Later that day after the treatment was complete, we found two live bedbugs. We contacted Michelle the owner and told her what we had found. She sent Brian out the next day to pick up the two bugs that we had found. We were told that they would look at the two bugs under a microscope to identify what they were. Michelle said, she would solve the mystery so that we didn't have to go through this. And as of today we have not heard from her or the company and we have since found other live bugs. Only gave 1 because we had to.

They fixed the bat problem and even cleaned up neatly after they were done. I highly recommend them to ANYONE who has any type of wildlife or rodent problem.

After moving back in, I discovered that a multiple number of traps were missing or broken. Sooooo how where they checking the traps if they were broken or missing? They still cashed the check for the service even though they couldn't notice that the traps were broken??? We were never notified nor were the traps fixed or repaired while we were away!!!! Currently they are supposed to be spraying the outside of our home to kill spiders and ants. I've had to call them back 3 times in the past 2 months due to running into spider webs at my front door and habants invading our home. Not impressed with their service or products. Company had employee out here to check termite traps. He said that many of them may possibly be hidden under mulch but had no idea where to locate them and did not attempt to locate them. I walked around the house with him to confirm that the ones that he could find were being checked. They are pushing new, more expensive spraying for termites vs old traps due to the increased price of the traps themselves. We are still having issues with spiders both inside and outside of the house along with the appearance of ants in the house again. I will contacting them ASAP to control these pests.

I called and spoke with both Pam and Teresa to set up an appointment for Treatment. That in itself was a real pleasure. They are both very friendly and professional. Top notch communication as well. I chose the quarterly treatment program. It is very reasonable and well worth it because they will return between treatments free of charge to address any issues if needed. Drew was the technician who came to my house and applied the first treatment on 10/01/25. He assessed my situation and could clearly see the issue I was dealing with. He is very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He wasted no time getting started going around the whole house cleaning and knocking down all of the webs before beginning the application. He was very thorough and treated every nook and cranny that he could access and then followed that up with the perimeter treatment. The spiders and ants stood no chance. I could not believe all of the spiders that came out of hiding and were terminated on the spot. I am writing this review on 10/11/25 because I wanted to be able to let potential customers know that as of today I do not have a spider problem and any spiders that decided to show up after the fact and attempt to set up house had ZERO success. I highly recommend Dave Smith and will continue to use them moving forward. I had a real mess on my hands and Drew knocked it out of the park. Literally! Overall, I could not be happier
