I have mixed feelings about fusion tacos. All the Birria related stuff is yummy, i've had it for work lunches etc. The other day though I tried to go for the veggie tacos and the carne asada that was a bust- i'd give the veggies tacos 0 stars. Cold bell peppers in a corn tortilla- yikes ! I returned the carne asada before I could take a photo and opted for 2 carnitas tacos instead- tasty, but nothing special. Their green salsa is the saving grace of the tacos. read more

The quesadilla pizza with carne asada is out of this world! Fresh limes and spicy sauces to complement. We order this at least 1-2x a week while in Santa Fe working for a few months. read more

Just ate here. The best I can. say is mediocre, tasteless and dry. The chicken tacos were dry and underfilled. The veggie tacos were a joke. To top it off, the wait was long. But on the bright side, the water was cold! read more

The greatest ripoff. Paid $18 for a mini bowl of rice and low quality steak. The bowl was the size of a fist. The rice overcooked. No one in the right mind will come back to get a fit bowl. The people working there a nice and friendly but who ever designed this dish has no clue about fitness nutrition. read more

This place was okay. It was just a standard taco shop truck but there was nothing too special about the food. We did see a trail of ants that looked like it was going directly into the truck but nothing crazy that made us turn around. It was also a place I wouldn't sit and eat but we took it home instead. We live out of state and I have to say we've had better birria elsewhere. Not a place I would intentionally go back to unfortunately. Otherwise it filled us up and we ate but we weren't all too impressed. read more

Use to be my go to they've gotten sloppy as they're flooding the area with new stores. My crunchy tacos weren't crunchy at all, soggy and the avocado wasn't ripe just like rubber. Regret spending $15 there. read more

The best aguas frescas I've had in Santa Fe!! Someone is creative over there at fusion Had a lemonade tonight, didn't really taste like lemonade but it did taste like pure joy, if it was a liquid.... Cucumber, maybe some mint. It was great! Not too sweet or syrupy And I've also had a strawberry horchata!? What in the world... did you even know that was a thing? it tasted so good. I hate to be rude but one of my favorite places to go and eat it's just getting worse all the time this last time I went to get a breakfast burrito the tortilla was hard and the people were just so rude I don't even know if I want to eat there anymore the portions are not consistent , one time I got 10 tacos and my coworker got the same mine costed more? I asked for salsa and was charged $1.00 for a small container WTF I fill that fusion taco employees are being prejudice because im not from Mexico and I don't speak spanish they are showing it the sad thing is that I really did like to eat there read more

NOT A FOOD TRUCK, a full walk-in restaurant in Eldorado, I ate at Fusion tacos recently and i recommend it. Food is a little greasy, but in a good way. They have a walk-in, ordered from screens, kind of approach. Food was quite good, and nicely accessible for Eldorado area. Service was quick. Enjoyed the big LED menu TV screens. They had the best service! This place located close to Santa Fe air port in a parking lot of a mall. I discovered it through Yelp and while I was there, I saw so many locals order lunch through the place. It gets busy during lunch time. I ordered the ramen birria which comes with ramen, two tacos and soup to dump it. I also ordered a green juice since it's extremely hot. The ramen birria can out kinda rough and the soup was not hot enough to actually soften the ramen. I asked for an exchange and the owner was super nicely helped me replace the whole order. The second time they definitely put a lot more effort in the ramen to make sure it is fully cooked before serving. The taco and meat are super tender and there are a lot of cheese in the taco! One thing is the food is really salty, so make sure you order something to drink. I am giving them 4 stars rather than 5 simply because the food is too salty for me. But if you are ever around and had never tried to dunk your taco in a soup, definitely visit this place. Probably one of the most authentic Mexican food place around the airport area. read more

Wow. That was my first impression of the food at this place. I was actually waiting for some friends to go eat somewhere else but we were hungry so my kiddo and I bought a few tacos and they were delicious. This review is actually for Fusion Tacos at Santa Fe Brewing Company Headquarters. Sorry, no pictures. And that is because I dug in and ate it all before I thought about it. So, so good. I had the 4 tacos plate, 2 Carnitas and 2 Chorizo. I was told about the red sauce and I was really looking forward to it. So delicious on all 4 of the tacos! And it brought the heat, loved it. I also got to have one of the Chorreadas that one of the kids ordered. Delicious! Of course I drizzled some of the green and red sauce on it. I was stuffed by the time I finished it all. I would go here all the time if I lived in the area, so will take advantage when we are in town to hang out with the kids. read more

Food is decent not spectacular and the service quite terrible. I called and before I could even order they said the wait would be 35 minutes. I replied back that would be ok and wanted to proceed to order and whomever was on the phone stated I was better off calling fusion at the mall. In disbelief as he kept insisting I not order and I live 3 minutes away and didn't want to make trip to mall. I was perfectly ok waiting. They can't keep up! I wish for service I could give 1 star, but because is food is ok giving them 3 stars. Don't know how what the hype is all about. Way better food trucks just up the road! Won't be back. read more

Got the Ramen, comes with two tacos which I greatly appreciated. Tacos were cheese forward with a good flavor. Not much crunch in the shell, even straight out of the fryer. Ramen good but not great for my tastes. The broth was oily and filled with meat, yet not very umami. Noodles seemed doughy. read more

They're perfectly ordinary taco truck. Good spice, good flavor on the meat, but I don't get what has gotten them so far ahead of the other trucks. It's certainly not the price; $10 for for tacos isn't bad but not a steal either. read more

Best Birria in town. Have only gotten their Birria tacos and quesadilla (birria) but am sure their other menu items are just as delicious. Flavorful and fresh salsas too. (Only wish they'd put the onion/cilantro IN the tacos instead of on the side). Really fast and kind service. Everything made fresh to order. (Tuck location review, haven't been to brick& mortars). Authentic new mexican, cuban and other latino foods. Service is from a food truck and the only thing expected is speed, and they really are super fast, while having my food look great. Everything on their menu has great flavor and the quality far exceeds the price. read more

As a vegan there is not a lot of food on the menu but I got the vegetarian enchiladas which were good but not great. However I of course got them without cheese which I know can really take a dish from good to great and my brother who got the vegetarian enchiladas (but with cheese) said they were fantastic. A little jealous of him ngl but im the one who chose to be vegan. The staff were pleasant but service wasn't necessarily different from any other normal place. The location was nice and the interior definitely feels like it blended with what is the essence of Santa Fe, an atmosphere holding onto its old Spanish colonial roots contrasting smoothly with that American Wild West feel. It's why I love this city. read more

Wow. I avoid roach coach trailers like the plague. Always and without exception. Usually. My friend showed up the other day with the styrofoam to go boxes in a plastic bag and I thought great, here comes my next bout with gastro intestinal destruction. Not this time. My friend had to leave suddenly, so I didn't find out what she brought until later. Since I could feel my stomach starting to eat itself, I dove in. The tacos were amazing and I cruised through three until I caught my reflection in the TV and realized I looked like a caveman at feeding time. Taco juice all over my face and hands , everything in my container devoured, and I realised that I there were three mores tacos in the container belonging to my friend I fought with myself for about 10 seconds and dove in. I've never had a birria taco before and the flavors washed over me like a hobo in a carwash. Absolutely fantastic and messy as hell! I cant believe I avoided this rolling factory of delights for so long, depriving myself this culinary adventure . Most certainly not a roach coach, and no gastro distress makes me a fan for life. Please don't stop or move away, you guys have Santa Fe waiting for something new and exciting! read more

I wouldn't care that a business is closed before the listed hours; it was the way the bartender went about it. He could have politely told me that the kitchen was closed, and I would not have had any problem with it. He walked up to me within arm's length and continuously repeated "sorry we are closed" multiple times while getting closer to me. It was one of the worst experiences I have had to get escorted "asked" out of a restaurant. The experience was not good. To be clear I never get to try the food here.

They don't take reservations and although it was very busy we were seated within 10 minutes. My friends raved about the "swirl" margaritas (Santa Fe classic, apparently) so we got a frozen margarita flight. We were able to adjust the drinks in the flight- they even made me a frozen spicy margarita although that wasn't technically on the menu. Very helpful wait staff. We shared the flautas and loaded nachos. Both were rich but fantastic. We asked for both with a side of green chiles (highly recommend). The flautas came with sopaipillas which were fresh, soft and YUMMY. (They even brought two more when we asked!) This is a vibrant place to come for special occasions or even a nice family dinner. Highly recommend especially if you're visiting!

Moved here a few months ago and I'm in love with fusions tacos. Found out there's many locations. I'll definitely take guests here for a causal delicious meal. Love the Tack Tuesday deal and gives me an excuse to get tacos every week. Love these Torta Cubana, really everything I've tried is good. read more

Hope the other locations are better than the mall. Low expectations of mall food to start though. Had the carnitas bowl. Extremely weak considering the Mexican options in the area. Green Juice also pretty flavorless. Could appreciate that may mean it's lower in added sugar read more
