I've coming to BriteBar for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with the results! After using Invisalign and drinking a lot of tea, I noticed my teeth were progressively getting stained, which really affected my confidence. I started coming in monthly for the SuperBrite treatment, and I've seen an immediate, noticeable improvement even after one session! As someone with very sensitive teeth, I really appreciate that their formula doesn't burn or irritate my teeth. The staff is always so friendly and welcoming, which makes each visit even better. It's also great to know that BriteBar has multiple locations, especially since I travel around the city a lot. The space is very aesthetic, which adds to the overall relaxing experience. The value and results are amazing, and I would definitely recommend BriteBar to anyone looking to brighten their smile! You also go home with a whitening pen kit which is really nice to upkeep the treatment even at home~! read more

I got $99 for a service at Brire Bar, but unfortunately, I was disappointed with the result. The outcome did not meet my expectations, and I could not see any noticeable difference. read more

I recommend this if you know your teeth will become very white. Some teeth just don't or need multiple sessions. I was not given clear directions to not bite down hard and so the paste was burning my mouth. Luckily I was able to rinse it out and start again and the staff member who helped me was great. I was also mistakenly given the UV light without the protective glasses for a moment, and I had eye pain and dry eyes after which is not safe. The place itself is just filthy, especially the bathroom and chairs. It could use a simple wipe down and vacuum. I have a friend who goes here religiously, so I do recommend this if you often get your teeth whitened. read more

My friend recommended this place so I decided to finally try it. It was really easy and the results are immediate! My teeth got significantly whiter with the 30 minute deluxe session. My coffee/wine stains came right off! Definitely Recommend 5 star !! read more

Ever since I have become a fan of Starbucks I have been thinking about having my teeth whitened. I have done the Crest strips, but you have to remember to use them and you cannot see the results right away. I was told about this place by a fellow yelper and thought I would give it a try. Britbar is dentist owned and Dr Edwin is there on weekends and can answer any questions you may have. He uses the same stuff that is used in the office but at a discounted rate. I went with the SuperBrite because it included remineralization treatment. All of the options include a take home whitening pen and tray so you can do a "touch up" as needed. The whole session was about 30 mins. and I left happy with super white teeth! There are a few parking spaces in the back, so that is also convenient and it is about a block past the Grove. I highly recommend this place! read more

Dr. Edwin (DMD I should add) is incredibly knowledgeable in dentistry and was very helpful in answering the questions that I had on whitening my teeth and keeping them white! Remember, strawberries are good for whitening your teeth! Also, banana peels are also good! During the session, Dr. Edwin was very helpful in guidance of the teeth whitening session. I sat in this really cool sound proof seat and put on these cool glasses that blocked some of the light coming from the lamp. I absolutely loved the before and afters and knowing that my teeth were shades lighter than what they were before. I had always tried different teeth whitening techniques like using different kinds of toothpaste and what not, but this session definitely did what I wanted these products to do! I have tried self tooth whitening kits, but I really feel like when you set an appointment up with Dr. Edwin you get results and don't need to worry about the first time mistakes that someone new buying one of those DIY kits would run into! Overall, this Is something to try out or something to do before you get those wedding shots taken or before you need to be really photogenic because you can definitely see a different. What really helps is that Dr. Edwin is a DMD or doctor of medicine in Dentistry, meaning he really knows his stuff and that you can trust him to make sure your britebar experience is the best. Highly recommended! read more

I was a fan of crest whitening strips, but I haven't been able to use them due to sensitivity caused by the strips. I drink coffee quite religiously and my teeth aren't as white anymore. I'm excited that my teeth are way whiter and I have no sensitivity. Yay! Parking: FREE PARKING IN THE BACK! Yess I love free parking this is important for me. I was eating at Robata Jinya and I saw the cute egg pods. So I came in and inquired about treatment. Treatment starts at 99,149,199. I got the 199. The remineralization helps with sensitivity. Would recommend for folks like me. It costs less than Zoom and doesn't cause sensitivity. In office treatments are 300+ and cause sensitivity. The strips are cheap but also cause it too. So I'm happy to pay 199 every half year or as needed. The store is owned by a dentist and I'm quite annoying/have a lot of questions about ingredients and percentages of peroxide, why they use LED, etc. This isn't like the mall kiosks in terms of ingredients so I appreciated that. And it's kosher too, nice ! Please note they're open on Friday and Saturday which doesn't make it Halacha. The place just uses kosher ingredients. I think that's important for some of my peeps out there. My teeth are a lot whiter and the explanation from staff for after care was great. Free coconut water every check-in? I'll take that. read more

I wanted to whiten my teeth and my dentist was charging $700! I did some research and found this dentist owned spot. Stefanny was very helpful and went over everything with me. I did the superbrite option and I was very impressed! No pain with immediate results. Such a great value! read more

This was absolutely a waste of money. I already had fairly white teeth and I selected the level three whitening option, "Superbrite 30 minute session $199 (6-12 shades whiter)" and my end result was MAYBE 2 shades whiter. The application of the gel was done sloppily and mostly dropped down onto my gums. I would recommend you STAY AWAY from this place and source out other options in Los Angeles. For your own good, AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS; unless you like tossing money in the trash and sitting in a store that needs a good cleaning. This was a 0 star experience. Hope this helps y'all! read more

I just finished the course of treatment and withheld judgment until I saw the results. And I did, a few days ago. I can see a major difference having taken pictures before and now looking at the after pictures. Great results from a very friendly staff in a nice setting. Also, I met the owner, Edwin, of these locations. He is a bonafide young dentist, not a mere entrepreneur. He's a graduate of Tufts dental school. I last did teeth whitening 4 years ago at my dentist. I inquired again at my very same dentist recently to price compare. Clearly I saved money going to BriteBar. Thanks, Edwin! read more

My teeth are thanking me for bringing them here haha. You get such great service !! The owner is a dentist so he'll explain which level of whitening you need. He said I can see results with the 1st or 2nd package . I did the 2nd package ($149) because I wanted more whitening . He's so kind and friendly and very attentive. It was a great experience . And I loved how I got to take a whitening pen home to continue whitening my teeth even more. I drink allot of coffee and I saw those coffee stains disappear . So happy with this place. read more

I don't know. Dropped 200 bucks and I'm not so sure the results were worth the price. Attendant wasn't really paying attention. The whole thing felt a little gimmicky. Doubt I'll be back. read more

Mouth tray did not cover the lower part of my bottom teeth so they did not get whitened. The UV light is outside your mouth so if your lips cannot open wide enough like mine then you don't get complete coverage. read more

Came here on a Sunday. No one else is in the place and the guy at the desk watched football videos with no headphones the entire time - even after I asked him if he had headphones. Super f*coin annoying when you have an alien light and bleach gel burning your face. read more

Feel like I was scammed out of my money. My teeth didn't get whiter even one shade. I was told it doesn't always work and no refund. But I used the white stripes from grocery stores and noticed better results for a way cheaper price. It also didn't help that there was a homeless person using the bathroom at a place that's supposed to be clean enough to put items in my mouth. On the positive side it was easy to make an appointment. Lesson learned. read more

I've always passed by seeing the cute egg chairs and I finally checked this place out because of a event coming up soon. First I'll say the service was great. The staff and the Doctor is very knowledgeable and friendly. Second the place interior was very cute and very instagrammable. Third my teeth got whiter after the treatment and it did not cause any sensitivity. Now let's be real here. Your teeth are not going to be "obviously bleached white color." But it is a noticeable difference. people have been telling me recently that I look different so for me it was money well spent. At the end they give you the teeth tray to use at home along with the whitening pen. read more

Going on a business trip and wanted to whiten my teeth. I stopped at the West Hollywood location and was greeted by a lovely assistant. She took great care of me and answered all my concerns. I don't usually write reviews but I had a terrible experience. My teeth didn't get white and my gums burned. I'm not sure what's organic that could cause my teeth to burn and when I asked the staff they refused to tell me. I ended up wasting money read more

I was doing the "deluxe hyper ultra fancy" 30 minutes treatment hand in hand with my girlfriend a week ago and I am not happy with the result at all neither my girlfriend! Went into the shop,no preferences,no Explanation before the treatment unfortunatelly,I would say unprofessional. So the most expensive treatment (199$ each)what we both had made such a small difference what supposed to do up to 12 shades whiter. When he asked my girlfriend that is she happy woth it she said that is no way she is not happy at all and then she got extra 10 more minutes which still did not make difference.I have done teethwhitening before and my teet could go really really white, but this is not the one. Absolutelly wasted money and time. read more

Absolutely loved my experience at Britebar. Edwin, the owner, was so so kind and it's just a really chill vibe there. I had never had my teeth whitened before so I was a little nervous, but Edwin talked me through the experience and I'm so happy with the result. You'll also receive a whitening pen at the end of your appointment so you can continue the results at home. I'm excited to visit Britebar again! My fiancé and I just had our teeth professionally whitened for the first time by Dr. Edwin yesterday. I cannot express enough how happy we are. From the friendly attitude of Dr. Edwin (by far the nicest guy we've ever met) to the beautiful and comfy, high end, lounge-like atmosphere, this place is the real deal. I got the Superbrite and my fiancé got the Deluxbrite whitening package to prepare for our upcoming wedding. The process was super easy for both of us, neither of us had any sensitivity either (which was surprising because my fiancé has very sensitive teeth). The pod chairs were so comfortable that I literally almost fell asleep! Dr. Edwin was very attentive, checking in on us regularly during the whitening process to ensure we were both comfortable. After the process, he explained what foods to avoid for the next few hours and even gave us a take-home whitening pen to help whiten even more for the next few days. We are both so happy we decided to visit Britebar and will definitely be coming back. read more

Dr. Edwin is amazing! He's extremely personable & as nice as can be. I did the "superbrite" which says you may have some sensitivity, lucky I didn't not. I saw a def 8 shade difference in my teeth immediately after the whitening. I was given a pen to use at home in between whitening sessions. I will definitely be back! read more

I went there on 8/17 and got the 30 minute Deluxe brightening treatment and I got no results whatsoever. My teeth literally look IDENTICAL to how they looked before the treatment. Extremely upset that I wasted $150 for nothing. read more

My name is Susannah. I have gone to this place 3x with the first 2x being okay. The man in charge is nice and respectful. This last time I got the 15 min because my teeth are very sensitive and it did nothing even made my teeth color worse. I told him right after and he said use the pen it will help. Unfortunately it didn't and being tighter on money and wasting $100 is so disappointing. I didn't need a drastic difference just a little bit but it came out worse than before. I thought maybe it's just me and I don't see it but it did help even slightly but now I know it didn't. read more

The treatment is with a peppermint gel that burned the inside of our lips and caused swelling and took 2 days to subside. This is not a great whitening method and did not do much of a whitening overall. read more

I'm confused, the ratings and reviews are no where near what I experienced at this place. I sat there for 25mins and saw no change. I made an appointment for my boyfriend and I , we paid almost $200 for nothing. I don't know if the tray was applied wrong on him but he now has a line going across his teeth. We weren't given any instructions on after care or how long til we can eat or drink... I was really excited going in and left extremely disappointed. read more

This was my first experience getting my teeth whitened. I was in and out in less than an hour. Dr. Edwin was there during my visit. He was super friendly and very relaxed. I didn't realize he was a doctor until we asked him a few questions about teeth whitening. He was very humble and very informative about the process. It was a great experience overall and I was definitely pleased with my results. My teeth look sparkly white and I have more of a reason to smile now :) read more
