    $18 mini steak bowl. Ripoff
    Karlos N.

The greatest ripoff. Paid $18 for a mini bowl of rice and low quality steak. The bowl was the size of a fist. The rice overcooked. No one in the right mind will come back to get a fit bowl. The people working there a nice and friendly but who ever designed this dish has no clue about fitness nutrition.

They had the best service! This place located close to Santa Fe air port in a parking lot of a mall. I discovered it through Yelp and while I was there, I saw so many locals order lunch through the place. It gets busy during lunch time. I ordered the ramen birria which comes with ramen, two tacos and soup to dump it. I also ordered a green juice since it's extremely hot. The ramen birria can out kinda rough and the soup was not hot enough to actually soften the ramen. I asked for an exchange and the owner was super nicely helped me replace the whole order. The second time they definitely put a lot more effort in the ramen to make sure it is fully cooked before serving. The taco and meat are super tender and there are a lot of cheese in the taco! One thing is the food is really salty, so make sure you order something to drink. I am giving them 4 stars rather than 5 simply because the food is too salty for me. But if you are ever around and had never tried to dunk your taco in a soup, definitely visit this place. Probably one of the most authentic Mexican food place around the airport area.

4 hard shell carne asada tacos. 2 plain and 2 loaded. Definitely great food.

Wow. That was my first impression of the food at this place. I was actually waiting for some friends to go eat somewhere else but we were hungry so my kiddo and I bought a few tacos and they were delicious. The service was great and it was a lot better than where I ended up eating on this day. Two thumbs up from me. I hope to eat there again soon.

Quesabirria tacos were great. 11 bucks. Great price. Plenty of parking. The Chile is hot so proceed with caution.

Hard to find but worth the search. I got a chicken bowl for lunch. It was excellent and did a surprising amount of business while I waited.

The topped the burrito with green and red sauce... delicious!!! The flour tortillas were warm and soft awesome. As for the service... not good! The bartender is a rockstar, but the other server was not good. Forgot to give our drink order, forgot we asked for water, and forgot the beer I ordered. Actually, the food made up for it! Just call it mango juice because that is what it was. The only bright spot of the entire meal was our waiter. He was friendly, attentive, and genuinely great. I ordered the barbacoa plate, which came with four incredibly tiny tacos and beans. For $22, I was honestly shocked at how little meat was in each taco. Maybe a tablespoon at most. On top of that, the barbacoa had so many burnt pieces that they completely overpowered the flavor. I could barely taste anything besides char. I only finished it because I was starving. The beans were somehow even worse. They tasted like plain boiled beans with absolutely no seasoning. Not even salt. My girlfriend ordered the chicken enchiladas with mole for $28, and they were just as disappointing. It was basically two tiny rolled tortillas with the chicken sitting next to them instead of inside them. It made no sense. The mole sauce was decent, but it leaned much sweeter than savory. The only thing we left talking about was how disappointed we were. For the prices they charge, the portions and quality were nowhere close to worth it. We actually stopped at the Valero down the street afterward so I could grab a Milky Way ice cream because I was still hungry. That ended up being the best part of the night. Restaurant was beautiful too I guess.

Impeccable. The ambiance? Delightful. The wait for food? Diminutive. Friends say: "Blessed. The only word I can use to describe my experience. My only negative feelings are that no food will ever taste as good." "I'd eat there again, but their jamaica should be like $3.50." If you're in Santa Fe and not ordering the tamale plate at Tres Colores, you're doing it wrong…read more This dish is the definition of New Mexico done right--two perfectly steamed tamales, one smothered in rich red chile and the other in savory green chile. The red has that deep, earthy flavor with just the right kick, while the green brings a brighter, roasted heat that balances everything out. Together? That classic "Christmas style" combo that hits on every level. The masa was soft and flavorful (not dry like you get at some places), and the filling was generous and well-seasoned. The sides sealed the deal--fluffy Spanish rice, hearty beans, and a fresh, crisp salad that cut through the richness perfectly. Portion size was solid, presentation was clean, and everything tasted like it was made with care--not rushed, not watered down for tourists. Service was quick, friendly, and exactly what you want when you're trying to keep a night moving. Authentic, satisfying, and exactly what you hope for when you come to Santa Fe. I'd order this again without hesitation!!!
