Find somebody else to do it…read more..... There is no professionalism at this company - particularly the office in Salisbury, MD. I have spoken with the national call center, the office in Salisbury, the sales person for the area, and area technicians. They all left me with a bad impression of the company. They need better training and they continuously remind customers of how long they have been in the business. That is just a number if it is not followed up with knowledge, expertise, and quality customer service. It is hard to get someone to answer calls at this location - let alone receive a call back. If you have an issue and request a manager - there is silence on the other end from ORKIN. You have a choice when it comes to your home and it shouldn't be ORKIN - not based off my experiences.
