Stepping into the Telfar store was like stepping into a movie video with me on the screen. As soon as I walked in, I was on the big screen, I'm sure I was being recorded for security purposes, but it was an interactive experience. Most of the staff was in conversation with each other. I knew what I came there for, so I approached a sales associate for help. The item I wanted was out of stock in store, so I went to the bag bar to place an order for shipment. The store is a huge white space; runway ready, clothes are neatly hung for displays and the dressing room are the size of a small walk-in closet. Ahhh! Finally made it to Telfar IRL! I have so many Telfar items and have always wanted to make it to the store but never have been able to. I love the interior design. From the entrance with the Telfar table and LED screen, to the futuristic clothing racks, and well known Telfar couch- nothing was out of place! The checkout area has their bags (mostly shopping) displayed on screens with sizing and pricing info. It's all so beautiful I was almost tempted to buy multiple bags. I purchased the new plastic bag. I got the jumbo black logo because they were out of the cream. Staff was nice! If I lived closer, I'd purchase IRL instead of online. Hopefully the next time I'm in the area they have the cream plastic bag in stock so I can grab it. read more

Fun shopping experience and love the Bag bar! Walked into the new Telfar storefront and had a good ol time. The main space is bright open and futuristic. All around there are clothese and bag options to view but the main attraction is the bag bar on the left side of the space. Its giving chinese takeout menu with all the pictures of the bags from top to bottom. You can "taste test" the bags aka bring a sample bag out so you can hold and see the color and/or fabric in person. This store seemed to have every bag in ever side available no problem and Everyone who worked with us was so nice and didnt bat an eye with the many ohhh can we see this one too requests we made I walked out with the black Schemedium (get this new size its the perfect everyday bag! The medium felt a little big most days) And now I have the whole set in black. My homegirl got the forest green puffer in small and my other homegirl walked out with the patent pink in small both sooo cute I had to stop myself from buying them too read more

We stopped by to check this location out as my friends and I have all ordered off the Telfar website multiple times. Security was standing at the door and he kindly opened it for us as he saw us walking up. He greeted us and we were told we had to wipe our shoes down as walked in. Once fully inside, we looked through the different items they had on display. They had a huge white couch off to the side and it was the perfect area for pictures. My friend ended up buying two bags - one medium and one small and spent about $400. The worker who helped us was very friendly and outgoing. The store was clean and organized. read more

I was so excited to purchase one of these bags when I got the bag. I was so disappointed when I think of a small size bag I think of the little Mark Jacobs tote that's the size I was expecting to receive. I ordered two bags one of the denim bags which was the size of a wallet And the circle bag. You can't even fit anything in it. The policy that they have is no returns or exchanges which is crazy every designer brand offers exchanges our returns if you're not happy about something, you should be able to return it or exchange it like everywhere else but of course another brand that's just about the money And not the customer service. I reached out to them to see if I could exchange them because they were Christmas gifts they did not care whatsoever and they did not honor me. I will never shop with this brand again. They're sizing is backwards. Their small bags are not small bags their wallet size they're medium bags are like large bags and their large bags are like extra large bags. I've seen several people selling their bags on Poshmark due to them becoming flimsy overtime or the sizing being wrong they really need to fix their policy because when people purchase something if it's not what they order, they should be able to get what they ordered. Won't be shopping here or wasting any of my money here the brand or the customer service doesn't deserve repeat clientele because they are not helpful at all. Located on Broadway right off the Canal Street R/W subway stop is where you'll find the Telfar flagship store nestled in between some NYC tourists shops but greeted by a doorman. This store is a vibe. The setup, the staff, the apparel and of course the bags. Which is why I found myself headed there after work - to snag a bag that was sold out online but available in store. The staff was super welcoming and helpful and service was quick. Def worth a visit if you've been eyeing something on the site. read more

I have two medium size Telfar bags which I love, towards the end of June, I went to use my medium gray only to notice at the edges were frayed. I was so upset that I reached out to Telfar and my saga begins. I have never been treated with such professionalism. I am a senior citizen, I do 95% of my shopping online. I was blessed to find a person named Thea who walked me through with a level of professionalism that is unparalleled. Every note that I sent was meant with a favorable response. They never questioned my integrity. It was later, discovered that I made the purchase from a fraudulent site, which means they were not obligated to do anything for me. I sent pictures, documentation anything that I could find. They went above and beyond the call of duty by working out my situation to my full satisfaction. I will be forever grateful to Thea and her upper management for the smile on my face.
