 10th one. Angelo's serves a Sicilian rectangle... it's not so much about the shape as it is the thickness. Some would call it a pan pizza as well but it's delicious and a higher standard of pizza than the pies served on every street corner. It's the closest we've come to home. They also serve a thin round and it's delicious but we love the Sicilian pizza here. I've had the salads, garlic knots and perhaps some day I'll try their pasta. We absolutely love this restaurant. They have the best happy hour 7 nights a week. Great food prices and very reasonable drinks. The entire staff is friendly and a pleasure to deal with. There is a great bar menu and a large lunch and dinner menu with very fair pricing. Pizza is the best around and there sauce is really perfect. I've been to Italy about 30 times so I know "good Italian". There even is an early bird menu with a large selection of FULL DINNER pricing. There is live entertainment 7 nights a week with very talented performers. We love Tammy Lynn and Wallstreet but all are very good. We live in the area and go there about 5 evenings a week. Try it and you will become a "regular" too!!! read more
