Went here and had Shawn for my cleaning. The staff and the dentists were absolutely great with breaking things down for me and what was going on. I appreciate all the help. Thanks so much! read more

My kid's orthodontist has been trying to get a specialty referral form from them for 6 weeks now. Whenever they call, they are told it was sent. The insurance company states they never received it. So they asked me to step in. I called them today. On hold for who knows how long. I kept getting transferred and then dropped call. Do they call back? No. I had to call them back. Then another hold until finally someone states they will email me within the hour as they are on lunch break and they are short staffed. The hour passes. No email. I email them a friendly reminder a couple hours later. No response. I called them again. On hold again. Transferred and on hold. I still don't have the form. This place is a mess... read more

Hands down the best dental experiences I've had. I've been coming here since they opened and travel here for everything. (I have dry mouth so unfortunately I find myself at the dentist frequently). I have had all of my root canals done here as well as a few minor cavities. I personally trust the dentists and specialists here, not only because of the work I've had done but the attentiveness they display. They use CAD/CAM dental technology for their crowns in-house and I've never had issues with fit or feel (or color). It's your mouth and your smile so it's worth every penny in my opinion. read more

Outstanding customer service here! Shawn and Jennifer always extremely polite and helpful. I come with too many questions every visit but with the help of the amazing folks, none go unanswered! Been coming here for a few years and have done multiple treatments to get my teeth back to A1 and will continue! I'm limited to 5 stars but wish I could give 10! read more

They finally did refund me but a couple months later after ai switched to another, way better Dentist.

I have seen Dr. Hanna for a few years now and he is, by far, the best dentist I have ever seen. He is so caring and compassionate, overly gentle (if that's even possible). He explains everything clearly and really listens to my questions to give a fully complete answer. I have never felt rushed or dismissed, and Dr. Hanna is 100% nonjudgmental. He acts the same with their very capable dental assistants, saying please and thank you(!) so you know he's genuinely a kind man. The office staff is also very friendly and accommodating. No complaints. Ever. read more

I was assured by Samantha that my insurance was accepted as in-network. I took the time to fill out what was requested prior to the appointment, they confirmed receipt, and scheduled my appointment for the following day. I showed up this morning, Samantha requested my insurance card "because the person who took the information didn't get something right" although that person was her. What a complete waste of time. I took the day off from my busy schedule for nothing. They're disorganized and they clearly don't know what they're doing. If the front office can't get it right then I can only imagine how their quality of care is. Upon leaving, I called to ask for the name of their practice manager, Brianna Meja, who is inconveniently "not in until Monday." Therefore, I will be filing a complaint with the CA Department of Managed Health Care. read more

The team here is good, but I especially recommend Sean the dental hygienist. He's thoughtful and relatable while very professional.

Free parking, clean facility, normally a 15 min wait. They have a lot of openings so easy to get an appointment, friendly staff. Sometimes they are low on staff. Today I was at front desk and no one came out for 5+ minutes. The dentist I have is pretty young but really cool. No complaints so far with the service. read more

I had my second follow up visit and the experience was incredibly smooth. The two crowns were ready, the waiting time was close to nothing, and the team was very coordinated. The most impressive part was the attention dedicated to make sure that the crowns perfectly fit. Additionally I value every explanation given about the current step, follow up phases, possible outcomes: I always received every information needed to make an educated decision! Thank you! read more

Wow!! I never thought I'd ever say this but I actually enjoyed going to the dentist today. We switched dentists to get a second opinion for my daughter and I have nothing but great things to say about this team. Their patience, understanding, respect, talking everything through, and making sure we were good throughout was amazing. Highly recommend. They will stay our new dentist read more

Dr. Ryan was very easy going and easy to talk to. He explained everything very well and his assistants were very friendly. Usually I have pain with the xrays of my molars but here they use updated tools to prevent that. The office is also clean and well managed. I would recommend them. read more

This office was absolutely awful, unwelcoming, and unprofessional. First problem- the guy at the front desk when you see him in person seems so overwhelmed and unorganized. He's trying to take 3 phone calls at once, then has me talk to the insurance company myself so he can take a break. I was on hold with insurance, finally got off hold, and in his disorganization- he hangs up my phone line. Over the phone, clearly the same guy, overwhelmed, sounds like he hates his job, apologizing every five seconds for being so scrambled. In my opinion, either hire more staff, or get an answering machine. Now for the dentist themselves. I came in for a cleaning and a consult. Never got the cleaning. When I mentioned the issues I was having, the dentist tried to diagnose me without even looking in my mouth, and assumed that I already knew what the condition was. When I said "no I don't have a diagnosis for that condition" the dentist basically treated me like I was stupid for not knowing what this condition was. I didn't go to dentist school. Don't treat me like I'm stupid. Don't make assumptions about any of my history when you haven't even looked in my mouth! Only nice thing was the Xray technician. She was the only one who listened to me. read more

I got excellent care from Dr. De Leon and the whole team today. My routine cleaning appt was on time and we took care of a complicated cavity (needed an onlay) all within 2 hours! I had good anesthesia and I didn't feel any pain or discomfort at all. Thank you!! read more

I have to say, Dr. Joseph Hanna is truly the best dentist I've ever had. I was fortunate to be his patient years ago at a different location, and I always remembered the exceptional care he provided. Out of convenience, I stayed at that old office when he moved, but after an unfortunate experience there, I made the decision to return to Dr. Hanna--even though it meant a longer drive. It was absolutely worth it. Dr. Hanna is simply amazing--honest, thorough, kind, and trustworthy. He takes the time to carefully explain what's needed, without any pressure or "sales pitch," just a clear and honest treatment plan. The work he did was completely comfortable and pain-free. His team is equally wonderful. Dental Hygienist Shawn and Assistant Jennifer were both fantastic--friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The cleaning was excellent; my teeth look and feel great. And I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff as well--they were so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived. I actually look forward to my next visit (and how often can you say that about going to the dentist?). Thank you, Dr. Hanna and the entire team at Chatsworth Dental, for making me feel cared for and in good hands. 5++++ stars! read more

Yelp Review for Chatsworth Dentistry Today I had an extraction at Chatsworth Dentistry, and I felt compelled to share my experience. Like many people, dental visits--especially those involving injections or extensive work--bring me a great deal of anxiety. Even walking in, I was nervous. However, Dr. DeLeon and his assistant, Jennifer, were absolutely amazing. They were incredibly patient, took their time with me, and walked me through every single step of the process. They explained what they were doing before and as they were doing it, which helped ease my fears tremendously. At one point, Jennifer noticed how anxious I was and gently placed her hand on mine. That simple gesture meant more than words can express. It brought a level of comfort, reassurance, and humanity to the experience that made all the difference. The front office team was equally wonderful--accommodating, kind, and patient. In a world where true customer service can sometimes feel rare, this entire team embodies what compassionate, patient-centered care should look like. They didn't just provide a dental service--they provided care, understanding, and dignity. I am deeply appreciative and highly recommend Chatsworth Dentistry to anyone, especially those who may feel anxious about dental procedures. This team truly goes above and beyond. read more

If you're even thinking about veneers--or just looking for a genuinely skilled, gentle dentist--you need to go to Dr. Hanna's office! I had my top six veneers done by him, and I couldn't be happier. Not only do I finally feel confident in my smile, but I constantly get compliments from strangers and friends alike. People are always asking who my dentist is--and I'm always proud to give the info! His attention to detail is incredible, and the results speak for themselves. My smile looks completely natural and fits my face perfectly. But what really sets Dr. Hanna apart is how comfortable he makes the entire process. I've never had a dentist give a shot where I literally didn't feel a thing. He's unbelievably gentle--if you're someone who gets nervous or avoids the dentist because of pain, this is the place for you. The office itself is also so nice. It's filled with natural light, is spotless, and incredibly spacious with multiple rooms. There's even a cozy little kids' area with a TV to help keep little ones entertained. Every detail feels well thought-out, and you can tell the team really cares about patient comfort. I'm beyond happy with my experience and so grateful I found this office. I honestly can't recommend Dr. Hanna enough! read more
