The front desk is so professional and courteous, they call if your waxer is out sick with plenty of notice, they're quick to answer and so kind! I've been coming here for three years, Morgan was the absolute best but ended up moving last year so I've been hopping from waxer to waxer and while everyone is great, I'm now sticking with Leticia. Things I get done are Brazilian(monthly), eyebrow(2/3x per year), upper lip(once a year..maybe). I've been doing Brazilians with Leticia and while I was a little scared to do my eyebrows (traumatized from past waxers and threaders), she did amazing and cleaned them up exactly how I wanted and didn't go too thin. Not all EWCs are the same, trust me on that,(9 years going to EWCs in three different states and multiple cities) but this one takes the cake! Throwing mud at a corporation who sees you as a number isn't the same as a woman's livelihood depending fully on herself. I have a hard time imagining her "yelling" seeing as how there are 2 masseuses next to her as well as a stylist in front of her. What was interesting is that she was the first one there. Like she had to disarm the alarm and turn on all the lights in the waiting area. For a 10am wax appointment, I found this odd. Doesn't your wax have to heat up? I was trying to give Tonayia the benefit of the doubt....Lord knows emergencies happen. I waited nearly 20 minutes and tried calling Tonayia's 972 # that's on her confirmation email. It's the same # that's listed in her Yelp posting, too. What was weird was that the phone didn't ring. I just got a message stating that this number wasn't accepting phone calls. No way to leave a message. So I emailed her by responding to her confirmation to tell her I was leaving. At this point, I had been waiting over 20 minutes with zero communication. Again, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. I have a small business and I know things happen. But 2 1/2 days later, still no response to my email. There's nothing worse than when someone wastes your time. If she does go into business again, I'd highly suggest calling before you head to your appointment to make sure that she's really in the office. Fortunately, Peace Love Wax in Plano (who has a no tipping policy) was able to get me in the same day. I'd suggest going there instead.

I read all the good reviews about Sadaf and felt I could trust her with my beloved face. I booked a lash lift & tint ($90), brow lamination ($85), and wax ($10). After Sadaf examined my naturally short eyelashes, she told me that I wasn't going to be happy with the results and to not waste my money. She suggested to use a lash serum for a month and return to her. Sooo happy I didn't spend the money on a lash lift that wasn't going to truly curl or lift my lashes!! The brow wax and meticulous tweezing was painless and she shaped my brows naturally. The brow lamination took 10 min and I was told not to wet them for 24 hours.
