My rental tenant near Dover called and set up the appointments with this company. Tennant had video…read moreand image proof of mice/rodent issue in attic and explained such when making the appointment and was told no problem, they handled this all the time. At the end of the 30 days when they came to get the traps they just complained that the rodent activity was too light to do anything and that they were not going into the attic to seal anything because it would take awhile to locate the source. Tennant had still been experiencing rodent activity during this time. Tennant explained that the neighbors directly next door were the source and they still refused to check the connecting attic wall for holes and gaps the rodents were traveling between. Workers sent by company were reportedly uneducated and unfamiliar with our case as Tennant had to keep repeating everything at each appointment. Felt like a bait and switch situation. Now we have to hire a different company to actually fix the issue . Save yourself the time and money and look elsewhere, not worth it.

This process is very safe once the polymer cures, but you do not want it to dry in your lungs which happened to me because they did not plug the registers properly. It has been a year and I still have breathing problems and use inhalers regularly. In my opinion Lawson did not train their workers properly to work on HVAC systems . You had the option to decline the service at that time if you did not agree to the charge.
