I was quite impressed with their sincerity and actions proposed to correct my unpleasant experience. The appear to be in the process of changing the culture there, and I am willing to give them another opportunity to keep my business. I recently had a deer decide to run into my truck! She hit my front drivers side tire hard enough that had I not seen her coming I am sure the steering wheel would have been ripped out of my grasp. I stopped when I could and looked-lots of "stuff" I shouldn't be able to se- is what I saw. So me and my 2023 F150 went straight to my dealership in Dickson-Reiselman Ford. They took it back not long after I got there. They came out and said they were not letting me take my truck because until they took it apart they wouldn't know the damage. I got a rental and went home. I can not say enough about how well these folks took care of me and my truck! They helped me get a rental, talked to my insurance and basically just took care of me! When my truck was done they had all the paper work dealt with and even returned my rental! Best part? My truck looks PERFECT! HUGE THANK YOU! I am a Reislman Client and fan ! read more

Friday 10/27/23 around 230pm I arrived at the dealership and had to seek out a salesperson. Once located I chose a truck to look at and once that process was done a second person was brought to the deal process being a finance person. He himself appraised my truck after asking what I owed on it, I told him 22,700. He test drove it for a few minutes and returned and gave my sales person a paper which stated 23,000 for my truck and a list of monthly payments next to the number of months financed. I asked what is the interest rates and he refused to answer, so I asked again his reply was depends on your credit score. I said I'm 815 or so and asked again what's the interest rate again same reply. So I asked is it the prime rate which is 6.5% and he again said depends on your credit score. I asked is it Prime plus one point and he got indignant stating we can't do that, I then said is it prime plus two points and he refused to answer at which time I told him I'm not going to give you my truck basically for free and he said I can go up another 1400.00 dollars. So I said you want my truck for free and charge me 8.5 % or more on interest and give me a $860 to over a one thousand dollar a month payment and he had no reply. I asked for my keys and left. My truck I was trading in is a 2018 Ford F150 Sport 4x4 with 69,000 k Miles, no dents, no accident, new tires, new battery, new serpentine belt, new brakes, a hard cap, oil changes every 2500 miles, and the rear end oil was changed last week. I do not recommend this dealership unless you want to give away your vehicle for free and get ripped off on very high interest rates by a shady finance guy. The salesperson had zero input and the finance guy did the appraisal and everything else, I wasn't sure the purpose of the salesperson. Do Not go to this place for any reason whatsoever !!! read more

This is the new name for the Ford Dealer here. It used to be Beaman's Ford. I had what I thought might be transmission trouble on the first day of a 2 week driving trip and took my car in to see if it could be repaired. Heidi Winter was my service advisor and she di a fabulous job. Turned out the problem was resolved quickly and I was able to get on the road again. Heidi was SO helpful and I even got to talk with the mechanic who checked out my car. All of this and no charge! This is a great service Department! read more

If we were to rate the Service Department alone we would give them five stars. April went out of her way to make sure we got back on the road safely and as quick as possible. When we purchased the truck a month ago the experience was totally the opposite. I never received an apology from Sara or her boss for how they treated us, and yes an apology would go long way. They could not admit they did paperwork incorrectly. To find from the State of Michigan I will have to deal with them again to get my $500+ back. This was a horrible experience. read more

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. Traded a car for a mustang. Dealership nearly a month after purchase still hasn't paid off my trade. The bank is calling for payment with risk of negative impact to my credit. Registration hasn't been taken care of . The traded vehicle was sold to another buyer 3 days after we traded and the new owner has this car for sale on FB. These are the Facts. read more
