First time here, I had so much expectations after the reviews BUT wawawa!!!! No good, so I I arrived at the place at 7:50 pm the place closes at 9:00 pm, a lady greets me and asked me which massage I want so I told her a full body massage $40, I checked in and redeemed my essential oil, then she gets on the phone and after 5 minutes she tells me "oh sorry no one here but me, I'll do for you but I have a customer in twenty minute" I was what??????? so your place says is open until 9:00 pm. but no other masseurs are available but this lady???!!! Bad business, not really coming back :/. I had to leave the place obviously! read more

I tried to communicate to the lady I only wanted my shoulders and neck massaged and she told me she didn't speak good English then the man that gave me the massage was talking on his cell phone at the beginning of the massage. There was absolutely nothing relaxing about my massage. The man had long nails and scratched me the entire time and when I told him I wanted less pressure he didn't let up. I walked out in pain. Do not come here unless u want to feel violated!! I went there earlier today with a friend, he had one room & I had another. The man who was going to do my massage didnt leave me a towel or blanket to cover myself until I asked. He was standing there in the room waiting for me to u dress & I told him to leave so I can undress. I layed on the table he massaged my head & shoulders, massaged way to low on my chest touching the top of my breasts. He massaged my stomach, then went down to my lower abdomen over my panties. I was shocked I didn't know what to say. He put my legs in weird positions. Then when I was on my stomach when he got to my lower back (normally they don't go any lower than where your panties are) he pulled down my panties so my butt was exposed & massaged my butt. I pulled them up, then he pulled then down again to continue. I have had many massages but never one like this. I was really shocked & didn't know what to do. Go somewhere else for a massage! They are super professional and don't skimp on time like other places. 70 min is 70 min! I always get the sweet little lady and she always gets all the knots and tension out from my shoulders. Thought we would try somewhere new since it's a little closer to home. Not impressed. There is no technique to their "massage" and it was as though they were trying to randomly massage different areas to pass the time. You're laying on the table, almost in a lithotomy position while soaking your feet, which is so uncomfortable, while they spend 20 minutes massage your scalp. My husband and I paid for the same massage, his included hot stones, mine did not for whatever reason. The foot massage is not reflexolgy, it's rubbing exfoliating lotion on your legs and feet. SO DISAPPOINTED! I called at 620pm for an appointment with Lily. The person on phone said she is busy but available at 815pm. I get here 5 minutes early and the man who works there is confused and says everyone is busy and knows nothing about an appointment. Seriously?! I said no I called at 620 why would someone tell me to come in at a certain time? He went and talked in different language with some girl and came back to me and said he didnt know what to tell me no one is available. WHAT THE ACTUAL HELL. I didnt even know what to say so I just walked out. I've been here two other times before with zero issues and today I felt like a huge burden to these people. I dont understand how no one knows what I'm talking about when I clearly called their number and made an appointment with someone super specific. Really dont know if I'll be coming back here. I love a good massage and drive all the way to Baja sometimes just because I get a better deal . I suffer from horrible tension between my shoulder blades due to neck surgery I had in the past . I found relax spa on yelp and based on the stars and reviews I emailed to get an appointment. They responded immediately which was awesome. I got an appointment at 5 today and the price seemed unreal compared to the places near my home . I was a little skeptical when I arrived but was immediately greeted and taken to a room . Let me tell you this place is not super fancy but I had the best massage ever. The lady that massaged me knew exactly where my pain was and worked her magic. I was in heaven. I'll definitely be going once a week go my massage with Coco. Worth every penny. I only pointed where it hurts and she took care of me. Used hot stones that felt amazing. Can't wait to go back! I saw all the great reviews and thought I'd give it a try. I called after work and was lucky they had immediate opening. I got there and was seated right away. Had my feet soaked and the magic started. I told Lily that I like strong massages and she sure gave it to me. Not complaining at all because this is how it's supposed to be. If you don't feel a thing, that means you're in perfect health. When there came a point where I counldn't handle the pain, I asked Lily to soften it a bit. I also told her I have back pain, she took special care in that area. When I thought the massage was over, she left the room and came back with hot stone and that made everything perfect. The stones felt so wonderful on my back! This is the only massage place where hot stone is included in the service, oh and by the way I got the $30 30min foot and 30min body. After she was finished with the hot stone, she left the room again and came back with the hot towel. Again I though she was done after that but no, there's still the finishing touches to end the awesome experience. I higher recommend Relax Spa, I will sure go back again. I know the owner from Happy Feet in rowland Heights. He was the best one there and he now has his own place here. Him and his wife work together and their son helping out at the counter. 60 min foot massage(40 min feet and 15 min body) is legit and costs $15 plus tip. For most people, this should be good enough.
