Hands down the best dental experiences I've had. I've been coming here since they opened and travel here for everything. (I have dry mouth so unfortunately I find myself at the dentist frequently). I have had all of my root canals done here as well as a few minor cavities. I personally trust the dentists and specialists here, not only because of the work I've had done but the attentiveness they display. They use CAD/CAM dental technology for their crowns in-house and I've never had issues with fit or feel (or color). It's your mouth and your smile so it's worth every penny in my opinion. read more

My kid's orthodontist has been trying to get a specialty referral form from them for 6 weeks now. Whenever they call, they are told it was sent. The insurance company states they never received it. So they asked me to step in. I called them today. On hold for who knows how long. I kept getting transferred and then dropped call. Do they call back? No. I had to call them back. Then another hold until finally someone states they will email me within the hour as they are on lunch break and they are short staffed. The hour passes. No email. I email them a friendly reminder a couple hours later. No response. I called them again. On hold again. Transferred and on hold. I still don't have the form. This place is a mess... read more

I was assured by Samantha that my insurance was accepted as in-network. I took the time to fill out what was requested prior to the appointment, they confirmed receipt, and scheduled my appointment for the following day. I showed up this morning, Samantha requested my insurance card "because the person who took the information didn't get something right" although that person was her. What a complete waste of time. I took the day off from my busy schedule for nothing. They're disorganized and they clearly don't know what they're doing. If the front office can't get it right then I can only imagine how their quality of care is. Upon leaving, I called to ask for the name of their practice manager, Brianna Meja, who is inconveniently "not in until Monday." Therefore, I will be filing a complaint with the CA Department of Managed Health Care. read more

Dr. Ryan was very easy going and easy to talk to. He explained everything very well and his assistants were very friendly. Usually I have pain with the xrays of my molars but here they use updated tools to prevent that. The office is also clean and well managed. I would recommend them. read more

This office was absolutely awful, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. First problem- the guy at the front desk when you see him in person seems so overwhelmed and unorganized. He's trying to take 3 phone calls at once, then has me talk to the insurance company myself so he can take a break. I was on hold with insurance, finally got off hold, and in his disorganization- he hangs up my phone line. Over the phone, clearly the same guy, overwhelmed, sounds like he hates his job, apologizing every five seconds for being so scrambled. In my opinion, either hire more staff, or get an answering machine. Now for the dentist themselves. I came in for a cleaning and a consult. Never got the cleaning. When I mentioned the issues I was having, the dentist tried to diagnose me without even looking in my mouth, and assumed that I already knew what the condition was. When I said "no I don't have a diagnosis for that condition" the dentist basically treated me like I was stupid for not knowing what this condition was. I didn't go to dentist school. Don't treat me like I'm stupid. Don't make assumptions about any of my history when you haven't even looked in my mouth! Only nice thing was the Xray technician. I have to say, Dr. Joseph Hanna is truly the best dentist I've ever had. I was fortunate to be his patient years ago at a different location, and I always remembered the exceptional care he provided. Out of convenience, I stayed at that old office when he moved, but after an unfortunate experience there, I made the decision to return to Dr. Hanna--even though it meant a longer drive. It was absolutely worth it. Dr. Hanna is simply amazing--honest, thorough, kind, and trustworthy. He takes the time to carefully explain what's needed, without any pressure or "sales pitch," just a clear and honest treatment plan. The work he did was completely comfortable and pain-free. His team is equally wonderful. Dental Hygienist Shawn and Assistant Jennifer were both fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The cleaning was excellent; my teeth look and feel great. And I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff as well--they were so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Amazing care at this location. The staff (Samantha, Briana, Stacey, and Dr. Heydari and others I have met) here are honest and patient. They are understanding of financial circumstances and work with you. And the doctors take the time to answer questions and explain the concerns they may have. Now your wait time can be quite awhile to get through the appointment, so I would recommend giving yourself a could amount of time for your appointment. I don't mind waiting because I know the quality of the visits that I have. I would much rather wait knowing they are attending to others in the way I would want to be attended to. But maybe don't have something scheduled right after. read more
