They wrapped our furniture and belongings extremely well, and we didn't have a single thing damaged. They also took the time to disassemble and reassemble furniture, which was a huge help. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the whole move. The only thing I would mention is that the move took longer than we originally expected. BUT honestly, I don't really see this as a negative because it was clear that they were taking their time and doing things the right way. I hired 2 movers and a 20-foot truck. Eugene and Serg were great. They clearly communicated their arrival time and kept me updated via text. There were 2 pick up locations - my storage unit and my parent's house. They had everything from storage wrapped and packed into the truck in 2 hours. Then we went to my parents for a few more things, we were out of there in under an hour. They drove to Jersey City and then had the entire truck unpacked and moved in and all the packing material cleaned up in 3 hours. They broke our special chandelier that was supposed to be packed with peanuts and had one blanket, both our TVs and our marble dining table in addition to many other items. Special crating legally falls under a different insurance standard but they offered the standard $.60/pound which doesn't come close to covering the damage. The damage was almost $50,000 and they offered $4000. We are tired of the lack of responsibility. It took months to even get that offered. Run to a different company!!! beware!
