Our insurance company immediately called Palace to do our water mitigation. Within a couple of hours Palace had everything under control with fans/heaters/dehumidifiers running. Over the course of 10 days Tony, Austin, and Abe got us dry. The bathroom tile was quite stubborn about drying out but the team knew how to get aggressive with it. We were impressed with their attention to detail. They took great care when working in the house by covering furniture and flooring. They kept us informed every step of the way. We will be having Palace do all the drywall/texture/painting and carpet replacement because the water team was so good. Once those repairs have been finished we will do an update here.

He has been available on tight turn around times, has been on time, and gets the jobs done promptly. He has completed a variety of repairs with quality work and attention to detail. Pros: --The project ultimately got done. Cons: --The project took twice as long to complete due to the constant excuses of why John could not show up either on time or at all. Everything from "something came up" to "I pushed snooze too many times lol" and everything in between. Those are direct quotes and those aren't even half the reasons the project had to be delayed because of other things that "came up." --John wasn't very professional and per conversations as he was finishing up, not experienced enough for the project he committed to. Ultimately, I came away with the impression that John thought his time and money were far more important than mine--not just because of his lack of professionalism but due to messages he sent me even when the project was complete. I'm grateful this project finally got finished, however I will not be using John or A Handy Service for any project in the future.

So, we had a bad hail storm in July and our insurance agreed to pay for a bunch of repairs to our…read morehouse including a new roof. We found this roofing company that seemed to have good reviews and so we hired them to do all the work. First of all, they have been unreliable and have changed the date of all scheduled repairs. Frustrating but whatever. Then when they were at our house, they were in and out of our back yard with no communication as to what was going on in regards to staining our deck. I watched these guys on our security cameras and they didn't seem to have any idea what they were doing. Today I started noticing that our windows on the back of the house all have little specs of paint on them as well as our siding. Not to mention they left our deck furniture downstairs in our yard rather than putting it back. Very frustrating but fixable. Then I informed the owner and another point of contact about this via text but never heard back. My husband tried to call but didn't hear back either. So, as I'm sitting in our living room breastfeeding my daughter, I look up and a strange man is looking in our window at me. Beyond frustrating and now I'm in tears because I feel violated. Do not use Mountain Range Roofing unless you want unprofessional and unreliable people with zero communication skills doing crappy work. Update: Then they texted me in the middle of the day out of the blue yesterday (before all the work was complete and made right) and threatened to put a lien on our house if they didn't get payment in 24 hours. I am completely dumbfounded at the way these people are attempting to run a business. What a joke.

Alex is one of the most professional contractors I've ever worked with -- very kind and courteous, prices work fairly, and is willing to negotiate if push comes to shove. During the install, his team accidentally screwed up a couple sprinklers that are right next to the driveway, but once I let Alex know, he and another employee came out and fixed it right away, free of charge. They do irrigation too, so it was an easy decision. A few weeks later, I had him come out and apply a clear seal to the driveway to prep for winter. The entire process was painless and it looks great! Hopefully this will hold up for many years and winters to come! Thanks for everything, and looking forward to working with you again.

Probably every house in my neighborhood received hail damage a couple of years ago (like at least…read more20 broken tiles), and as I watched the repairs going on, there was one company that was in evidence more than any other, Gorilla Roof. I was impressed with the new finished roofs, liked how they looked, and they seemed to move through the process of removing the old tiles, replacing the new tiles, and putting on the new gutters much more quickly than some of the other companies. (My friend's roof took over a month, while mine was done, start to finish, in 8 working days this summer, 2020.) Got ahold of Ed Jacobs and Myles, chose my tiles and underlayment, and filled out the HOA forms...(well, actually I forwarded the form to Ed and HE filled it out!) It was approved in a couple of days, and the large dumpsters were delivered right after that and the work began. I had an EXCELLENT, as in 10/10, experience with Ed and Myles, not only are they personable, but every concern was addressed to my satisfaction, every phone call and email answered quickly. I don't believe there is a better roofing company out there, I feel like I got the best that could be had in the Denver area. I will highly recommend this company to all of my friends and neighbors! Thanks for everything, Ed and Myles! UPDATE: It is now almost 4 years later. Everything's holding up great! One thing I forgot to mention is that I told Ed when he first came to look at the roof, that when it rains, water pours into the window upstairs, and somehow finds its way (straight down the drywall) to drip onto the kitchen table in the room below. He knew what the problem was, and took care of it. I've never had any more water come in that window or any other. My house is nice and dry still and the roof is holding up great, even against more hail we've had in my area! I had Myles come out recently for some warranty work, and he took care of everything in good order, even going above and beyond with taking care of some problems with a gutter that happened when a tree branch or something hit it. Thanks for everything, Myles, you're so great to work with, and I appreciate the extra work you did for me! :)
