Irina did a wonderful job and I am very happy with the results. A few tips: 1) You'll have to eat/drink only white/clear food/drinks for two days after the procedure so plan accordingly; 2) I have a bad case of gum recession with a ton of exposed dentin at my roots, so for me the procedure hurt quite a bit both during and after. However, based on the other reviews I don't think this is the case for most people even if they have very sensitive teeth. 3) I looked at my teeth closely afterwards at home and noticed what looked like vertical cracks in my teeth. I found out that these are called "craze lines" and were not caused by the whitening--they are normal signs of aging teeth and can be made more visible with whitening, but aren't noticeable unless you're looking very closely. 4) I was warned by my dentist that because I have so much exposed dentin at the root, the contrast between my whitened teeth and the dentin (which can't be whitened) could look weird, but I didn't find this to be the case at all. I think I'm probably one of the worst candidates for teeth whitening due to my gum recession, but I would 10/10 recommend it to anyone (as long as you go to Irina!). read more
