I agree with others - decent and touristic. So it's in the very awesome-for-wandering 'hood of Albaicin. There is indoor and outdoor seating. You have 2 main options in terms of tapas: 10 euros for buffet style and lots of food, or order one drink and get 2 tapas (instead of the usual 1 tapa). Wine is 2.50 euros and beer on tap is 2 euros. The tapas options are plentiful and all sitting out on cold, kinda sad display. If your goal is to get more quantity per dollar, then this is your place. If your goal is amazing fresh flavor, this is not for you, my friend. Service was okay, but I get the sense they are used to obnoxious tourists, which I don't blame them for, so I wouldn't say I felt welcomed by friendly service.
Tapas-wise, I tried spinach tortilla, salmon croquette, red bell pepper stuffed with tuna and cheese, and the sautéed eggplant. The latter two were my faves. I did appreciate that they offered to heat up the tapas in the microwave, though again, I think that says all you need to know about what kind of place this is. read more
