Realistically, who likes going to the dentist? I know I don't and I'm not afraid to say it. But this office makes me wanna go back just cause :) As soon as I walked in everyone (including the managers (Angie my favorite girl there, she's so friendly and honest)) jumped up with excitement, welcoming me. I felt pretty good about that. I usually give people attitude when I don't get a nice welcoming to their business or great customer service. Overall, they deserve 5 stars from me. I had my second visit at their office yesterday and must say that my experience during both visits were exceptional. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and organized. They contact you in advance to remind you of the appointment. Upon arrival, they have your chart ready, and the wait time is very minimal -- literally a couple minutes -- before being seated. The dentists are experienced. Yesterday a bond broke off and the dentist replaced it, While checking out, I pulled my wallet to pay for the bond, and was very surprised and happy, when they said "no cost". Make sure to ask them to specify your dental benefits. Most importantly, if their in network or out of network. These scammers didn't mention to me that yes they do accept my insurance but it's out of network. We have $1,500 a year in benefits. Took my kids there and for a x-ray, check up n clean the billed my insurance $1,300 and told me me daughter would need additional work done. With only $200 left and their ridiculous billing of $1,300 I would now have to pay out of pocket anything over $200 no matter which dentist i decide to go with afterwards. A in network dentist might have billed $1,300 but would get paid their negotiated rate of maybe $500 which would've left me with $1,000 left to get additional work done. This might sound confusing but educate yourself on how your benefits work and it can save you alot of time and headaches read more

I was told about this place by my sister and decided it's finally time to get my ass back at the dentist after 10 + years of not sitting in a dentist chair (not proud). I called in an appt. A few days before the end of the year and they were able to squeeze me in the very next day after my call, I was nervous as a hooker in church! The moment I stepped in I felt completely at ease, from being greeted, introductions, to the break down of the procedures needed.
