They helped me make sure I knew what I was being charged before anything was done so there were no surprises with my new insurance. Just going to preface this review in saying: FOR YEARS I've had extreme anxiety when visiting the dentist. It's caused me to only see the dentist when I really needed to. Today was one of those times. My husband had seen Dr. Sam a couple years ago and really liked him, so he was my first call when this happened. I had lost a filling (between the teeth) a couple years ago that had always bothered me, so I wasn't quick to get it fixed. This led to a very deep cavity in the side of the tooth that I hadn't noticed. A week or so ago I bit something wrong and it ended up cracking my tooth in the weakened area. I was losing chunks of the tooth just randomly through the day. From the start, the staff and Dr. Sam handled me and my situation with lots of care. They constantly checked on my anxiety level, my pain level (at one time I yelped so he immediately stopped and numbed me more), and always kept me informed on everything he was doing and what I would feel (if anything). I went through extraction surgery and implant surgery today and not once did I feel like I wasn't in very capable hands. I wish I got everyone else's names, but the receptionist and his assistant were absolute angels as well. Thank you so much, Dr. Sam for all the care that went in to today. He worked on my 2 post for the implant and it was fast with no pain. I have healed quickly , which was surprising since my last implant was painful and quite a long surgery.
