I have been coming to Layla for a lash lift every couple months since July and the results are always great! I have pretty thin lashes and my eyes are really sensitive so they water sometimes during the process which makes it a bit more difficult, but she is really patient and takes the time to make sure they come out looking great. I wanted to write my review after coming here a couple of times & each time I left very happy. Sure it's probably more pricey than some places, but very much worth it because you get quality lashes to match quality service. I'd much rather come here & pay for their services knowing I will always get quality service every time. Layla is awesome!!! First off, the place is always very clean even the bathroom which is great.. even during this time of covid this place is great with their health & safety measures. Layla is great at making you feel comfortable, very fun to talk to & is always making sure to answer any questions you have. She is very flexible & understanding which I really appreciate - I was running late about 20 minutes & still managed to finish right on time.. policies are very fair & clear. Awesome communication & response time. Another thing I love is that she sells her own lash wash, which works great on my lashes & being around my eyes..wearing contacts my eyes get a little more sensitive but with this product, I can comfortably open my eyes while washing my lashes. She took her time to exfoliate my skin, do careful extractions, heal with a special light and put on soothing masks and lotions. This was my very first time getting eyelash extensions and I love them! I got the Russian Volume set because I like thick and bold lashes. It saved me time in the morning getting ready. It was so exciting to wake up everyday not needing to put eye makeup on. Where to begin with Layla. Okay, I wanted beautiful flirty lashes that looked full with a sexy cat-eye flick at the end of my lashes. That is exactly what Layla delivered. I get the Lash Lift with Miss Layla, I honestly have pretty nice lashes except for the fact that they are as straight as shingles on a roof!! Curling my lashes everyday was causing unnecessary wear and tear on my lashes and breaking off some at the ends. Not to mention one too many coats of mascara would weigh them down giving me limp lifeless lashes. Ugh. However, the Lash Lift gives me sexy fuller looking lashes for 8 WEEKS, regardless of getting them wet or oiled up and what not ( I'm a fan of the OCM [look it up lol]).
