I can't believe I've never reviewed this place. I come here about twice a week lol. The employees…read moreare very kind and knowledgeable about games. I like the songs they play in the store. They have a big selection of Xbox and PlayStation games. The Wii section is kind of small but that's my fault for still playing on my Wii. They have new games on the shelves every day, so if you don't see something you want come back another day! I've only ever bought games here (never traded in games) and their prices are fair! Less than GameStop and about the same as eBay, but I like buying here more than eBay because I know for sure the games are actually tested lol. I have bought some plushies and if you want Pikmin, Animal Crossing, or Kirby I know they have a lot of those. Overall if you like actually owning physical games, I recommend coming here! I've found some gems before :)

My girlfriend loved it too since they had plenty of cute stuff for her to look at, like keychains and Smiskis, so there was something for both of us to enjoy. The staff were also incredibly chill. We accidentally stayed past closing by about 10 minutes. I kept apologizing and telling the employee I'd get out as quickly as possible, and he genuinely didn't seem bothered at all. I really appreciated that about trip there. The ONLY thing that I would like to see some improvement on is I had difficulty getting the price stickers off in one piece. However, the rare and expensive games in the glass cases, they put the price on top of a sticky note instead of directly on the case, which protects them from that issue. So I really can't even complain about the stickers on the other common stuff, when they're going out of their way for the stuff that actually matters like that. Overall, definitely one of the better (or possibly best) game stores I've been to, especially if you're looking for rarer games. Great selection, cool stuff, awesome environment, and chill staff.

My fiance and I went in here when it first opened. We live nearby and were really excited that a…read morenew gaming store was opening up close to us, and figured we would give it a shot. We walked in the front door and there were groups of people playing board games and video games. Not a single person looked up to greet us, or even acknowledge us. They continued to play their games and ignored us. We stood there for a few minutes waiting to see if anyone would even LOOK in our direction to no avail. We looked around, didn't see many board games for sale, still not a single person said hello. I looked at him, he looked at me, and we promptly left. I will never go here again. I have never in my life walked into a game store and felt so unwelcome! It's great to have a place to play games and all that jazz, but I really think the employees should be able to stop playing a game for a moment and work on at least saying hello to their customers... I would rather travel over to Queen Anne or Greenwood.. Or heck, REDMOND if I have to for a look at their board games/card games. Save yourself the awkward trip and go elsewhere.

The store isn't really a game store as he mostly caters to Magic and YuGiOh! and doesn't carry any traditional board games. The owner is very welcoming and always willing to help.

We came by on a Saturday night and there were a few people inside. However the store is very spacious so we never had to worry about bumping into others which is nice. The store is organized very well and clean, not just cluttered or throw everywhere. They have so much to look at besides just games too. They had plushies, blind boxes, vinyl soundtracks, and more. The back of the store had plenty of pinball machines, basketball machine, and other fun arcade games too. The prices are generally good as they do have a lot of older games. The employees were busy helping customers and ensuring all questions or concerns were addressed. They were very professional and patient.

Look, you are NOT going to get eBay money selling your stuff to a reseller, no matter where you go. They want to make money off your stuff, it's a business. I traded in all my stuff and got a decent offer. Could I have hustled on eBay, ran listings, then go to the post office to send stuff off, and made more money, Yes. Did I want to do that? NO. So don't expect that. okay rant over. Overall, the selection was pretty good, I did manage to get a decent trade in value and got myself a new modern console, so that was a win. I also got great customer service, they treated me nicely, and I didn't feel that bad, given what I got. Again, you can go to eBay and list things, and make more money. You don't want to list on eBay, marketplace, and just want to offload? Come here, look around, and maybe you get in-store credit instead of cash, hint... of course they are going to offer you more for in-store credit, and find something you like.
