Ruzzana is more than an esthetician, she is well versed in dental hygiene, so she really cares about your teeth. I'm super sensitive, the only comment I could make regarding discomfort would be the edges of the mouth guard, and even there not so much, it's more that your mouth is open for 30 minutes.
