Absolutely unbelievable. My kitchen tile is 30 years old, the grout had deteriorated to the point where there were gaps and spilled coffee and other stains had also taken it's toll. No amount of bleach, Barkeepers Friend or Comet would help. I had several estimates to replace the tile but they were much more than I could currently afford. Our Master bath shower was a sight. No amount of scrubbing would make the grout look anything but dingy. We got an estimate from another company which was almost double Regrout's bid for quicker simpler work. To make things easier, we removed the shower door because we were purchasing a new one, but we couldn't get the bottom rail off and we didn't want to use a chisel or any other implement that might harm the tile. Brandon, the young man who did the work, got the bottom rail off for us for no extra charge, but he also floated grout over an area that didn't look like it needed it until the shower was acid-washed. The shower walls look like new. The shower floor tiles look their age, but the grout is perfect. We could not be happier. This company came out in 2020 and did my master bathroom. It was beautiful, so I called on 11/29 for an estimate to do it again. The gentleman came out on 12/3. So far, I have called twice and texted twice, just to get the estimate. The first time I called, the lady answering the phone told me that the estimate would be done 12/6 or 12/7. Since then, no word. They don't answer the phone, so you play phone tag. I feel that if a repeat customer (who helped this company build their business) has to beg a vendor to respond , then tat is a bad sign. read more

He gave pros/cons on what they could do. Decided to clean, regrout, color, sealed shower tiles and re-calk around tub and shower door/joints. I also had them clean/color/seal the floor tiles which never "look clean" due to discoloration. Within a week (due to my schedule), scheduled the work. The results were impressive. On Monday I will be having a frameless shower door installed because the original framed shower door was falling apart. Unfortunately this was only part of the problem. The tile and grout in my shower wasn't looking well either, plus I was going to have 6 tiles with holes in them from the previous framed shower. Re-grout to the rescue. We have a lot of tile surfaces in the kitchen and bathrooms, including 2 tile showers, plus 2 counters and 2 tubs with joints that needed redoing, and one tile floor, and everything now looks great and is re-sealed. They even improved on some sloppy work by the builder, and fixed a few things they found beyond what they had promised in the quote. Brian and his team are absolutely the best! We recently purchased an existing home. During the remodel and installation of new plumbing; we discovered we needed to open two shower walls to re-install new water controls. In addition, we had to open an opening to a Roman Tub enclosure to install new valves. I thought we were going to be spending significant $$$$$. However, I had called Regrout Systems to regrout our tile/tub surround. Brian immediately saw the "challenge" we had with our plumbing work to be completed. He demonstrated the ability of his technicians to remove a section of the tile wall surrounding the area needing work in both showers and the Roman Tub area. I did not take pictures of my floors before the cleaning....but the results were more than amazing! There are not enough superlatives to describe the difference. They re-caulked my bathtub, re-set several floor tiles and repaired cracked or missing grout in too many places to count. The grout cleaning had the most dramatic difference. Brian was terrific on the estimate and my work was performed by the Mikes...two guys both named Mike. There were incredibly neat and clean. Brian also told me I can fix a poorly draining pebble shower floor with a re-tile operation. That will be my next project for Regrout Systems. Having a bunch of work done on my house getting ready for the next step. One of the needed items was an upstairs hallway bath remodel. So I ripped out the 30 year old tub and tile and spent about $4,500 replacing them. Oh, wait. Actually I called Regrout Systems. They restored my tile, grout, caulking and did hard water stain removal on my tub for less than 10% of that. After 5 hours of work by the company tech today my tub and tile seriously looks like brand new. He even sealed it. No porcelain sprays or cheap cover-ups. Brian and team did a great job on our shower repair/regrout. While our shower is only 4 years old the original contractor did a poor job with the chaulk/grout. This made it develop dingy color and some mold. The crew spent about 3 hours redoing chaulk/grout and correcting a lot of issues. On top of that there is a one year warranty. Great work! read more

I called to get an estimate and spoke to paul who schedule a time. No show. I called again and rescheduled and this time I the estimate went smoothly with BRian. The job was to regrout 1950's kitchen tile in our rental home. Now here's the problem. the person who came to do the work put on his headphones and went to town. Maybe a bit too much because he nicked many of the color tiles with his blade. (see photos) those nicks werent there before and clearly made in parallel with the new grout lines. Since this was a rental and old tile, I didnt really care that the work was sloppy . If I own the home or had expensive tiles I would be very pissed off. I did not get a followup call from the owner to see how the service was, but didnt expect one after seeing the type of work that was done. Would recommend for a quick fix but NOT for any area that you plan to use long-term or with expensive tiles. read more

We needed to have the very neglected travertine in the house cleaned, some holes filed and Regrouted for the pictures to list to house for sale. Timing was crucial for everything and damn if they didn't go above and beyond on all fronts. I called in the morning and explained the situation, they were able to tack on the estimate to the end of the day. Held a spot for me to do the work 2 days later. Were there on time with a sufficiently sized crew to do a 1200 sqft job in a day. Our photo shoot was the next day so that was important. Work was outstanding, couldn't believe these the the same floors. Jaime and Brian were great and easily to work with. Would absolutely recommend!! read more

Sadly, this vendor no longer lives up to his reputation: 1. Did not provide a quote after coming by for as estimate. 2. Had to chase them down for a quote. 3. Impossible to get an appointment scheduled. 4. Left messages and emails. 5. No responses except one that says he is going on vacation and someone will call. 6. NO ONE CALLED. We emailed and called back but no response. STOP leading people on. Wasting other's time is very unprofessional. Note to vendor: If you don't want the work, just let us know! Don't leave us hanging and wasting our time waiting for you. Warning to others: If this vendor can't even deliver on basic scheduling; do you really trust them for after-sales support? Brian and his great team headed up by Denny did a fantastic job cleaning up and regrouting my kitchen and three bathrooms. I was considering granite for the kitchen, but Denny convinced me that they could make the white tile look brand new, which they did. They even repaired the grout abutting the cabinet in the kitchen. My kitchen is full of west-facing windows on the ocean, so it just gleams white now. They also leave the house as they find it and use drop cloths.
