I had a septic tank overflow on Superbowl Sunday and Jesse made it out to my property and fixed the issue. He spent some time searching for the cleanout pipe, then cut through a heavy root blockage at the top of the tank to get to the sludge, which was then completely pumped out. His truck was too large for the narrow private road to my property but somehow he made it out and back anyway. Be sure to tell Jesse if you have an access issue and then he can bring out a smaller truck. Thanks again Jesse! read more

I have been requesting an invoice for the services in October 2024. I still have not received it. I have texted Jose on several occasions. He states will send and nothing!! I shouldn't have trusted this business. I feel ignored and this is not good business practice. He must be hiding something. I will be reporting to the BBB. read more

I tried them again this week. I received a call immediately... and received an appointment the same day. Jose was very thorough and detailed. He shared lots of great information on the system and answered all my questions. Thank you. read more

My experience with Reliable Septic was very good. I liked that he explained everything to me about how a septic tank works, I also really liked that he cleaned the tank very well. On other occasions, they always leave something behind and don't remove everything. This time, with Reliable Septic, I was able to see that my tank was completely clean. Mr. Jesse was very kind. I recommend him 100%. read more

I would give 0 points if I could. They were good in the beginning and showed up when they said they would, but sadly Jose started harassing me about payment immediately after without supplying an invoice. I had told him when I hired the service that I am on a business trip and would pay upon return which him and I agreed to. Once I returned, I asked about an invoice again which he had not sent me. He then sent me an incorrect invoice. As I was requested to pay by Zelle, I made a small deposit first to check if it was the right person (as you cannot reverse Zelle payments) and I asked for an updated invoice. This is when the trouble began and Jose called and texted me one minute after the other. I called him back (the call is recorded as he agreed to) and his wife (I think) and him cussed me out, yelled at me and called me names, threatened me. Let's remember that I had just received the invoice and had just wrapped up work so there was no time to deal with this from my end. And then this: I also checked the septic tank because Jose's behavior was starting to concern me, and the tank was not pumped - so this person is trying to charge me for a job not done and then harassing me. I have pictures to prove the non-pumping with day and time stamps and pictures of the conversation and harassment. The below comment from said person shows what I am dealing with. What he comments below is a lie. If anyone would like to see pictures of the proof I have feel free to PM me. I hope no one else falls for this scam. I have reported this business to the authorities. read more

He didn't show up and didn't call. Tried calling didn't answer and mailbox full. Used different number and he called back probably thinking new customer. Said he couldn't drain truck but he never called us. Tried to call next day didn't answer and mail box full. Wasted a whole morning waiting for him but no show. Don't waste your time. Should be called unreliable not reliable. If he didn't want to do the job should have just told us not booked an appointment and have us waste a whole morning waiting for him. read more

Second time I use Reliable Septic and I love the SAME DAY APPOINTMENTS! Jose was very helpful at locating the septic tank and was quick to answer questions and phone calls ! Definitely will continue to use this company. read more

If I could I would give this place a no star! We have used it for many of years and never had the issues like we did today. The gentleman Jesse that we used to Have our septic tank pumped eight days ago was rude. We called to tell them that we had a problem with everything in our house flooding.. before we could even go into more detail he shut us down and told us it's not your septic it's your Leitchfield and you have a problem with your Leitchfield but yet the other guy who just came told us our septic tank wasn't completely pumped and our Leitchfield's were fine! I asked to speak with a manager on many different occasions and Jesse hung up on me seven different times. I am a 40-year-old woman and he said that he refused to speak to me cause my mom called on it. I I am insulted and we have been taken advantage of! I don't usually yelp either but that's how severely angry I am. When my dad was alive they were awesome towards us! It's a shame that Jesse chose to take a vantage of two women and that's exactly how I feel seeing as how I have to pay to have my septic tank pumped yet again (after him 8 days later)But nobody in the office will answer a single email or text message from me or phone call. So sorry I resorted to help! read more

Jose has been great ! He came to service my house in Riverside in September of 2020. From all the quotes I got , his was the best price . He even fixed my concrete tank for a reasonable amount instead of having me purchase a whole new septic tank . The result was great . I was able to get my certificate and sell my house with no problem. He is very honest . Always answers the phone. Was able to help me 2 days after calling and I had no emergency . I am really satisfied with this company . Will refer to people I know . read more

Thank you Reliable! Jesse did a great job cleaning out our septic tanks. He is really knowledgeable and friendly. The scheduling was a little tricky for me since these tanks are located on a rental. I have used other companies. But this is my second time using Reliable. I will definitely use them in the future. read more

Used for the first time 11/21. Just a maintenance pump, as it had been four years. I thought the process went too fast and he was two hours late and it was getting dark. 8 months later I have to have someone came again, this time an emergency pump. I would NEVER use them again. read more

Caution possible snake in the grass on 5-14-20 I called reliable septic pumpers to pump my 1500 gal septic tank. Granted I didn't get a quote. They said they would be out the following day at 4pm the following day I got a call from Jesse saying his tank was almost full and could not completely empty my tank. I agreed to wait to the next day. The next day jesse did show. I had already uncovered the septic tank covers eliminating the need for him to dig them up. I also helped him connect all his hoses and ran fresh water hose for clean up.asked if he wanted cash, check,or credit card for payment. He preferred cash. I asked for the amount and when he stated an amount 75 dollars higher than the last time I had it pumped by another company. I asked for a work order he informed me that they didn't do work orders I wrote him a check and asked for a receipt he said he would have to send me one a month later I am still waiting for my receipt His truck dumped a quart of oil on my driveway.as he was walking off I asked if he was going to clean it up. He proceeded to take a shovel from his truck and dumped two scoops of dirt on my drive way.I called the office and they would not give me thier business license number.I will get it somehow and make a call to the better business bureau. Just beware. read more
