Ugarit is a simple cafe, open early for breakfast and then for light food through the afternoon. This isn't a tapas/dinner spot. But breakfast is something they do and do well. The eggs were ridiculously fresh (though to be fair, the eggs I had in Spain were always good), the cafe con leche and chocolate caliente were delish and even the breakfast ham/bacon (which I don't even eat meat by the way) was good. That's saying a lot. This did not strike me as a touristy spot. Lots of locals were here the few times we stopped in. Plus, it's always encouraging when the staff is friendly and accommodating. Big pluses.
