The clinic is actually so beautiful and sparkling clean. Dr. Hayk is so friendly and professional! He explained all the steps and provided extensive post-procedure teaching. Also his voice and demeanor are so calming this honestly felt like a spa treatment lol. Something that stood out was his thoughtfulness about communication during the procedure. While he was applying the product, he encouraged me to raise my hand if I needed him to stop for any reason. Then, while we waited (20 mins for 2 sessions), he consistently checked in, but also provided me with a medium to communicate through text! That felt really considered and exceptional. We realized we needed a new office and, after reading Yelp reviews, chose Smiles Northridge. I specifically looked for comments about ethical conduct and professionalism. My first visit was reassuring. The dentist, Dr. Sam, explained everything clearly, made a point of keeping treatment within my insurance coverage, and demonstrated strong clinical skill. He corrected problems from my previous dental work smoothly and confidently, addressed other minor issues, and the pricing felt very fair.
