Used these guys for my recent remodel for flooring. I also opted to get a few other projects completed while the construction was happening. Opted to also include laundry and kitchen flooring, along with a cabinet replacement due to a leak from the sink and dishwasher. The second project was updating the bathroom tile, which wasn't done super fantastic and still a little messy. Had to ask them a few times to go back to clean up the grout work. But in all transparency, it was a black grout on white subway tile, which I understand can be really hard to get perfect. It's still not great, so I can't say I'd recommend them for tiling work. I'll end up redoing the grout work later.
There were also a few of the laminate boards that had some horrible cuts but mostly covered by baseboards. They still replaced them after I requested these since I feared water could get past the laminate water-proof barrier if mopped.
Crew was really nice, professional, and worked fast and efficiently. They also kept my house clean and tidy. I just wished they hadn't bounced around from project to project when my flooring and tiling were still unfinished. Overall, it took 4 weeks to be completed.
Communication was good but not great from John, as we juggled "working from home" a few days during the construction. We ended up living in multiple air bnbs for the majority of the 4 weeks with our large dogs that were semi sensitive to loud sounds. Wasn't ever sure if his crew would be there so we could work out of our house. Hit or miss here but overall great guy.
Would recommend them for flooring if you're not in a huge rush with your project. read more
