Had lash perm done. Would say the lash service itself was decent but would not recommend this place to people who have schedules that aren't set in stone a month in advance. I work in a hospital with rotating call and shift schedules that unfortunately means I don't know my days off in time to make appts. If I need to make a change when I get my final schedule I simply do it online far in advance at no inconvenience to the lash technician and seeing as her schedule is always booked, I'm sure there is no issue getting the appt filled. I've been doing my lashes for at least 10 years and I've never had an issue with this at other salons/ companies but Layla dropped me as a client after a few schedule changes that were done online. Strange to see someone in cosmetology that is so inflexible. Would advice her to update her website if she has strong preferences like this so you don't establish lash care at the wrong place. Also would recommend getting new lash brushes for cleansing between patients rather than having everyone use the same one. Even "sanitized" can easily spread HSV and other viral conjunctival infections that aren't easily disinfected! read more

I have pretty thin lashes and my eyes are really sensitive so they water sometimes during the process which makes it a bit more difficult, but she is really patient and takes the time to make sure they come out looking great.
