The work crews that came out were such hard working men and would clean up everything when they were finished, which was great because I live in an HOA community that is as strict as I have ever encountered ( having lived in HOA communities before). The pool was just completed last week, and it's beautiful. My entire backyard has been transformed from an ugly, barren, mess into a relaxing place I plan to enjoy. I would recommend them to anyone wanting an inground pool. We had an excellent experience from start to finish! [[HIGHLIGHT]]Charlie Yoder was our sales representative, and he was great from the very beginning. He made sure we new all of our options, was patient with all of our questions, and made sure we stayed informed every step of the way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Jose was our construction guy. He and his team went to work quickly on our yard. From start to finish, we were impressed with the process. Jose also did all of our inspections and made sure we knew what to expect every step of the way. After the pool was completed, he came back out and gave us a full tutorial on our pump, how to clean the pool, how to use our bolt down pool cover, etc. Chilo and his crew did our decking and concrete. We added a little more decking than what comes the pool, and gave him creative control to make it fit asthecially with the yard. He knocked it out of the park!! [[HIGHLIGHT]]During all of this, I was also corresponding with Tommi in the office. She kept us informed of the next steps in the process, what to expect, and when payments were due for each phase. Always friendly, and responsive when I would email with any questions or concerns.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]After our pool was completed, I went back down to Renaissance to pick up our final packet from Charlie. It was bittersweet because at the end he gave me a great big hug, and it honestly felt like I was saying goodbye to a good friend. A crack with water leaking and being ignored by warranty now say due to an unpaid balance, warranty won't cover. We, along with our Realtor and the buyer's agents arrive at nothing but dead ends when trying to talk to the office. No, we have not held up funds from the lender (it's based on progress and look at the progress in the pic). Blaming the city inspector was the other game played. Today- their phone number doesn't even work when you call. Run! The sad part is that we really trusted Heather (the owner's daughter) because this was a family business with years of experience. Yikes! Something must have gone really wrong in the last year or so. Jose, our contractor and Jesse the landscaper were the only two pleasant experiences we've had as both men are excellent. Update: As of September 2021 the pool that was started in APRIL is STILL NOT DONE. This is a ceramic "drop and fill" pool that literally should have been completed in 6 weeks. We shopped for a 2-3 person above ground spa in Fall, 2020 at Spa Liquidators and Renaissance. Renaissance is the local distributor for Jacuzzi and Liquidators stocks several brands. The hard sell tactics at Liquidators was off-putting and they deliver every spa by lowering it onto the property with a crane. This adds a few hundred $ to the cost. We chose Renaissance because we like the history and proven reliability of Jacuzzi. Tommi was our primary contact for the purchase and she was very efficient in working out details for delivery. Because of the supply chain problems, our special order spa (240 v rather than 110 v) took 5 months to be delivered. This in no way was the fault of Renaissance. Jose directed the delivery and setup in the yard. All went very smoothly and they easily delivered the spa on its side through our 33" gate on 2/14/2021. We have had two problems with the spa. The temperature probe failed after 8 months and was replaced by Jose soon after we reported the problem. Cosmetically, the panels surrounding the spa body weathered very badly within 6 months of installation. When Jose replaced the probe he took pictures of the panels, submitted them to Jacuzzi and 2 months later installed new panels. Both repairs were of no cost to us. Tommi followed up the final installation to be sure we were happy with the spa . So, yes, I am pleased with our choices and would highly recommend Renaissance. read more

Really poor customer service. I've been waiting for a warranty repair since December. They don't return calls. I actually stopped in twice to follow up and ordered a cover assist lift. This was a month ago! I just left my last message. If I don't receive a response today; I will call Jacuzzi and apprise them of the situation. I have been beyond patient. Long story short these guys run a really terrible business. If you can find another company I highly suggest going with anyone else, but this place survives because fiberglass pool install is rare around Vegas. They are slow, unresponsive, inaccurate, and overall do not care about your project. The pool install from signing and paying the deposit to finishing the installation of all included parts took over 3.5 years. Yes three and a half years to complete a fiberglass pool! It did eventually get finished but it took many unanswered calls, lots of days where they didn't show up, and it's impossible to reach the sales person for questions (this is also the owner's daughter), Heather. At some point Heather quit to start another pool company but was able to bring her existing projects with her. So you get to attempt to call/email Heather and Renaissance to barely get a response from either of them. Payments were constantly posted to the wrong account for thousands of dollars. The installer's work was decent but they do not care about damages or your landscaping, they will dig wherever they want, pile it on decorative rocks, but will not put anything back. Sales/design: B, they are able to put together a nice design but will nickel and dime many change orders including the pool pump. Regardless of what they claim, adding concrete around the pool is very expensive. Install: C+, everything was installed to pass code but the yard was left damaged and parts of the pool pump/filter started leaking immediately. I'm not hopeful this business will be responsive for any warranty claims. Administrative/Office: F, most payments post to the wrong account, nobody calls back, extremely slow to get anything accomplished. Renaissance Pools and Spas (aka Caveman Rock and Waterfalls Inc) is expensive, slow, unreliable, and they do not care about the customer. If there were more fiberglass install options this company would be long out of business. read more

This location is phasing them out as they no longer will be a dealer at some point. The customer service that I experienced was pleasant and they treat you nice. We had our pool opened since July, and I must say that we just love it. It took longer than expected to complete, but in light of the pandemic, I wasn't surprised as the subcontractors struggle to keep guys employed. The pool itself is gorgeous, and we've been in nearly every day since it opened! There are so many pros to a fiberglass pool, such as the color options, the fewer chemicals you will need, to being able to pick an appropriate size for your space (concrete guys want to take up your whole yard to meet their minimum). read more

I would give 0 stars if possible. This company in so unprofessional. After just shy of a year we needed a replacement pump for our pool. When we tried to get the repair/ replacement through the warranty department we were told that we still owed a balance for our pool. Now keep in mind we have received no bill or statement saying we owed anything for almost a year. I was told we did not pay the final 2 phases ($2300). After I provided the proof of payment they then said we didn't pay enough. Now we owe $200. If we had not needed a repair then we did not owe and suddenly I am being told we have no warranty without payment on full. This seems like fraud to me. They never processed our final payment to withhold a warranty that was in our contract that does not state anything not having a warranty if we have a balance. I'm going to preface this by saying I've never left a negative review for a company. We all have our challenges, especially in the world we live in today. However, we've been trying to get our spa fixed for almost a year now and have not gotten a resolution. Don't get me wrong, some of the employees are great, such as Jose and Tim. But, nonetheless, we have been more than patient. We went directly to Jacuzzi to try to get help and now we are still getting the run around. This is the absolute worst service I have ever received in any industry for any purchase. I would not recommend purchasing a spa from this place, unless you want to get in it three times because it always ends up losing power. We purchased the spa in September of 2020 when demand was high. We already had electrical hookup at our house, which they said was completely fine, no issue. However, that seems to be exactly what the issue is. The spa won't stay on, it throws the breaker constantly, for no apparent reason. We've had both the original electrician and a Renaissance tech come out and no resolution. We just don't know what to do - not trying to blast anyone, just want some type of resolution. I would give zero stars if it weren't for Jose and Tim. If someone at Renaissance sees this, can you please call us. We just want the $10k+ we spent on the spa to be worth it. read more

Great service initially, downhill once the payment was made. My pool has been in the ground since June 2017 and I have yet to receive my warranty paperwork. It's January 2019! I've lost count of how many times I've called and asked for my warranty package. I was always given some excuse! I'm so disappointed in myself for not checking Yelp before I ventured into this establishment. My husband and I put a down payment on one of these pools in June 2020. It is now November 2020 and we have accomplished zero as far as advancement on our pool plans. We live in the very far north west of the valley and the only way to reach anybody from this company is to go to Boulder Highway, Henderson to discuss anything. You can call every day for weeks and nobody ever returns your phone call. Communication is horrible. I decided to check yelp today to see if anybody else has these problems and I was shocked to find out that nearly every person who wrote a review has the same problems that I'm experiencing. I made my final phone call to Heather today alerting her that if she did not call me back by the end of business day today that I would be taking my business elsewhere. It's now 3:30 in the afternoon and in a couple hours we shall see if I turn and walk away and attempt to get my $1000 deposit back. Claimed everything was out and we had to order different that was always an up charge. The last straw they posted one of my payments to someone else's account. If you happen to find yourself in front of Renaissance Pools, DO NOT go in, rather RUN as fast as you can the other way. We ordered our pool on June 3, 2021. On that day, I was surprised that the "approximate" date of completion was June 3, 2022, but was told by Heather (the owner's daughter) that it would most likely be finished way before then. We did everything in our power to ensure things could move forward quickly. We ordered a pool that was in stock, we paid an extra $1200 for a pump that was available (the one that was included in our package was delayed). We had all of our landscaping prep work finished by the end of June 2021. We were told many times that the delays were due to weather (which wasn't bad) and supply chain (although that shouldn't have affected us since we ordered only what was in stock).They came out to dig the hole on December 1, 2021. We have sent questions by email that were never answered. ND Concrete was here on 8/5/22 to set the forms for the decking. They said that the inspector would be out on Monday 8/8/22 and that the concrete would be poured 8/9/22. They didn't show up and we had no communication from them or Renaissance until I called Renaissance on 8/23/22. During the next two weeks, I had tried multiple times to contact the concrete company but was sent to voice mail and then told the mailbox was full. I tried sending a text, but did not get a response. Finally, the deck around the pool was poured the first part of September. They neglected to install the railing. Sonia told me they would be here on October 15th to install the railing, but they didn't show up. Then she said they would be here on the 18th, but yet again they were no-shows. Finally, they came October 25th & 26th to finish the job (almost three months from when this part of the project was supposed to originally happen). We were thinking the delay may have been weather related (rain) but two weeks later we were wondering when they planned to pour the concrete. Being unable to contact them directly, I called Renaissance on 8/23/22 and was told by Sonia that the delay was because we had a balance owing (WHY HADN'T ANYONE TOLD US THIS????). She sent me a printout showing all the charges and payments, and there was a credit card payment for $8150.00 that had not been posted on their end. The next day I took our credit card statement into the office to prove that payment had been made. I received at least seven statements showing the charges and payments for each stage of the project and at least 5 of them show different amounts. The only thing worse than their customer service is their bookkeeping. Even on my final "paid in full" statement, it continues to say stage 3 was "short paid" even though that is referring to the $8150 that we paid and they hadn't recorded. While in the office, I wanted to know when the concrete would be poured and Sonia PROMISED to find out and call me before the end of the day. She never called. Later I believe she lied when she said she did try to call but there was no answer. We have three numbers and she did not call on any of them. I called the office that same day at 6/15 p.m. and the phone was answered by Tonya (manager). She said Sonia has gone for the day. She said she would try to contact N&D Concrete. I asked her how she's able to contact them since I was unable to get through. She gave me the same number I already had. I told her David had told me on January 18, 2022 that our pool would be done by mid-April, and May 1st at the latest. She said he was a used car salesman that wanted to work there, and he didn't know anything about pool construction. She said "I have to go, I have work to finish. I did you a favor by even answering the phone after hours." She said there wasn't anything else she could do for me. She was very argumentative and didn't want to hear what I had to say. There were many times they showed poor communication, lack of commitment and lack of integrity. They just don't care. They tell you what you want to hear, and then you wait. Our pool was finally completed on October 26, 2022 (missing the pool season for this year). We were unable to get owners' manuals for the filter apparatus, or the pump (even though they said we were given the pump manual). We were told to go online for that information. We did get an instruction sheet for the pool vacuum because we found it laying in the yard after they left. We spent $60,000 with this company. You'd think they would provide some semblance of customer service, but I have never been more disappointed with a process that should have been a happy one. When we walk in nobody acknowledged us. We just awkwardly stood around waiting for assistance. Then finally they told us to go outside and look at their inventory. Great. Then when we came back in, again, no assistance, no acknowledgement, no "give me a sec guys I'll be right with you". Nothing. So rude. Lost our business. Not sure if they didn't take us seriously as buyers or what. I just hated that they didn't even try to assist us or acknowledge us. One friend has had to involve the contractors' board to have what was originally supposed to be a 4 month project completed but due to lack of proper project management and lack of communication, it has been over 9 months. Pool finally showed up in Vegas in February 2022 after being promised every month it was on its way. Was going to cancel contract and bring in counsel to sue for default when they reassured me that they would be done by May 2022. Took a month to schedule digging. Now have had a hole in my yard for over a month with no commitments to set a pool that is sitting here in Vegas. No returned calls. Like most have said, they are great when you go in and ask for quotes, etc. Once they have your deposit, they are almost impossible to communicate with and your 8 week promised pool takes 8 months. A few of my neighbors have used here and we all have one thing in common- it was a nightmare from start to finish. One task would be completed, then the next step would be ignored until my husband would call them. They told us our pool arrived damaged so that was the reason for one of the many delays. It wasn't damaged. That is just what they tell everyone. No one ever came over to do the final inspection either. My answer is, "get a ceramic pool from the folks at Renaissance Pools in Henderson." With very few chemicals compared to concrete pools & low maintenance, this is THE pool to get. We've had it for 12 years & couldn't be happier about our purchase. We didn't initially know much about this type of swimming pool until a neighbor told us that her father built concrete pools for years in CA & if he had to make a recommendation, he'd go with a ceramic pool.
