Ever hear the term "ambulance chasers"? That's what it felt like being contacted out of the blue…read moreby this group, without my asking them for their info or giving them permission... I filled out a form on the Arizona housing department website asking for information about special mortgages. I have NO idea how David F. and his team got a hold of my cell phone and email from that, but they did. Next thing I know, I get a creepy text from David on my one day off, Sunday, trying to chat me up like we already had met and like I had solicited his help. NOPE. I did not. I certainly don't want to get cold-called via text, but that's exactly what he did. To me, texting is reserved for family and a few close friends. I don't want to be someone's next "mark" via a text and on my F'ing Sunday! He also had the nerve to add me to his spamming emails and I started getting emails with properties in them. Once again, I never signed up with these people, had NO idea who they were and certainly didn't give them permission to spam me. So, when I get this interrupting text from a total stranger while I'm at a play on my day off, I logically ask: How did you get my info? Instead of answering my question or apologizing, I get another creepy text asking me more questions about my activity. This is when I decided these people are just unctuous (see dictionary). REALLY? Is that the right way to start off a fiduciary relationship? Intrude on someone's life via their cell phone without asking and then when they ask you a logical question ignore it and slime your way further into a hole with another question? Gross. Just gross. So, I extended (via another text) some sage feedback to David F. about how NOT to start a biz relationship (uh, like cold-texting someone and then ignoring their "why are you contacting me" response...) and he had the nerve to once again, ignore my displeasure, not apologize and say that his tactics are good. What do I have to say to the fool who ignores the potential client's statements about the UNWARRANTED, UNSOLICITED and offensive behavior? BYE BYE. Dude, if you can't f'ing get a clue about what I find acceptable and unacceptable about how you initiate a dialogue with me, do you think I'd trust you to help me buy a HOUSE? OMFG. Get a clue... Dear 46:10, if you wonder why the only property David F currently has listed on his site is a ramshackle shack, check his sales tactics first.... perhaps his manner has something to do with it.... and since you haven't caught on about this "alt" smarmy way of doing business, how could I trust your company in any way... shouldn't you only pick agents who have a clue to represent your company? No to 46:10 and NO to Keller Williams period over this. Just too gross for any iota of trust to develop...

My Husband and i bought what we thought would be our forever home home in Scottsdale during the…read morepandemic where we lived until we had to move back to Seattle. We planned to keep the home as a rental until we moved back upon retiring. Unfortunately, after having a horrible experience with our renters and property manager, we decided to sell our home rather than risk more drama as a landlord. I say all this to set up the fact that it was a very stressful and emotional time and that having Patrick as our realtor was seriously a blessing. After seeing Bailey Brothers "sold" signs in front of many high-quality homes in our neighborhood over the years, (which sold at top price - what that they were worth), i reached out to America One. From the moment i met Patrick it was obvious that he was professional, intelligent, kind, honest and incredibly knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. He proved to be all of that and more. No matter the circumstances, selling a home always comes with some anxiety and Patrick's very calm and steadfast nature made selling our home nothing less than a positive and stress-free experience. He recommended Attractive Interiors as our staging company who did a wonderful job and he hired an incredible photographer and videographer who really captured the essence of the property. He went the extra mile and requested sunset photos which added more dimension to the listing. We received a strong offer within 24-hours after the MLS went live. Patrick was again very smart in still holding the planned open houses and was able to secure multiple back up offers. Three weeks later, our house is now officially owned by a Family who seems like they will love it as much as we did. I would highly recommend working with Patrick to sell or buy your home. You won't find a more professional, kind and knowledgeable realtor!

Moving across the country is stressful enough, but Ryan and his team made our search and purchasing process stress free and seamless. Throughout the entire process, Ryan was available to answer questions, provide feedback, and help us in our search. Being new to the area, he took time to drive my husband and I around (separately) to find the perfect neighborhood and go to multiple showings any day and time we requested. Ryan is extremely professional, detail oriented, and very communicative in explaining everything during the process. We had specific wants/needs and honestly, we found a home that is PERFECT for us. Our realtor back in Illinois was a disappointment to us and Ryan even helped us with understanding our selling process because our realtor there was not helpful. Most people don't buy and sell homes everyday and as I said before, it's stressful enough to move let alone worry about the selling/buying process on top of all of that. Ryan and his team understand their client's needs and provide incomparable customer service. When we closed and Ryan gave us the keys to our new home, Bailey Bro's Realty had put together a beautiful gift basket with extremely thoughtful goodies that was left for us in our new home. We are SO happy in our new home and HIGHLY recommend Ryan and Bailey Bro's Realty. Trust me, you will not be disappointed unless you decide to go with a different realtor!

This review is long in coming, and it's been more my laziness versus and issues with Jamie and his…read moregreat company. We worked with Jamie on two different houses and could not have been happier with our experience across the board. The first was our first house purchase ever, so we were certainly apprehensive approaching the situation. Jamie had worked with a family member numerous times and came highly recommended, and he certainly lived up to that reputation. I really appreciated Jamie's cautious hand in our dealings; he was never over bearing when it came to offering advice about a potential house or price, but he was always there when we had questions. We likely saw 30 houses, and each one was approached in a calm and methodical way by Jamie or one of his team members (all of whom were excellent as well). The second experience with Jamie was in 2021 when the housing market was basically going nuclear. Not only did we need to get our house ready to move, but we had to trust what Jamie told us when it came to taking that potential payoff and applying it to the next home. Even though we had an idea of the area we needed, Jamie was there to offer suggestions and actually came through huge in finding our current home before it even hit the market. When we knew we wanted to make changes to the house, he provided contractors and others who gave us a pretty spot on idea what the costs would be. As with any purchase, there were a few bumps along the way, but he quickly dealt with each with barely any need of additional help on our end. When it came to the sale of our own house, Jamie was on the spot throughout the process, from suggestions on how we do a better job of sprucing up the home to managing heightened expectations when it came to sales price. Considering we sold our house for about 3x the price, we were quite happy. Selling your house? Work with Jamie Buying a house? Work with Jamie. I've referred so many friends his way and not one has regretted it. Neither will you.

On October 17 my refrigerator stopped cooling so I submitted a service request. I didn't hear anything back so I submitted a second request on October 22nd. I work 6 nights a week and do not have time to chase around property managers for them to do their jobs properly. I ended up getting an email in mid November asking for proof of renter's insurance, but no mention of the repair for the fridge. I provided the requested information and followed up about my previous service requests and lack of response. I was told I never submitted the requests ( I have screenshots) and was told it was my fault it had gone so long because I hadn't called or emailed. Apparently 2 service requests isn't sufficient communication. They ended up giving me a $100 credit to make up for the close to $1000 I had to put out to cover the combination of lost groceries and ordering food while not able to store anything needing refrigeration. During November I had talked to a refrigeration repair man at my job who told me to try using a blow drying on the freezer vent because it may be frozen over. I tried it and it improved the cooling. At this point the service appointment is a few days away, (the monday following Thanksgiving, over a month of no fridge) so I kept the appointment so a technician could confirm if the issue was really resolved. Fast forward to this month and my rent is almost $200 higher because they charged me for the service appointment as well as the $100 credit I was given for the loss of food. They said I lied about the food! I called them and told them I'm taking legal action due to the negligence and their continued treatment of me and they turned around and eliminated the extra charges only to send me a 30 day termination notice! It's dated at the end of my lease in April, but they are basically telling me I can't renew in retaliation for taking them to task due to their negligence. Daniella is extremely unprofessional and denied the existence of my service requests until I furnished screenshots. During my call disputing the charges, she handed Dean the phone, who then began to yell and cuss at me without knowing the full situation. Most unprofessional property management I have ever seen. DO NOT do business with these people. I will be taking action and welcome anyone else to join me who has been put out by this criminally negligent company. This is all current as of today.
