The sales people of this company are liars! They were going door to door in my neighborhood selling services to people. The sales person told me if I decided I didn't want the service or didn't find it useful I could "fire" him at any time. No obligation. Then I find out he lied and I'm tied in for a year service that I don't want. The service was not useful and I didn't need to continue with them. When I call to cancel I get the BS about a termination fee. I plan to change them back and never do business with them ever again. Horrible company and dishonest sales people! read more

Joe has been servicing my account/home since I move to HDG in Aug 2018. I am extremely allergic to Bee's and Spider's. Joe will get to my home on scheduled services and he will make sure to chat with me before each service call. Joe will do a visual check for any nest/hives/webs before we chat just to check-in with me and see if there is any increase or decrease of pest's since his last visit so that he may continue or increase treatments during the current service call. I will mentioon ants and Joe will see where they are entering my home and after each visit, I am 100% certain that I WILL NEVER have an issue. Joe will even check with me in between service calls just to see if he needs to do a touch up before the next scheduled visit. That day it was raining a bit and he didn't want to treat for spiders due to the moisture and he suggested I call the office to schedule another visit just for the spider treatment. Poor pest control service was provided initially at a very high cost for a one-time service; it required a follow up call by a relative of mine to have them out again. They lied to this relative that I had agreed to recurring services (I hadn't) and came out a couple weeks after the initial service to attempt to fix/improve the first obviously poor job, and instead of doing it for free as they should have in this situation, they charged me again against my knowledge or consent. I'd suggest using literally anyone else simply because they did a poor job, but should you use them be aware that they also may put unauthorized charges on your credit card without your knowledge or consent, as they did with me. read more

Chris Brown always does a great job exterminating our house . He is always receptive to our needs and any issues we may have , and takes care of the problems . Though I do have to say since we have used this company , we if any very rarely have a pest issue . Chris is kind and professional. Rep lied about completing service at our home. No one knocked on our door to let us know they were there so we checked our cameras and NO Sign of green pest. We called the office and the rep said the GPS shows them at our house at the time we were working outside. We told her that and there is no record on camera and she recanted saying the must of serviced our neighbor. this company is untrustworthy, I do not recommend them. read more

My wife and I are not happy about their initial service. The technician said he would remove spider webs and a bird nest before I signed the service agreement. But he just sprayed around and missed those spider webs and the bird nest. So I need cancel the agreement and pay $150 early termination fee. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEIR SERVICE read more

Greenpest management is a fantastic company. They are easy to work with, helpful, prompt and thorough. I have had the pleasure of working with a few technicians and each one has been just as good as the last. Shannon and the rest of the office staff is very friendly and goes out of their way to accommodate your schedule. Whenever you have an issue at your home, they come out very quickly to help resolve it. For example, we had a hornets nest this year and they came out the next day and removed it. The quarterly service keeps most inside issues at bay. Best thing is that their products are kid and pet friendly. Highly recommend!! read more

Do not use Green Pest Management. They are terrible to work with, their performance is useless, and their collections team cares only about getting your money than delivering the service. I never signed the contract, never told the sales rep that i accepted the contract, and the sales rep signed the contract using my name and initials. when I complained about this, all they would tell me is that the contract has a signature. Do yourself a favor and do not ever consider using them. read more

Beware when they come knocking. Demand a copy of the contract and read carefully before signing. The introductory service they provided me was incomplete but cost me, and when I cancelled they charged me a $150 additional fee. Also they have a continuation clause, which commits you every year unless you remember to cancel. Not a very up front business. read more

BEWARE!!!!! I would give them zero stars if I could. They came into my neighborhood with hard-sell techniques, telling people there are infestations (in the ground? That's where bugs live.). They dug through mulch and left if a mess on the sidewalk. They broke people's doorbell. And when I called the company to address the issues (the salesman lying about termites and scaring people) the manager became combative. Do not do business with these people in Claymont DE under any circumstances!!! read more

Customer service very unprofessional. My husband called the company to find out some information concerning our service. The lady whom he spoke with became defensive and agitated, raising her voice, interrupting, not answering the question that was asked of her, stated that she was hired in July and did not have access to information prior to that time. When we signed up for this service we had stated that we wanted organic only treatment, as we have animals and our water well is in our yard. The lady yelled, repeating herself, saying they didn't kill animals or people, none of their treatments killed animals or people, asking what my husband wanted her to do about it. Offered no restitution. When my husband asked to speak to her supervisor, she said that she and the man with her were the only ones there. When he asked for the owner she said he had a family emergency and would be away for two or three months. I was appalled by her mannerism and attitude, and the evasiveness of the the man she was with who reluctantly got on the phone after my husbands repeated requests. This is a place of business which should be focused on customer service. read more
