I am happy with my purchase and definitely can recommend shopping here .

Yelp Review 2026 #3:…read more Lululemon on Broadway - I was not planning to go to another Lululemon while on vacation. What could I possibly need that I don't have already? Well, New York printed items - that's what! They have the usual new products, purple sticker items, socks, caps, visors, shirts, tank tops, shorts, pants, leggings, jackets, hoodies, backpacks, belt bags, totes, duffel bags, coin purse, undies, keychains, water bottles, yoga mats, pins, hair accessories, shoes, etc. c Clothes and accessories whether you're into yoga, tennis/ pickleball, golf, running, gym training, or if you're simply an athleisurewear aficionado. Everything you need if you're a gym girlie or a more sophisticated gym bro, they have it except for towels. Now, that's an idea, lululemon! They have like 3 floors so, it's a big store. I left with New York shirts and few other items, and claimed my Pinnacle member gift. The young girl behind the counter was new so she wasn't sure how to work certain things but I'm on vacation so, I had time and patience.

Dear Banana Republic Customer Service,…read more I am writing to share one of the most embarrassing and upsetting customer service experiences I have ever had at one of your stores. I have been a loyal customer of the Banana Republic location at 101 Liberty St. #1420, New York, NY 10006, as it is conveniently located near my office. About a week ago, I purchased a pair of off-white jeans. They only had one pair available in my size. When the sales associate brought them to me, I noticed visible dirty marks around both front pockets and on the back of the jeans. I asked whether another pair was available, but I was told there was not. Because I was in a hurry, I decided to purchase them anyway. On July 30, I returned to the store because I had decided not to wear the jeans and wanted to return them. As soon as I showed them to one of the sales associates, she immediately asked whether I had worn them. I explained that I had not and reminded her that the jeans already had those marks when I purchased them. She said she needed to call the manager. When the manager arrived, she did not introduce herself or greet me. Instead, her first question was, "Did you wear these pants?" Before responding, I simply said, "Good afternoon," because I expected at least a basic level of courtesy. She then told me the store could not accept the return because of the condition of the jeans. Once again, I explained that the marks were already there when I purchased them. Rather than handling the situation privately and professionally, the manager walked over to another display table, held up a different pair of jeans in front of other customers, and loudly stated, "This is how the pants should look when they haven't been worn." At that moment, I felt publicly accused of being dishonest. I told her that this conversation should not be taking place in front of other customers because it was humiliating and inappropriate. I left the store feeling embarrassed, disrespected, and unfairly judged. As a Latino Black man, the interaction left me feeling profiled and treated differently. While I cannot speak to anyone's intent, the way I was approached, questioned, and publicly challenged made me feel discriminated against. Every customer deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and professionalism, especially when there is no evidence of wrongdoing. I am not only disappointed by the outcome but also by the manner in which I was treated. Regardless of the store's return policy, there is a respectful and private way to handle concerns with a customer. Unfortunately, that did not happen. I would appreciate being contacted by someone from your Customer Relations team to discuss this experience and the conduct of the store manager. I believe this matter deserves review so that no other customer has a similar experience.

Stepping into the Telfar store was like stepping into a movie video with me on the screen. As soon…read moreas I walked in, I was on the big screen, I'm sure I was being recorded for security purposes, but it was an interactive experience. Most of the staff was in conversation with each other. I knew what I came there for, so I approached a sales associate for help. The item I wanted was out of stock in store, so I went to the bag bar to place an order for shipment. The store is a huge white space; runway ready, clothes are neatly hung for displays and the dressing room are the size of a small walk-in closet. I tried on a couple items, completed my purchase and left. I would suggest at least greeting customers when they come, instead of customers approaching staff.

Ahhh! Finally made it to Telfar IRL!…read more I have so many Telfar items and have always wanted to make it to the store but never have been able to. I love the interior design. From the entrance with the Telfar table and LED screen, to the futuristic clothing racks, and well known Telfar couch- nothing was out of place! The checkout area has their bags (mostly shopping) displayed on screens with sizing and pricing info. It's all so beautiful I was almost tempted to buy multiple bags. I purchased the new plastic bag. I got the jumbo black logo because they were out of the cream. Staff was nice! If I lived closer, I'd purchase IRL instead of online. Hopefully the next time I'm in the area they have the cream plastic bag in stock so I can grab it.

She was truly phenomenal always going above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable every time I shopped. Jennifer had a natural ability to connect with her clients, and it showed. She built genuine rapport, remembered people, and created an environment that made you actually want to come back. Because of her, I found myself shopping in the store at least three times a week. Jennifer, along with Jacky, made every visit enjoyable. Their energy, attentiveness, and care set them apart in a way that's hard to find. They didn't just work there they elevated the entire shopping experience. Which is why it's so frustrating and disappointing that neither of them seem to be there anymore. The turnover at this location feels constant every time I walk in, there are new faces, and the atmosphere has completely changed. It no longer feels welcoming, and honestly, it makes me not want to shop at the Paramus location at all. For customers like me who spend a significant amount of money and time in this store, the experience matters just as much as the products. Employees like Jennifer and Jacky are rare, and it's hard to understand why a company wouldn't do everything possible to retain people who clearly care about their work and their customers. I truly hope management takes this feedback seriously. Bringing back employees like Jennifer and Jacky or at the very least, prioritizing staff who bring that same level of warmth and professionalism would make a huge difference.

I love this store and have been shopping here since, I don't know... 2007?
