Great food, the vegan ramen was the best I've had in the states! Onigiri was delicious. Atmosphere is awesome. Folks are super friendly. Don't miss out on this place!!

Finally found an opportunity to stop by thanks to the Winter Walk, and they had a new offering of ramen in to-go containers! I like the smaller serving size, and walking around slurping on noodles is kinda fun. The ramen itself is pretty good too. The place is actually pretty spacious inside and the decor is cool.

Fantastic vibe. Awesome ambiance with excellent DJ. Really enjoyed my delicious mushroom latte, totally relaxed me. Kind, friendly staff/owner. Yummy food though a bit on the pricey side. Great place for date nights and friend hangs. If you're visiting from out of town, definitely stop by!

How did we not know about this place sooner? There's really no parking out front but find a street spot out by Bumblebee's. It's worth coming into Remix Audio Bar! The Japanese/Korean menu is fantastic and they have GF ramen. And, the owners are wonderful people. My hope is that everyone discovers this place ASAP and maybe in the future they find a building in Santa Fe that is worthy of their presence. Come in and enjoy.

Perfect spot for an evening cappuccino. Great vibes. Chill ambient jazz/house music. Looking forward to tasting more of the menu.

The inside of Remix. Lots to play with, depending on whatever calls your attention.

The vibe we needed. Spent a few hours decompressing here after a strenuous hike. The music and my hongo latte aligned all my chakras.

SO glad we stumbled across Remix! The owner is super friendly and helpful, and the coffee is the best in Santa Fe. The space is incredibly cool and arty, and I could see happily passing an evening here. There are games, a DJ space, and fun things to look at. We loved stopping in and can't wait to go back!

The place is full of cool puzzles, games, artwork, etc. You can get lost perusing through the owner's curated collection.

I decided to check out this place randomly during my trip to Santa Fe. I can officially say that this place is the best coffee shop I've ever been to. The owner of the place, Justin, runs a really nice initiative related to training new people how to DJ in a cozy and comfortable environment while also running a coffee shop, hence the Audio Bar aspect. He's really nice to talk to and super friendly as well. My exhausting day was made much better by Justin. The elixir that I bought was so flavorful and it gave me a much needed boost. Please visit his shop if you're in the area. You won't regret it!

    Absolutely delish!

Awesome coffee with a really cool vibe! He has fun tea drinks too and the inside, although small, has a really cool vibe with games on the tables. I would def visit again!!

No one else came to take them away till the near end of our meal so I found that a bit odd. Happy Hour runs twice daily with reduced prices on food & beverages from 3-5p and 9-10p. They have an extensive sake menu categorized by flavor profile designed for pairings, along with a lean but modern wine list including detailed tasting notes. Japanese whisky and exotic green tea (try the kuki cha!) round out a full beverage program, and deep booths offer private views of the lush valley below. Chef Kiko Rodriguez offers a four-course tasting menu at an exceptional value for $65 - trying this or any of Paloma's suggestions from their fresh sushi menu (only restaurant in New Mexico with fish flown in from Japan daily) will surely please. Gloriously chilled tuna sashimi was thinly sliced cut with heat from fresh wasabi and a savory ginger shoyu. Hand rolls are served in pairs, and the spicy tuna was simple, elegant, and delightful - a perfect showcase of the freshest fish. Before switching to dessert, shaved ginger is also snappy and cleansing. I was absolutely mind blown by the Sakura Pannacotta - delicate and dreamy custard textured like chawanmushi with soft aromatic cherry blossom and the most delectable shortbread accent. Three light courses that were fully nourishing, absolutely satisfying, and delightfully delicious!

I went again today for a late lunch and enjoyed some aspects of the meal. For one, it was just me and two other tables who closed out right when I was walking in. I was quickly sat, and proceeded to have pretty slow service to start. Once a server finally came back around 5 minutes later, he brought some delicious spicy/sweet peanuts to start. Returned less than a minute later to take my order, then proceeded to have great service afterward.. let me start with the spicy baby cucumbers: pretty tasty and a large serving, however I didn't think they were that spicy. The chile oil used is mostly oily with some not so spicy Chiles used (that could just be my heat tolerance) but nonetheless, they were delicious. The hot tea was fresh and he brought it out with water, which I appreciated.. I was however slightly disappointed in the Dan Dan Noodles, I didn't take a picture just because it honestly was served not too appetizing or picture perfect like most of the previous reviews. Everything was mixed together, and the meat was all in the bottom under all of the noodles. The flavor was pretty good, but I didn't get the normal Szechuan flavor or spiciness that I've had in the past at other places. I do love the fresh noodles, but the overall dish was a little underwhelming. I would have liked it to be a little more presentable, along with more of a noteworthy flavor other than meaty broth with some chile oil (again more on the oily side not so much spice). Overall, the experience was decent and good service. I will come back to try something else and maybe it just wasn't a dish for me.

The goodness began with Naomi, who helped me fix an error in my reservation and get a table at a good time tonight. The goodness continued with our server Mitzi, who should be teaching graduate classes in hospitality in every big city. She was friendly without being overbearing, informative without being pedantic, subtle and gracious. Now, the food! My wife chose the vegetarian tasting menu and I had some of each dish: so very flavorful (a green salad with pears, a life-changing mushroom bisque [and I don't like mushrooms!], a chickpea croquette with pickled artichoke hearts and ratatouille, and a substitution of the lemon crepe for three yummy scoops of sorbet and gelato. I chose the scallops, perfectly cooked and moist, over couscous, and a dish of tasty sauteed baby spinach. A wonderful experience, and not overpriced, and everyone treated us sweetly. The musical soundtrack was swinging, and at a compassionate volume. Our first trip to Santa Fe, and we found a gem. Hooray! And thank you, Mitzi!

The interior is classy and very comfortable. We were seated at a nice comfy corner booth. The soft music in the background was soothing and just noticeable enough without being a distraction. We were served complimentary flutes of local sparking wine and a fresh baked bread basket and butter to start. We then ordered cocktails and three starters. First was a split plate of the endive smoked duck salad with a warm bacon vinegarette. Wow...this was nice and refreshing. This was followed by the crab dumplings with fresh corn and peas and lobster sauce. Delicious! The final small plate was seared foie gras on top of banana bread toast. This was very good. I miss foie gras. Unfortunately, it's banned in California. They had a 2023 Sea Smoke "Ten"Pi ot Noir on the wine list. This is one of the best Pinot Noirs produced in California and not easy to find. This was a no doubter and we ordered a bottle to pair with our entrees. My wife ordered their signature elk tenderloin for redemption because the restaurant the night before failed at executing this. I ordered the tomahawk pork chop. This was cooked to perfection with a nice thin crust on the outside and a perfect very light pink juicy center. We ordered a side of brocolini that was pan roasted with shallots and butter. Everything was very good and Michelin grade in our opinion. Lastly we ended the evening and split the tiramasu type of desert. My wife had the expresso martini and I had an 18 year old Glen Morangie scotch neat. The service was excellent and worth the splurge. This is a must when visiting Santa Fe.
