Don't go through what I went through please avoid the headaches and pain. I was told I needed a deep cleaning, fillings, and a night guard. Even though they are in-network with my insurance, they charged me $660 upfront and 58$ for night guard then billed my insurance about $1,450. After contacting my insurance, I learned my plan covers 80%, so I still don't understand why I was charged so much out of pocket. Since my fillings, I've had severe pain and sensitivity. Nearly a month later, I still can't chew on the left side and now hot foods and cold water hurt the right side where I was able to eat. I sought a second opinion, and another dentist told me I may now need a root canal. My experience has been painful, expensive, and extremely disappointing. This was my first time at this dentist and they make you feel like you are safe and you could trust them. Now I have to pay cash for a root canal cause they maxed out my insurance and won't reimburse me for what I paid them! This dentist is a fraud!!! If you are going through this go to the Dental Board California and submit your complaint. read more

I had a 8:40 am appointment. I received a text from them at 8:12 am to confirm. I go over to there offices at 8:33 the doors are still locked. I called someone told me that they don't open the doors until 9:00. The office then proceeded to call me at 8:44 am to tell me that I came over way too early!!!! There is a standard fee of $100 if you are a no show. If they schedule you for an 8:40 appointment the door should be opened at 8:30!! This is just plain RUDE read more

Not a dentist I'd recommend for a few reasons. Money hungry and everything is an up charge, will put in your chart your pockets are Deeper to get approval for things that's not even needed but sucker you into $400 dollars more out of your pocket, I caught on early so luckily it didn't happen. We visit this place looking forward for a extraction due a several pain and discomfort, at first everything was really nice but once the diagnostic was clear they desire the best way to go was the root canal, I want to clarify this first.. the customer is requesting to get an extraction for convenience and effectiveness, after we received the recommended action, we clearly expressed that we desire the extraction anyways but the didn't want to do that... I know dentist have a compromise with dental care and they must suggest the better pathway for keep your dentures in the normal way, but when it become a preference from the customer that by the way is looking for a resolution quick for whatever reasons and circumstances, the doctors must follow the customers preferences not only what it's most profitable for the establishment. After we decide not to practice the procedure and leave the premises the hesitation don't last to show up and they reaffirm not to leave, which in turn his circumstances was really unpleasant. After leave this place, they try to reach us and even offering a employee discount to make up this bad experience but when it become to a dental emergency and trust on however is going to help you it's always good to listen the customer who is paying for your services..
