It was our first time taking our daughter to the dentist. We arrived 10 minutes early. The office was clean but empty. When we were called into the examination room, the dentist didn't introduce herself. We didn't know who was who due to other staff being in the room. She looked at my daughter's teeth and she said it looks good. I understand she only has 4 teeth but it felt rushed and when I was asking questions, the dentist was rushing and I kept saying "wait I have one more question" I only asked 3 basic questions btw. I felt rushed... for a kids dental there wasn't much interaction with my daughter or ways to make her feel comfortable. read more

Kids Dental Crew was amazing! Dr. Su is by far the best Kids Dentist we have encountered. She took care of our two toddlers ages 5 and 7, they both needed some work done as far as cavities, fillings and a couple of crowns. The check in process was smooth and simple, the staff was attentive to our children, and everything was done with care which made the visit comfortable for both our children. Dr. Su took her time and patience with our kids to make sure they were really well taken care of and keeping them comfortable. She explained the process thouroughly and made sure we as parents understood that our kids will be in great hands. It is not easy taking kids to the Doctor's office, especially a Dentist when they have to lay down for 15-30 minutes with their mouths open for a cleaning, treatment and crowns; however, Dr. Su and the crew at Kids Dental made it look so easy! They have all the latest and greatest tools and gadgets to keep our kids occupied and entertained. Even though we live a good hour plus away, it is so hard to find a good and caring Children's Dentist now a days, we will most definitely bring our kiddos back for regular cleaning and check ups! We are so fortunate that Dr Su came to our neighborhood. I first took my 2 year old son in for some concerns with his teeth. I was devastated to find out he needed to have a procedure done. Dr. Su and the staff are incredibleee! If we could give more stars, we would! Clean space, personable, kind, patient, honest, and overall such a wonderful experience. We just had our baby's 1st dental appointment at Kids Dental Crew and we were blown away! First, we were greeted by such a sweet front desk employee, Yessenia, who walked us through the paperwork and was extra welcoming. Their cute little waiting area had toys and a play table, along with a TV. My baby loved the little wooden toys. Once inside we were brought into a beautiful, clean room where Dr.Su went over everything that was about to happen and made us all feel more comfortable. (The TV on the ceiling was such a neat touch) Dr.Su was super quick and efficient (which, if you have kids, you know is VITAL for Dr's appts) After we finished up, she went over alllll of our questions. We asked her everythingggg, anything, we could think of and she was so thorough with her responses! We didn't feel rushed or like we were bothering her at all! We truly appreciated that. As we were heading out she gave our son a little gift (so sweet)! We have loved implementing all of her instructions/recommendations since our appointment. I don't write reviews (as you can tell by my yelp profile), but I had to write one for Dr. Su and her staff. I am so happy I found her! I brought my two kids (2 & 5) for their first appointments by myself, so I was already nervous about how that would go. The excellent front desk staff instantly met us. I wish I had gotten her name, as she was so kind and helpful. While I filled out the new patient paperwork, Dr. Su explained the appointment. She said she would first take pictures/X-rays and would start slow and go by my children's cues to ensure their first experience is a positive one. And would only push for further pictures if she saw any concern with the initial images. While finishing up the paperwork, she and her staff member brought my daughter (5) first for imaging. Though I was not in the same room, I could hear them interact, which put my mind at ease with their encouragement and praise. Next was my son, who I was most nervous about, and he ran off with them with excitement. Again, I could hear their kind words while taking the photos, and everything went smoothly. Next was the exam and initial cleaning. We were all in the room together this time, and it went just as well as the imaging. They put a tv on the ceiling (can't go wrong with Bluey), and my daughter's exam and cleaning went over very well. Next up was my son, who, this time was nervous. I could be in the chair with him, and Dr. Su was both gentle and patient. After all was done, they both got a surprise from the toy basket and a toothbrush/paste goodie bag. The kids were stoked. After reading reviews from other practices about finding problems that aren't there, I was worried about the post-appointment discussion. Dr. Su is not one of those dentists! She let me know everything was great and what possible things to be on the lookout for as they grow. We are scheduled for our 6-month follow-up, and my daughter wanted to be sure that when we went back to the dentist, it would be at Dr. Su's office. read more
