Once again we had a wonderful experience with the GMC service center…read more I came in with my Yukon XL purchased elsewhere and a navigational disc purchased elsewhere as well and was having difficulty loading it. Jason pulled the Yukon into the service center and spent considerable effort trying to get it to work. John called the place it was purchased and acquired all of the information to return it. Problem solved. They may have not made a sale today but we will be a customer in the future and have recommended to 2 other family members. Thanks again Jason and John for going over and above!

Service department, by legal definition, is fraudulent…read more Service writer there will look you in the eye while lying to you. Nothing about what was explained to us was true. I had a solenoid go out, rendering it unable to start. Was visiting Dickson so it was towed to Nick Meyer. They replaced the solenoid but reported three other issues found. Out of the three things we were told needed immediate attention to be safe (totaling $3,786), literally none of them were true. I took the vehicle to 4 mechanics in a nearby town and all of them verified that the Nick Meyer claimed issues were non-existent. Not to mention, I was told to pick up the vehicle at 1:00, and by 5:15 I was STILL waiting for it to be ready. I truly believe that the conduct displayed here is illegal. I hope someone looks into the business practices here and opens a fraud case.

I have bought a different vehicle about every 2 years due to driving a lot of miles. This was my…read morefirst and will be my last time with this dealership. I would have expected to be treated better at a big "named" dealership...but man I was wrong. This has been THE WORST place to deal with! Here's a breakdown: Finance department was great, very easy to deal with and professional. My salesperson seemed new? Very unorganized. They didn't put tags on new vehicle, I had to ask right when we were leaving about them. They didn't ask for the title for my trade, I had to tell them where it was when we were leaving. They told us they would try to get us a 2nd key fob. When contacted after the sale about key fob, was told the trade didn't come with one, they couldn't get one, and they did not work for the dealership anymore. I tried to email the manager that was on during my sale, no response. I called to try to speak with them, manager was busy so I asked to have them respond to my email and received no response. I called again, finally spoke to them and they appeared irritated to be talking to me. Tried emailing another manager, they responded once. Emailed the General Manager, he responded well until he didn't...then it was crickets. Vehicle was POORLY detailed, I had to ask for something to be cleaned and said I would take care of the rest. Front alignment was off (they stated it was aligned after receiving new tires. I had it aligned somewhere else. Front sway bars were broke, I replaced on my own due to no longer trusting the dealership. Battery was not the correct battery for the vehicle, I had to replace battery within 48 hours due to consistently having a dead battery. The battery was "good" but too small for my vehicle. Asked for the "detailed inspection every vehicle goes through", have not received it. Had to contact the dealership about paying off my trade due to my trade in's bank insisting on insurance on vehicle. Payoff check was mailed 13 days after the trade. Contacted the dealership about my tags: first person told me they didn't deal with any of that and for me to contact the bank (I live in a non-holding state), I contacted the bank and they were very confused as to why I was told to contact them; the bank contacted the dealership and I was informed from the bank the dealership was waiting for a copy of a drivers license (they already had once)...the dealership NEVER contacted me to tell me they needed this. This was 20 days later. It has been one headache after another. I have never had this many problems with any dealership when buying a vehicle and never expected it from a Nissan dealer.
